The Journey of Akasha

After two months of waiting Luna rejoined with Elysia then they continued to check on the others. Jovian was on track with Raven, but just a tad bit behind. When Luna and Elysia made it to him he was just stepping out of cocoon.

When he saw the two spirits, he nodded his head and then he heard them speak

[Congrats on stepping into the Rebirth rank!] Luna said 

"Congrats!" Elysia added. 

"Thank you, so, what's next?" He asked politely. Truthfully, he was having a hard time talking to them. He was walking a thin line, if he mistakenly said some bullshit then he wouldn't even know how he died. 

[Well, you are currently at 50% of your law comprehension. For now, you should bring that up to completion and you should learn to use your eyes more. If you use them correctly you will be able to gain access to other rules easier despite not having affinities for them.]

"Huh? I can do what now?" Jovian asked. He was never informed his eyes had that sort of ability. He never truly practiced with his eyes either he just knew they were special because of those old geezers. He only truly used them only when he did oracle type of things.

[You have the number 1 ranked eyes of this Galaxy. The Heavens Eye as many uses and comprehending rules is just a fraction of that. If you master your eyes, you will without a doubt become a monster.] 

Hearing this Jovian clenched his fist and nodded his head.

"Alright, thank you for helping me out." 

After he said this the two left and made their last visit. 

It had now been about 11 months since they all began their seclusions. Amy and Celeste were only at the A rank when this started. Since the others were busy with cultivation, they weren't informed on how to progress further passed the mortal realms. 

They could have simply asked Luna and Elysia, but instead they decided to hone their battle instincts. So, after 11 months the two of them were only at the S rank, but they were ready to break through at any time. 

Although their ranks didn't increase much, they had completely mastered hand-to-hand combat, and it was no longer a weakness. They had just stepped out of the dungeon's gate to take a moment for themselves. They were still technically mortals, so they still needed food and rest to some extent. 

To their surprise when they came out of the gate, they saw Luna and Elysia. Seeing them they smiled and spoke 

"Hello, what brings you two here today? " Amy said with a smile 

"Yea, how have you two been?" Celeste added on.

[Well, we haven't heard from you two and we had time to check up on everyone, so we stopped by. I see you two are S rank, but your combat prowess should be much higher than that.] Luna said with a smile. 

"That's actually great, you will be much stronger at the same rank once you step into the first realm of power." Elysia added

Hearing this Celeste said

"Umm, we actually have no idea how to reach the next rank." She said in awkward tone. 

[Hehe, its fine no need to feel awkward. It's simple just use your affinities and shape it into a core. It will take you quite a while so there's no need to feel rushed. If you run into any problems just call for one of us.]

Amy and Celeste nodded hearing this then they sat down cross-legged and got to work. 

Seeing that everyone was okay the two spirits went back to Akasha. 

[A/N: I didn't explain the process of entering the Golden Core rank, since it was explained in earlier chapters. I didn't want to repeat info dumps.] 

It took another 2 months before Akasha finally stepped out of the cocoon. When exited he looked the same except that his aura was much denser. The space rippled around just by his natural aura.

When he finished analyzing himself, he sat back down and looked towards the two women. 

"So, next is the mythical rank, right?"

[Fufufu~ Dear aren't you going to test out your divine sense at least?]

"Eh? Well, that did slip my mind honestly, but I will worry about that later."

"Haha, he's so in a rush to go outside." Elysia laughed 

"Speaking of outside, how much time has passed?" 

"It's been about a year and one month in here." She spoke 

"11 month left, I definitely need to speed up a bit."

[Fufufu~ Since you're such in a hurry then let's go. The other has been waiting on you so they can breakthrough to the next realm.]

"Wait! They are ahead of me?!"

"Pfft!" Elysia burst out laughing hearing this. 

[Dear, did you forget how many laws you brough to completion? and then you spent extra time inside of the cocoon than they did. Your divine sense should completely abnormal. So come on already~]

"Well, you do make some sense. Alright let's go meet the others."

As he said this, they all disappeared.

When they appeared, the group was already waiting. Luna had gathered them beforehand because she knew when Akasha would be finished. When the girls saw him the immediately rushed him. 

"Akasha!!!" Raven exclaimed. 

"We missed you!!" Elara said 

Hearing this Akasha smiled and gave them hugs and each a kiss on the forehead. 

*mwah* *mwah*

"I missed the both of you too." 

The girls blushed hearing this. From the side Lyria watched and felt a bit.... jealous? She knew that her and Akasha's relationship was still shallow, but they were already bonded by their souls. So, seeing this made her feel a bit weird. 

As if knowing what she was thinking Akasha separated from the two ladies and approached Lyria. She was so lost in her thoughts she didn't even notice him approaching. When he made it in front of her, he gave her a hug. 

"!!" Lyria eyes slightly widened feeling the sudden warmth. 

"Stop with those silly feelings. We have forever to build something special, don't we?"

Hearing this Lyria was stunned for a few seconds before nodding. 

"R-right." She said stuttering. 

"Tsk, such a playboy." Jovian said spoiling the lovely energy in the air. 

"Perfect timing dude." Akasha said to him as his lip twitched. 

[Alright, let's get started shall we.] 

After they heard this, they all sat down cross-legged and focused on Luna.

[The Mythical Rank is the next step for you guys. As you learned before that Laws are just small mediums that allows a cultivator to use the power of the rules. There are many stages one must go through, but the next step for you guys is Daos.

This a vast number of Daos out there in the universes, but they are so hard to even gain the slightest insight into. Daos and Laws have slight differences. You will never see the same type of Law as another cultivator because all of them are unique to your own comprehension. Daos however are the same.

You may find an entire faction based upon the same Dao. Things like the Dao of Creation, Dao of Slaughter, Dao of Space-Time and plenty more.]

Hearing this Akasha spoke up 

"Hmm, so Daos are similar to the rules?

[In a way, yes, Daos are concepts formed from the rules. You can begin comprehending the Dao as if you would comprehend the rules. Instead of focusing of the normal feeling you will get when comprehending your law, you should make your way deeper into that Rule. 

You will know once you come in contact with the Dao because it feels much heavier than what a law would feel like.]

After Luna said this the group began to follow her directions. They all began to comprehend the rules deeper than they ever had.
