THE LOVE I WISHED FOR

We just came back from the party.

Now me and Edison are resting on the couch.

I looked at Edison from the side of my eyes he was smiling.

Well its very rare to see him smile.

He was also smiling from time to time.

I don't know what but before party he looked a little down and sad.

And now he's smiling.

Or I was just imagining.

What happen to him?

" why are you smiling?"

" uhh huh? What are you saying?"

" you are smiling continuosly after the party. You don't usually smile much."

He cleared his throat and came back back his original serious face.

" I...I am just feeling good."

" Did something good happened?"

" It's just that i cleared a misunderstanding."

" misunderstanding? "

" nothing i will tell you later."

He said and walked upstairs to his room.

I looked at him confusingly.

He is kinda weird today.

But nevermind I like him that way.

He also followed him to the room.

He went inside the washroom for shower and came outside in his night wear.

After that I also took shower and came outside and saw Edison sitting on the bed while scrolling his phone.

I walked to the dressing table and Dried my hairs and after that I walked to the bed and lay down beside him.

"Are you going to sleep here?"

I asked him.

" why? can't I?"

" No I didn't mean that you can but from few days you were sleeping in the guest room. So I thought you didn't want to sleep with me."

"oh i just had some work from few days. I wasn't ignoring you."

" ohh that's good I thought you were just ignoring me."

I smiled and shifted to the left side and now my back is facing him.

I tried to sleep but i felt something on my waist.

I looked back and see Edison was back hugging me.

I was shocked.

His hands were wrapped around my waist.

" umm...E_Edison.."

" I am sorry but can we please sleep like this. Actually I can't sleep without holding something."

" Then why didn't you tell me before?"

" Actually I thought I could sleep but from few days I wasn't able to sleep properly from few days. But if you don't want to I won't hug you."

" No I am fine with it. We can sleep like this. I don't mind."

" Thankyou."

I didn't knew he had this cute side.

Sometime he can be cute too.

I smiled and felt him hugging me more tightly and I felt good and kind of safe in his arm.

It was comfortable.

I didn't realise when i fell asleep in his arms.

In the morning...

I opened my eyes and felt something hard in front of me.

I look upward and see a sleeping Edison with a pout.

He was hugging me by my waist.

He looks so cute while sleeping.

I chuckled and was admiring his beautiful features.

He is so handsome I wonder why i didn't notice it till now.

I touched his soft hairs but stopped when he opened his eyes.

I immediately stop touching his hair and retreat my hands.

He opened his eyes and looked at me.

We both were staring in each other's eyes.

It was kinda awkward between us.

" uhh..good morning."

I said.

" Good morning."

He said.

I tried to get up but I couldn't because his arms were still wrapped around me.

" umm Edison your hands."

" ohh Sorry."

He said and pulled his hands back.

" I will take shower first."

He said and I got up from the bed and walked to the washroom.

It is kinda awkward between us.

I came out and see Edison again sleeping while hugging his pillow.

He surely wasn't lieing.

I walked to him and stared at him.

He is so cute while sleeping.

But I don't understand why he always have that service look on his face.

" Edison wake up."

Edison got up and sit straight on the bed.

He looked around with a confused look on his face. So cute.

"Go and take shower I will be downstairs making breakfast."

He nodded and went to the washroom.

I chuckled. Is he going to kill me with His cuteness.

I walked downstairs to make breakfast for me and Edison.

I made toast and omlet with some coffee.

I was making coffee when Edison walked in.

" will you be okay with toast and omelet."

" it's fine."

I nodded and continue what i was doing.

Then I placed the plate on the table.

" Edison come for breakfast. "

He sat down on the chair in front of me and start eating his breakfast as well as me.

" Edison did you check the documents I send you related to today's meeting."

"yeah I did."

"okay it is very important meeting for us."

" it's okay the owner of the company is my good friend. "

"ohh but you didn't tell me about him."

" Actually He was out of the country from some years so that why he wasn't able to come at our Marriage."

" ohh I see then I will meet him today."

Tae nodded and we finish eating our food and left for office.

EDISON'S pov

I was driving so I took a glance at Anna.

Then I recalled what happened yesterday.

I was such a fool to think that Anna will cheat on me.

I should have talked with her.

But it's good that the misunderstanding cleared.

Now me and Anna reached at the company and as we entered in the building Everybody started to greet us

Some staff started to gossip like.

" They are looking so cute together"

"They are made for each other "

I don't know why but I feel good.

But i heard somebody saying

" She is so beautiful wish I could had a wife like her."

" BOSS is so cold he doesn't deserve her."

I glared at them and they immediately shut their mouth and looked down at the ground.

We both entered in the elevator and walked to the meeting room.

Me and Anna were waiting for our guest to come.

Anna was looking at some files and i was just staring at her.

She is so beautiful.

A small smile placed on my face.

Suddenly the door opened revealing my secretary.

" Sir they are here."

Me and Anna stood straight and were waiting for them to come.

After few seconds they walked in.

My friend chris came in with his bunny smile.

He looked at me and ran toward me.

He jumped in my arm and hugged me tightly.

I didn't hug him back but It's good seeing him after so long time.

" I missed you brother. Didn't you miss me."

" No I didn't now leave me."

" how can you not miss me. I missed you so much."

" I don't care leave me now."

I said and pushed him lightly away from me.

" you are so bad. I am feeling hurt."

He cried dramatically.

He and his drama.

He is a little clingy and childish but not like I mind.

Then I heard Anna saying from behind me.

" Chris."

Chris looked shocked.

" Anna."

He said with a shocked expression.

Anna came running toward us and hugged Chris.

What the actual fuck?
