The immortal who travels the world
Chapter 6 Survivor
Chapter 6 Survivor
"Next is Carter."
Lu Yan and the two detectives were leaning on the balcony.
"Next?" Detective Yin turned to look at Lu Yan.
"Well, because there's a pattern to these things happening."
Lu Yan frankly told the two detectives what he had deduced.
The two agents looked at each other, and Agent Shu said, "We have found out that the plane crash was not caused by you. We are going to do another investigation, but you survivors died one by one."
Detective Shu pinched the bridge of his nose, feeling a bit of a headache: "Mr. Lu, no one can control life and death, unless it is deliberately taken away.
So now you should tell us exactly what you know, instead of making up a mythical lie. "
There was movement in the living room, as if the four people sitting in the living room were having a conflict.
The two detectives hurried into the room, Lu Yan shrugged and stood on the balcony to watch the scenery.
"The next one is me!" Carter roared with tears.
Alex calmly persuaded: "Even if it is difficult to face, we can't give up."
"Mr. Leiden just died in front of us, what's the use of staying together!" Carter rushed out of the room, "Don't try to control my life, let me decide how to deal with it."
Carter got into the car, started on fire, and the other three crowded into the car.
Alex rubbed his neck in the back seat and said, "It doesn't matter who is next, we're all on the death list."
Lu Yan stood on the balcony and watched Carter's car start.
The federal agent's car followed.
He rested his cheek with one hand and changed into a comfortable posture, with a somewhat inexplicable expression: "It's a pity that I can't die."
……
It was already late at night, and there were not as many vehicles on the road during peak hours.
Carter slapped the steering wheel hard, a little frustrated.
"Then, what's the point of living. If I die, I can meet Terry again, so what are you waiting for?"
After all, step on the accelerator to the end.
The speed of the vehicle increased rapidly.
"Carter! Slow down!"
"slow down!"
Carter looked back and looked crazy: "It's better to decide how to die!"
Instead of slowing down, the speed of the vehicle is getting faster and faster.
When the speed climbed to the limit, Carter let go of the steering wheel.
For a moment, Alex thought his seat belt had snapped.Pulling it with my hand, I found that the seat belt was still stuck in place.
He looked up and thought, realizing it was a sign.
Just what does this mean?He racked his brains thinking.
A sudden brake, the vehicle stopped on a rail.
The red lights flashed, and the unmanned railings before and after the rails slowly descended.
A train came galloping from a distance with thick smoke.
Ding dong ding dong ding dong!
The railroad's warning sound now sounded like a reminder.
Alex looked back and forth, pretended to be calm and said, "Carter, open the door."
Carter ignored it, holding the steering wheel with both hands.
The three quickly got out of the car, and Claire and Billy stood by the track anxiously watching the approaching train.
Alex propped the door with one hand, and he had no intention of giving up on Carter.
"Carter, listen to me, don't be so stupid!"
Carter tilted his head to look at Alex, but said nothing.
"Get off the bus!" Claire shouted anxiously at the track.
"Get off the train! The train is coming!"
woooooo~
The roar of the train was getting closer.
Carter seemed to suddenly come to his senses and started the car to get off the rails.
Strangely, no matter how he twisted the key, the car would never start.
He began to panic and wanted to open the door, only to find that the door was locked.
He slammed the door hard, and the seat belt couldn't be pulled open. He said to the three of them, "I can't come out!"
Alex looked at the distance of the train, gritted his teeth, and rushed to the rails again.
Alex grabbed Carter by the shoulders, trying to drag him out of the car window.
Carter was strapped to his seat belt, motionless.
The train was getting closer and closer, and I could almost feel the rush of air that the train had caused on its way.
Fortunately, the seat belt was torn as Alex had predicted.
boom!
As soon as Carter was pulled out of the window, the train hit the car, which exploded and burst into flames.
Alex dragged Carter on a donkey and rolled around, and finally survived.
The two lay beside the track, lingering in fear.
No one noticed that there was a piece of iron sheet from the car under the track, dangling as the train moved.
"Hahaha, I have a premonition that the seat belt will break. Carter is not dead, which proves that we can fight against death." Alex gasped, unable to hide his joy.
Billy stood up, walked to Carter, and roared hoarsely: "Carter, it's for sure, the next one is you, I won't follow you, stay away from you, I don't want to die!"
Carter lay on the ground, struggling to get up: "Fuck you! I'm not dead!"
"You will die, you will surely die. I will never die with you!"
As soon as Billy turned around, the shard of iron fluttered onto the train tracks, hit by the wheels, and shot out.
Severed Billy's head.
Headed on the spot.
thump.
Billy's body fell directly.
How many high school students have ever seen such a terrifying scene of decapitation, they screamed in fright.
After a while.
Alex got up from the ground, pointed at Carter, and said, "It was your turn. After Mr. Leiden, it was you. This is the plan of the god of death!"
"You should be dead!" Alex vented his inner fear and walked up to Claire again. "I saw that the seat belt would break, so I saved him, just like I predicted the plane would explode."
"Because I saved him! So he doesn't have to die! So it's next Billy's turn!"
Alex went into a frenzy and started talking to himself: "I'm going to see it first, and then intervene. I can destroy Reaper's plan!"
Claire couldn't stand it anymore, so she rushed over and hugged Alex: "You've lost your mind, calm down first. Billy is dead. According to the original order, the next one is me."
Alex shook his head, held Claire's head with both hands, and forced her to look at him: "Listen, I won't let it happen!"
A federal agent's vehicle arrives.
The two detectives got out of the car and saw Billy's body, and they couldn't bear to look directly.
Another person died.
The two looked at each other.
Detective Yin murmured, "I now somewhat believe what that guy named Lu Yan said."
"Hey man, we're the FBI, not the Institute for Paranormal Events. The guy whose head was cut off is Billy. Shouldn't Carter die first in the order he said?" Agent Shu tried to explain.
"No, that's right. I should have died. I was rescued by Alex, and then it was Billy's turn." Carter spoke suddenly.
