Chapter 21: Chapter 20
On the other side...
After closing the door, El immediately sensed that the shard of ice he had set up earlier had been stepped on.
Then, he scanned the surroundings again, but there was still nothing.
"Hurry up, use magic, hurry, use magic!"
Anna pulled Elsa to the center, bouncing excitedly. She thought that now that El had closed the door, she could freely make noise.
Little did she know, King Agnarr and the others were already on their way.
Elsa rubbed her hands, ready to use magic, but was stopped by Anna.
"No, no! You both have to use magic together."
Anna looked towards the door where El was standing as she spoke.
"You promised me."
At the end, she added, as if worried that El might change his mind.
"Alright!"
He responded with a smile and walked toward the center.
"Here it comes!"
He signaled to Elsa.
Elsa nodded at him and slowly started moving her hand, with blue glowing circles appearing around her hand.
Anna wasn't surprised by this anymore but was always curious about these things, staring intently with wide-eyed wonder.
Elijah, on the other hand, watched Elsa use her magic with great interest. He quietly felt the magic around her, trying to see if it was any different from his own.
After a while, El stopped paying attention to the magic flow because the principle was the same.
However, Elsa's magic was sometimes a bit unstable, likely due to her innate magic that she couldn't fully control yet.
As for someone like him, since he had trained again, his magic was steady and calm with no problems.
Just as they were speaking, the blue light circles in Elsa's hands gradually transformed into a snowball.
It seemed like a snowball to Anna, but he could tell that Elsa had used ice magic and packed it all together to form a ball.
"Are you ready?"
Elsa asked Anna, but her gaze also flickered towards El, curious to see his reaction. This was her new idea, and she had never shown it to Anna before.
Anna nodded excitedly, and El watched with great interest.
She then threw the snowball towards the ceiling, where it collided and disappeared, transforming into many blue light spots that scattered down.
"That's so amazing!"
Anna jumped up and down, reaching out her hands to try and catch them.
This magic was different from anything she had seen before.
Elijah stood in place and continued to feel the magical fluctuations from Elsa's magic. He couldn't help but acknowledge that there was something to learn here.
'No wonder Elsa became so powerful after she learned to control her magic.'
Meanwhile, Anna was still excitedly spinning around Elsa. Then, Elsa was about to proceed to the next step.
"Wait!"
He interrupted her, "Is it my turn now?"
"Alright!"
Elsa withdrew the magic she was about to release.
"Wow, hurry up!"
Anna ran over to him, urging him on.
This was what she had been waiting for, after all.
"Well then, make sure you both watch closely."
Seeing Anna so eager, Elijah no longer delayed and snapped his fingers.
Suddenly, a blue, circular magic circle appeared under El's feet. The patterns twisted and tangled in the center.
Elsa stared at this scene in disbelief. Elsa hadn't expected El's magic to be different from hers. She had always thought El's magic was the same as hers.
Once the magic circle appeared, El didn't rush. Instead, he used his magic to turn Elsa's little blue glowing dots into snow, making it keep falling.
Then, the floor around him began to freeze, quickly spreading throughout the entire hall.
"Wow, that's amazing!"
Anna exclaimed in awe.
Elsa, on the other hand, looked at him in disbelief. She knew that being able to do something like this wasn't easy.
He felt Elsa's gaze and gave her an apologetic smile. "Sorry, Elsa, I kind of stole your spotlight.
After all, these were things Elsa had done in the movie before.
While waiting for the snow to cover the entire hall, El suddenly remembered something.
Since he didn't want any bad things to happen, he decided to make things a little softer.
He used ice to make a crown for the king and placed it on his own head.
Afterward, El made two crowns for queens with different designs and placed them on Elsa and Anna's heads.
However, he didn't notice that Elsa's little face had turned slightly red.
'How could he do this?! He just gave me the crown, but he even put one on Anna...'
Elsa clenched her little fist.
"Huh! It's so pretty! Thank you, El."
Anna, who had been watching the snow fall, suddenly felt something on her head.
She took it off and discovered it was a beautiful ice crystal crown. She then looked at the crowns on Elsa and El's heads and saw him smiling at her.
She knew very well that this was a crown he had given her.
...
The snow had almost finished falling, covering the ground completely.
He looked at the two sisters happily building a snowman and sighed. He didn't really want to do this, but they wanted to build a snowman.
He had no choice but to join them. However, he had a trick up his sleeve.
While building the snowman, he used magic to make it resemble himself a little bit.
Elsa didn't notice this during the process because it seemed that Elsa wasn't very sensitive to things like this.
"Hello! I'm Snowball Elijah William, I really like you all. You can call me William."
After finishing the snowman, El hid behind it and used his own voice to pretend to be the snowman.
"Haha, I like you too, but you look a lot like my brother El!"
Anna giggled as she ran over, peeking at him with one eye and at the snowman with the other, calling out curiously.
