At the forefront, Cardinal Toberos strode confidently, his dark robes blending seamlessly with the night's shadows. Behind him, Aletheia, the Lady of Silence, followed with a calm that mirrored the stillness itself, while their followers moved silently like specters.

Toberos finally broke the silence, his voice low but weighted with meaning. "The abduction… it was no ordinary event. There was something strange about that boy. A faint, tainted energy was seeping from him, like whispers of the Abyss coursing through his veins."

Aletheia paused, her cold gaze masking the depth of her thoughts. "Why would the followers of the Abyss abduct one of their own?" she asked in a steady tone, devoid of any emotion.
