Ah sh*t, here we go again.
Another story for me to vomit words into with very little cohesion or planning.
Lets do this shit.

1st person POV: Alexander
I am walking down the hall, chatting with my good friend Jonny. "Hey, Jonny, what if you were in RWBY? what would be the first thing you do?" Jonny smirks, giving me the side eye, before snorting out an answer "Winter." I gently hit his arm "Seriously though. what would you do, and what would your semblance be?" I see him think for a minute
"I'd go train, and it'd be dark souls's pyromancy." "Nice. I'd train too, not gonna lie, and I'd want mine to be...well, straight up? I'd want to have Kaioken and be a Half-Saiyan or some shit." Jonny laughs, and I shrug. he then claps my shoulder, and grins. "Way too OP dude." "So is pyromancy! Black flame! Chaos bed vestiges! Forbidden Sun if you run Convergence or play DS2! And it'd make you an undead by extension! Man... Convergence is fun as hell, heheheh..."
The next thing I know...is a bright flash of light, pain, and then darkness...
3rd person pov:
Jonny and Alexander wake up, floating in the dark.
Alexander: "Jonny? what happened? Where are we, man?"
Jonny: "I have no clue!"
A voice rumbles from the dark, soft and kind despite its deepness. "Greetings, Humans. you have died. I am the Oversoul, the collective existence of humanity and gods. You died due to the actions of 400 demons possessing the 4 keyholders of the USA's Nuclear Bomb launchers. Due to this, you two have been chosen for transmigration. You will be sent to Remnant, due to it having a 55% chance of making you two happy...You will also be given 2 boons by me. first is a gift of power. I will not give you outright overpowered magic, especially not anything overpowered from Dark Souls or Dragon Ball. I'll give you something to work towards
The voice lets them absorb this information before speaking again.
First, Alexander, I give you thus: You will be reborn as a Half-Saiyan, and your 'Semblance' will be Kaioken. For you, Jonny, I will make you an Undead Lorde with your 'semblance' being Pyromancy. Second, I will grant you stronger souls, to survive death and safely shift to Remnant. Alexander, you shall be given the soul of the true legendary Saiyan, in its weakest possible state. Jonny, you will gain the soul of the 4 lords, made one, the soul of the lords of cinder, in its weakest possible state. Alongside this, knowledge of starting spells will be given to you, along with a grimore that can teach you how to manipulate your fire.
Alexander: "wait!! wait. why us?"
The voice returns, just as soft as ever. "Because you two, among all who died, died the happiest, talking of what ifs, and enjoying what time you had in the world.
Jonny: "What about our families?"
"All dead. the USA, along with the rest of the world. Nuclear Hellfire has taken Earth and eradicated all life, and all chances life could ever form again. It's over, for humanity.
Alexander: "Well...that's the only way it could have ever ended, I guess. Self-destruction...Well, what now? where will we end up when we go to Remnant? and at what time?"
"You will enter Remnant 1 day before episode 1, season 1. You will start in Mountain Glenn. Now, there are 2 conditions for your second go at life. First: you must interact with the plot, whether you change it or go along with it, I do not care. but you must interact with it. Second: you must NOT attract the attention of the 'Brother Gods' back to Remnant unless you mean to kill them and are 100% certain you will succeed. Now, I have an offer. at the cost of taking two flaws each, you will gain one positive trait each. BOTH will be randomized."
Jonny: "ehhh, I'll do it!"
"If one does it, both must"
Alexander: "Aight Bet. less do dis."
The voice sighs, and 2 wheels appear, and begin to spin. they slowly come to a stop, and a sentence on each lights up.
Alexander: Sin of Wrath
Jonny: Sin of Pride
"Now...for the positives."
the wheels fade, and then 2 new wheels appear, and begin to spin. they slowly come to a stop, and the voice sighs.
"Aspect embodiment for Jonny. This makes it so that when Jonny is in natural light, his magic is more effective. Jonny will also have a spiritual light, akin to a fire, to his being, and be more attractive to most.
Jonny: "Thats cool!"
"And for you, Alexander, you get a trait called...Legendary. You will have more Aura, more potent Aura, and heightened power...at the cost of your aura being rage-inducing when you're pushing yourself to your limits. Quick word of advice: learn to have a cold, calm rage. and NO, this is NOT Legendary Saiyan. just a 'legendary being' status, almost like Kakarot.
Alexander: "strong, but...little less cool. is this a temporary thing i can overcome, or...?"
"It is not. Ahem. That is how the wheels spun. now, if you want to make a request of me, a single asked gift for the each of you. it cannot be overpowered, and will come with a larger negative.
Jonny: "Alex. Gamer system?"
Alexander: "Gamer system."
"of course. fine. but you cannot 'assign' stat points to yourselves, without a catalyst...which would be your souls. Fuck. Even then, it won't effect much at all. furthermore, it would be akin to the Fromsoft UI and system, only more mobile and not tied to graces or bonfires or other people, but to your souls. It will also allow quests and information gathering. Now...I place these negatives! For you, Alexander, Your sin of wrath will activate more often and will be far harder to control.
Jonny: "sucks to be you, man!"
"And for you, Jonny, you will gain less benefit from your Sin of Pride. Except for the willpower boost due to it. This also, due to it negating the SIn itself, makes you attract less grimm than most, as well as makes your pride more of confidence than arrogance. Due to this, I must place a minor curse apon you. also, this curse CAN be broken. Ahem. Whenever you attempt to flirt with someone for the first time, you will have a greater chance of having a voice crack, fumbling words, saying the wrong thing, insulting them accidently, or saying things in a bad tone.
Jonny: "...damn."
"now. One last thing. A quest from me, directly."
{[Alter Remnant's fate, and avoid or stop the end of the world]}
"Good luck. and one more thing: Alexander, your name will be changed."
"Why?!"
"Because I said so. now, good luck."
Moments after, the dark erupts with blinding, piercing light.
...
And then the two are gone, and the oversoul drifts away into slumber once more...
