The Greece Antagonist

Chapter 121: Teacher, Give In To Me (6.3k)_3

Looking at the few people playing around, Morgan's face, immersed in the night, melted like snow, and she couldn't help but curl up her lips.

But immediately, she couldn't help but feel a little melancholic.

There are serious hidden dangers in Bagster and Bawansi. If not handled well, if they lose control, this Queen might one day find herself meeting her knights in battle.

By then, the deeper the bond, the more painful it is to take action.

"We've finished all the tasks you asked us to do. Where's the stuff?"

The inquiry from the side interrupted Morgan's thoughts. She turned to look, and immediately saw Bawansi and Bagster surrounding the campfire, reaching out to someone expectantly.

And when Luo En smiled and handed over two parchment books, Bawansi and Bagster turned a few pages and immediately received them as treasures, eagerly returning to their respective tents.

"What did you give them? They didn't even eat dinner?"

Morgan was somewhat surprised.

Luo En flipped the skewer and replied with a light smile:

"What Bagster has is a cookbook, and what I gave Bawansi are designs for clothing and shoes."

"What's the use of that?"

"To satisfy their interests, give them something to do so they don't think about chopping people and sucking blood all day."

Hearing this casual explanation, it was as if a thunderbolt flashed in Morgan's mind.

Right!

Elves are indeed fantastic creatures that exist for interests and impulse, having an essence of madness and chaos, easily being led astray, heading towards self-destruction.

But slaying, battling, blood-sucking, torturing are interests—so are cooking, clothing, crafts, and poetry.

As long as there's plenty of fun for them to indulge in, to vent their abundant energy, they might not need to fight all day, hovering on the brink of madness and losing control.

With her thoughts becoming increasingly clear, the cloud of worries in Morgan's mind also dissipated, looking at the silhouette in front of her as if discovering a treasure:

"You're the wisest sage I've ever met."

"You're flattering me. I just don't want those two following me around all day, having to sleep with one eye open."

Luo En joked with a smile, not taking any credit.

Although he did have the intention to enlighten Morgan, it was indeed to make his life more peaceful.

Ever since Bagster and Bawansi failed to ambush him, the two female elves not only weren't discouraged but developed an even stronger interest, openly and secretly seeking opportunities to strip him bare, leaving no trace.

Of course, one was interested in his blood, and the other in his strength and physique.

In response, Luo En was extremely troubled, having no choice but to find a way to help Bawansi and Bagster develop some normal hobbies to distract them, so the two female elves wouldn't follow him like fan girls, trying all ways to take him down.

After some intelligence gathering and targeted development, he managed to guide Bawansi and Bagster onto the right path.

Nowadays, one is interested in cooking, preparing to develop dishes to suit British tastes, while the other fell in love with designing clothes and collecting beautiful shoes, busy learning from Habettlot on how to sew new clothes for her mother Morgan, temporarily having no time for stalking.

This made Luo En very satisfied, and the nerves constantly on guard for ambushes relaxed significantly.

"Here, yours."

A freshly roasted skewer was handed to Morgan's eye, the golden light of the fire reflecting a face full of laughter.

When Morgan came to her senses, she found she had unknowingly taken the skewer and started eating.

Couldn't resist even this little temptation, embarrassing...

But, so delicious.

With a complex feeling, Morgan bit off the last piece of roasted meat on the skewer, turned to look at Luo En, who was still patiently preparing meals in front of the campfire, and said thoughtfully,

"How about going back to the Mist Forest with me after the journey ends?"

Luo En's hand trembled, almost letting the skewered stick fall into the fire.

He suppressed the shock in his heart and pretended to ask nonchalantly,

"Why did you suddenly think to say this?"

"Because you're more outstanding than I thought."

Morgan paused, looking at the half-blood mage in front of her, seriously evaluating,

"Not only are you extraordinarily skilled in magic, swordsmanship, magic potion, cooking, and art, but you also have a wealth of experience and knowledge, being an all-rounder who knows everything and anything. More crucially, you tend to rely on wisdom rather than force to solve problems, no matter how harsh the environment or how tricky the problem, you seem to always come up with an appropriate plan, often the optimal solution.

You must have felt it too, the Celtic God Era has entered its twilight years, with various calamities happening frequently, and the relationship between the Danu Divine Race in Ireland and us here in Britain isn't exactly amicable. I am in urgent need of a helper who can give me advice, mediate between all forces, and sustain the Celtic God Era.

Based on these days of observation and the ways you've handled crises, I think you're the person I've been looking for.

So, consider it; after this journey ends, join my team, become my knight like Bawansi, how about it?"

Seeing Morgan extend such a sincere invitation, being the insider, Luo En felt a headache, having to cough lightly to dodge,

"I'd better not. I'm not used to constraints."

"You can go anywhere you want in all of Britain, no one will restrain you. As long as you're here when I need you."
