Roxanne, who was on the battlefield analyzing the enemy's strategies, frowned as she felt a banishment skill effect. Her expression changed when she realized that the direction that effect was coming from was the place Issei and the others were.

' Damn that bastard! How the hell did he use any void skill while in my territory?' Roxanne cursed as she rushed towards Issei and the rest. She needs to get there fast before Issei truly goes berserk and burns away all his lifespan.

She could already feel the intense dragon aura that was coming out of him.

' Shalba I swear if Issei completely lost his mind, I would definitely make your life a living hell even if I had to bring your fucking soul back to the living world," Roxanne cursed as she increased her speed, breaking the sound barrier.

In less than 3 seconds, Roxanne arrived at the place where she felt Issei's aura. The castle Diodora owned is completely destroyed, with the mountain included.

In the center of this destruction, there stood a dragon that had bone-like wings completely covered in red with green gems on his body.

' Good it seems Iseei hasn't lost his mind completely.' Roxanne breathed a sigh of relief as she saw Issei was still in an incomplete Juggernaut Drive.

" Rias Gremory, take your peerage members and go as far away as you can. " Roxanne shouted as she dived straight towards Issei.

Before Issei could turn around Roxanne arrived next to him and gave him a kick that made him lie straight on the ground.

And without letting him get up, she brought numerous chains from her imaginary space and bound him.

Issei roared as he tried to get free from his bindings. But all his efforts were for nothing as the chains held him tightly. The more he struggled, the more the chains began to sap away his energy.

These chains were an enhanced version of what was used on Vali before. So even Draig in his prime would be helpless if he were caught in this.

Seeing that she was able to keep him calm for now, Roxanne inwardly breathed a sigh of relief. She then turned to Rias, who was still standing there stupidly, and shouted,

" Hey don't stay there standing like an idiot! Get the hell out of here. " She yelled with an annoyed expression.

" No, I won't leave Issei when he is like this, " Rias shouted as she kept her eyes on Issei.

" Arrrgg look, I know you are worried about him, but you are too weak to stay here. Issei isn't really in the right mind now. So if you want to be helpful, then stay as far away from this place as you can. " Roxanne said as her patience was reaching its limit.

" But.." Just as Rias was about to argue Issei, who was bound by the chains, suddenly roared as he broke through the chains.

" Damn " Roxanne cursed as she took a random B-grade dragon slayer sword and went to fight him.

Due to not wanting Issei to burn his life force even more, Roxanne didn't fully activate the chain's sealing effects and kept it in moderation. So Issei, with enough effort, would be able to get free with time.

She did this so Issei would not be forced to seek more power due to helplessness and anger. But who would have thought that Issei would be able to break through these chains in less than 10 minutes?

' I need to find a way to calm him down,' Roxanne thought as he traded blows with Issei while restricting her strength greatly to be below that of Issei.

Dragons have immense pride in their strengths as they don't like other races to overpower them. This is why Roxanne couldn't really beat him black and blue since that would only provoke Iseei even more.

Her current plan is to give Issei the illusion that she is just an ant, which is a bit annoying. She wanted him to feel he was the superior one. Let his ego grow and stop him from thinking of seeking more power.

But all her plans went down the trash bin when a person who should have learned to listen to their elders came running.

" Issei stop; it's me, Rias. You have to calm down. This isn't you! " Rias shouted as she flew dangerously near the rampaging Issei.

Issei, who was playing with his prey, AKA Roxanne, turned to Rias and waved his hand like he was swatting a fly.

" Shit " Roxanne cursed loudly as she stopped holding back and rushed towards Rias, who was frozen in shock and fear.

Before Issei's claws could shred her to pieces, Roxanne appeared next to Rias and dragged her away to safety.

" Roooaaarrr " Issei roared in anger. As a dragon, he felt his pride was being stepped on by Roxanne, who he considered much weaker than her.

To relieve his anger, he began to destroy everything around him. Thankfully, Roxanne had already evacuated Rias away from here, or else there wouldn't be a corpse left of her.

After flying towards a safe distance away from the rampaging Issei Roxanne threw Rias onto the ground unceremoniously.

"President " " Rias " Kiba, Akeno, and others of Rias's peerage shouted as they ran towards Rias. Roxanne obviously stopped here since she saw the rest of the gang was here.

" Good now that you all are here, take away your dumb king and go towards safety. I don't want to ruin my plans a second time to save this stupid bitch, " Roxanne said with a huff as she turned around, her head turned towards where Issei is rampaging. She completely ignored the murderous expressions the gang had when she insulted Rias like that.

She didn't like Rias since day one. And her impression of her isn't getting any better after what happened. Although she could have ignored Rias at that time, she was sure that Rias would be able to live. She will definitely get seriously injured, but she will be able to keep her sorry life.

But Roxanne had to intervene as she didn't want to commit mass murder. Her brother would definitely get all worked up over seeing his sister being injured and me doing nothing. In the devil society, the worth of a peerage member's lifespan is not anything compared to their master's protection.

So even if they go to court, the judge would definitely not side with her. He would just give the verdict that Roxanne is guilty of not protecting Rias even when she had the ability.

And in the final result would be Roxanne losing it completely and beginning a grand purge of the entire devil society to shut up all the opposition. So for the greater good, Roxanne had to protect Rias's sorry ass.

'Sigh, things I have to do for a peaceful future,' Roxanne thought inwardly as she thought of a way to calm Issei down.

Should she try showing Asia is fine? But for that to work, Issei needs to be in a clear mind. Maybe she should try using that.

Although it might be a bit painful for Issei, Roxanne currently has no good choices left on her hands.
