The Goblin's Leveling System!

I stared at the man for a while.

Since I don't know about the intentions of the human king, I should play it safe and learn more about it before heading to a place without any knowledge.

"What does the king want this time? It should be important if not then we are not going.", I answered the man.

The man tried to catch his breath before replying to me.

"The king wants you to go with him in the holy church to become full-fledged heroes.", The man replied.

"Alright, tell the king that we will be there after we wear some proper clothes.", I answered the man and in return, he replied with a simple nod before rushing outside and heading back to inform the human king.

I took out some clothes from the system inventory and wore them.

The clothes that I wore were just some simple set of clothes but can be considered as proper.

I wore a black suit with a black necktie coupled with long black slim pants and black leather shoes.

I looked like some man in black in the movies but I guess that it is considered decent so it shouldn't be offending to the king, I hope.

'It's not like I'm afraid of the king but I might reap some profits from the church if I act nice or just hold myself from causing trouble.'

I went to the outside rooms of my teammates, knocked on the door and they came out and were shocked after seeing me wear some proper attire.

I explained to them what the servant of the king said and told them that we would wear proper attire but would still bring our weapons just in case if something went awry.

My teammates went out and they wore proper attire just like what I had worn but Sophie and Aerin wore dresses that highlighted their beauty.

Sophie wore a white dress that highlighted her silver hair and white wolf ears and paired it with high heels.

Aerin wore a green dress and it was further highlighted with her jade-colored eyes and long blonde silky hair paired with the green necklace which I got from the tree spirits coupled with high heels.

Aerin looked like the Goddess Of Nature with her formal dress and delicate and beautiful face.

'She looked like the characters I have played before in an RPG game back on Earth but I'm not surprised since the place that we are in right now is a fantasy world just like in a game with swords and magic.'

'Defeating the demon lord to save the world is like one of the most cliche plots of the games that I played but this world added a twist to it which will allow one of our wishes to be fulfilled.'

'It's nothing compared to the hardships that we will face but it's better to receive something than nothing, right?'

'I don't want to rule the world and by doing so will just make me demon lord number two so that's out of my wish list.'

'I have made up my mind that what I'm going to wish for is to become a human, elf, or something like that as long as I will regain some of my human characteristics.'

'I don't want them to label me as a monster. Not that I'm concerned about it but it feels uneasy to be called something like that.'

We headed outside while wearing some of our accessories that boosted our skills and also our weapons.

We went to the Beastman king's palace so that we can meet up with the human king.

As we arrived at the entrance of the palace, we were met by a lot of guards but they let us enter after we verified ourselves as heroes.

The palace was heavily guarded than before so the reason must be because the human king was in the beastman kingdom.

Since the baseman king doesn't want to start a war with the human king, he stationed the royal guards to protect the human king.

We entered the palace and we were met by the human king who was sitting on an expensive chair near the beastman king who was sitting on his throne made out of gold and expensive cloth for a cushion.

We went in front of the beastman king and my teammates bowed at the beastman king while I just stood there and greeted the beastman king.

The beastman king seemed to have been used to my attitude so he let it passed and didn't mind it considering I destroyed half of his kingdom because some of his men disrespected me.

'I'll just let bygones be bygones since I also destroyed half of his kingdom so it's fair enough, right? After all, everyone respected me back on Earth and even government officials respected me for contributing research breakthroughs that helped the human race's technology into another level.'

'I also did invent an anti-pollution system that will turn carbon dioxide into oxygen so smogs were no longer present.'

'I should try to be more polite since the beastman king also greeted me with respect so I should return the favor.'

"Your highness, what do you want us to do for coming here?", I said to the beastman king while performing a slight bow.

My teammates were shocked by my action and all they thought was; 'Did he turn over a new leaf? That's impossible, right?'

I didn't mind my teammate's reaction and waited for the beastman king's reply.

"You don't have to be polite to me. After all, the strong are respected so you heroes have the privilege to be respected as a noble should.", The beastman king replied.

'The beastman king also thinks that it was odd for me to be polite? I guess it was indeed surprising for someone who used to be unruly started to become polite. I would even think that someone who acts like that is an imposter.'

"I'm not the one who needs for your audience and I also don't know about the full details about it so you can ask the human king instead of me.", The beastman king added.

"I requested for your audience is because you need to go to the holy church to become full-fledged heroes. Of course, it doesn't mean that you will work for us but just pledge that you will defeat the demon lord.", The human king said.

"What's in it for us?", I asked.

"The pope will perform a ritual that will make you become full-fledged heroes but the real reason why it is important to perform the ritual is so that the Gods can choose their representative. You can also call it the champion or incarnation of a God.", The human king replied.

"You could also meet up with the God that chose you and they will give you information and advice about this world and how to defeat the demon lord. Your heroes will also inherit their skills and you will receive blessing from them. But I doubt you didn't receive their blessings since the moment you were summoned, the Gods have already chosen their representative.", The human king added.

'So Mathew got his cheat skill known as Universal Steal from the God of Stealing?'

'If that is right then I wouldn't be surprised if Aerin got her 100% accuracy when using a bow from the God Of Archery or Zale's ability that allows him to attract opportunity from the God Of Opportunity.'

'Sophie's God must be the God Of Assassination or something like that. If my guess is correct then the God who chose me must be the God Of System?'

'After all, no system will be too good to their host because when I read novels that main character is granted with a system, the system appears to be trashy and causes trouble to their host when they give tasks to their host just to make the host obtain power.'

'I inferred that the system that was granted to me must be a blessing from the God Of System or my system would have been a trashy and useless system.'

'It also feels odd that the system has gone quiet since the system usually answers my doubts or questions.'

'As I had expected. The system must be affiliated with the God Of System. After all, they say that silence means yes. If it doesn't mean yes then they will reply to you on what is correct.'

As I had digested all the information that I had received from the human king, I now know about the Gods and the blessings that they have granted us even though the human king didn't further mention the blessings.

"When are we going to go to the holy church?", I asked the human king.

"Right now."
