The Holy crussed

Chapter 12: End of road

"When the heart becomes a slave to money, honor and true purpose are lost."

Scene One: Harok's Memories

As Harok sat in a dark corner of the "Fangs of Night" hideout, his mind drifted back to the moment everything changed. He remembered that night when fire covered the sky of his village, as a brutal gang stormed his parents' house. His mother's screams faded among the flames, while his father tried to defend them with a rusty knife, but to no avail.

Harok fled into the forest at the age of fourteen, carrying a deep wound in his heart. He had only one hope: the mercenaries he had always heard of. "They're strong, they can protect anyone... they can help me!" he thought as he ran toward their camp.

Scene Two: A Plea for Help

Harok arrived at the modest mercenary camp, covered in blood and dirt. He approached the leader with fear, saying:

"Please, my village was attacked. Help me... I'll pay you when I manage to save them!"

But the leader did not move, replying coldly:

"We serve those who pay us now, and the nobles fund us. If we intervene in the villagers' conflicts, we will lose everything."

Harok pleaded with them, but the refusal was final. Some of the soldiers, including Arman, tried to intervene, but they were silenced.

Scene Three: The Decision to Leave

Harok left the mercenary camp that night. His face was covered with tears and anger. He decided not to rely on anyone again and to become strong on his own. "I'll return. Not to beg you, but to destroy you!" he muttered to himself as he walked through the darkness.

Two months after Harok's departure, things changed in the camp. Arman reflected on the leader's decision that led to the destruction of Harok's village. Things no longer seemed right to him. Everything revolved around money, and conscience had become a thing of the past.

Scene Four: The Moment of Confrontation

On a bright morning, Arman stood before all the mercenaries in the training field. He gathered his courage and announced his decision to them:

"True, I have learned a lot here and gained my skills among you, but I have realized now that we are nothing but slaves to money. You do not fight for honor or justice, but for gold alone."

Everyone stood in stunned silence as the leader approached him angrily:

"What do you mean by that, Arman? Are you questioning our goals?"

Arman replied calmly:

"I'm not questioning. I'm rejecting. What's the point of skill if you sell yourself to the nobles? I will leave this place, and I will search for a new meaning of strength. You may be strong, but you are without honor."

Scene Five: The Departure

Amid everyone's astonishment, Arman took his belongings and sword, heading toward the camp's gate. The leader stared at him in silence, while some of the soldiers tried to dissuade him, but he did not look back.

When he passed through the gate, he paused for a moment and looked at the overcast sky. He murmured to himself:

"Maybe one day, I'll meet Harok again. I want to know the path he chose. I want to understand if I was late in making my decision."

Then he continued on his way, leaving behind a life full of pain and corruption, and a past he would never return to.

The Final Confrontation

On the battlefield, the clash between Harok and Andrios had reached its peak. Andrios fought with overwhelming strength, his massive sword symbolizing his might, while Harok observed his every move, knowing the decisive moment was near.

Ilan and Larius stood off to the side, watching intently.

Ilan: "If Harok wins, he'll leave with his army. If Andrios wins, the victory will be painful."

Larius: "This battle isn't just between Harok and Andrios. It's a battle between fate and the future."

But in a sudden twist, Harok vanished into the shadows and reappeared behind Andrios. With his black dagger, he plunged it deep into Andrios' body, sending him crashing to the ground, unable to move.

: Deception and Victory

As Andrios lay fallen, the appearance of the "Fire Bow" army behind them shocked everyone. These mercenaries launched a fierce attack on the "Fangs of Night" army, causing chaos among their ranks. Harok stood amidst the battlefield, watching His army is collapsing

However, suddenly, Harok turned to look at Arman, who had been observing from a distance. He approached and said:

"I've defeated them, but... do you understand who the real enemy is?"

Arman replied calmly, his words clear:

I took a bad road at the end
