What William truly needed was merely Art's [Tumor] and the [Evil] between his soul.

The former is used to implement the Completion Plan for himself, using the 'Infinite' of [Tumor] to fill his hollow perfect physical body to become a true "Complete Shaper."

The latter serves as a cornerstone for accessing malicious entities hidden deep within the main material plane.

William and Art's consciousness danced in the Library,

while the entity began "appreciation" beneath the abyss; even though Art's physical body was weak and just suppressed back from the brink of self-destruction,

his essence remained unchanged, he was still the last evil tumor.

As golden lines flowed into William's concept-lacking right eye, the seeds planted long ago rapidly sprouted and grew, giving birth to a brand new right eye, completing the missing [Right Eye] concept.

Moreover,

these golden lines gradually spread throughout the body, delineating and filling the Complete Shaper Body planned during the Silver Turbid period, with the so-called gap gradually being filled by the evil tumor.

Most importantly,

as the present Art was fully absorbed from physical body to soul, a "concept" invisible to the naked eye was transferred from Art to William.

A "qualification" occurred twice in a single day, unprecedented in Old World development history.

The insane dance also came to an end,

William's consciousness, dancing with Art, transitioned directly from the Library to the deep world, embarking on every patient's ultimate dream – [Ultimate Ascension].

However, he was not as painstaking as Art, and both the efficiency and speed of ascension fully exceeded Art's foundation.

At the bottom of the Tenth Abyss,

all those sent by William as Abyss citizens, the 'students' with dark attributes, have all arrived under the call of the Tenth Abyss, numbering in the thousands.

Forming multi-layered circles around William, they lifted their skulls and 'threw' a brain nerve to connect to William's Madness Brain, undergoing their "graduation exams."
