The Fallen Vampire

Chapitre 267: A Tournament Arc!

With the entrance closed, there was no light to pierce through the suffocating darkness.

Sect Leader Joshua narrowed his eyes.

He started to reach behind his back, but his apprehension was cut short when a series of blue flames flickered to life around the cavern.

"Woah... these guys look like shit." One of the members noted.

To his credit, it wasn't a far-off assessment.

After a long duration spent underground training, the assanbosam were dressed in tattered garb and looked like they had been through all seven layers of hell.

But Joshua wasn't too worried about outward appearances. He was focused on their cultivation.

The cult of Black Myth didn't have a single member beneath the sovereign realm.

And there were not one, but four members nearing the quasi-god realm. They were just on the cusp of achieving a breakthrough.

"Bros... does it really have to be like this?" Joshua smiled wryly. "It's not very chill."

Taira scoffed. "I haven't brought you to a slaughterhouse, boy. Though it is a battleground."

"Que?"

"I assume you remember that our sect was unable to participate in the tournament due to certain unscrupulous practices." Aveena stood up.

Joshua couldn't help but notice how imposing this woman was and how much they looked alike.

"Our proposition is relatively simple. If your disciples can best ours, then we'll allow you to walk free and continue with your foolish little plan. We'll even aid you." Aveena smiled.

"And if we lose?"

"Then you will help us. And you won't so much as breathe without our say so."

Joshua glanced at a few individuals whose cultivation he was wary of.

Aveena knew what he was thinking with a single look.

"Worry not. Our members can suppress their cultivation if you find it necessary."

Joshua felt like he was being talked down to. As Grandmaster, such a thing was hardly acceptable.

He could tell that the Black Myth Cult was just coming out of some secluded training. Meaning that they wanted them to be the punching bags they tested their new power on.

"Wellll, I'd like to accept, but... I kinda don't feel like we're getting enough out of the deal. Got any more incentive for us?"

Aveena seemed amused. "Your lives not enough?"

"Aww, you dudes are alright. You wouldn't actually kill us for not wanting to play with you."

Joshua seemed to be the only member of his brood who actually believed such a thing. No one had taken their eyes off of Taira since they arrived.

Aveena smirked at his surprising attitude. "I'm curious now. What exactly do you think you're entitled to?"

"Some Primeval Spirit pills would be nice."

"How unsurprising."

Aveena and her husband made brief eye contact.

After a moment, she turned back to Joshua and nodded.

"How does ten sound?"

"Awesome!"

"Then it is done, and-"

"But that's just the entry fee. How about three for each match we win? Cool??"

"You don't fear overstepping your bounds, do you?" Taira suddenly asked.

"Are you by chance participating in the matches?"

"Of course not."

"Then nope!" Josh beamed.

Taira and Aveena weren't sure if Joshua was extremely carefree or if he was just a fool.

Though they also hadn't ruled out the idea that he was both.

Vermeil quietly tiptoed through the halls of her home with a small bundle of joy wrapped in her arms.

After all this time, she was surprised to learn that the greatest key to getting a child tuckered out was to take them swimming.

Yuki hadn't fallen asleep before bedtime since... ever.

Vermeil was already plotting on just what she was going to do with all of the free time on her hands.

She slipped into Yukiko's room, quietly cursing the creak of the door.

Somehow, she made it all the way to her daughter's bed without waking her.

Gingerly laying the young girl down, she pulled her blanket over her and picked one of her fifty stuffed animals for her to sleep with.

Vermeil let out an internal squeal of glee and took several mental pictures before bolting out of the room in short order.

Giggling to herself, Vermeil rushed through her house with her mind set on tackling the first wife she came across.

The sound of music gently tickled her ear, and Vermeil followed it like a bloodhound.

She found Inadu in the living area. She was seated on a sofa while her guquin floated around her of it's own volition.

Her brow was furrowed, and her gaze was fixed on the notepad in her lap. Her hand was constantly scribbling something down on a notepad, so she had yet to even notice Vermeil approaching her.

"It sounds beautiful. I didn't know it could do that."

Ina looked up from her notepad and smiled. "Tian Hua has some level of sentience... She likes to provide a thoughtful ambiance."

The instrument thrummed in response.

Vermeil leaned over the back of the couch and wrapped her arms around Inadu's neck. "Yuki liked swimming... it put her right to bed."

"I thought it was a bit quieter than normal..." Ina giggled. "I'm glad she..." Inadu followed Vermeil's hands as they slipped through the opening in her robe.

Her cheeks became as warm as a furnace. "You couldn't wait for tonight..?"

"What can I say? Our darling Ina is irresistible."

As if reacting to her emotions, Inadu's guqin began to play a much more sultry and alluring music.

An odd power flowed from within the soul weapon.

The surroundings became pink, and rolling with mist. The air was made sweeter, like cotton candy on the tongue.

Vermeil felt her body becoming warm. Inadu looked more and more beautiful the more breaths that she took.

Her breathing became slightly ragged, despite her attempts to retain composure. "Is this... a trick of yours too?"

Ina shook her head. For a moment, Vermeil thought that she might've seen her eyes turn white.

"N-Not a trick... Like I said, she's just very perceptive..."

Vermeil discarded Inadu's robe onto the couch.

Her hand continued it's descent down her smooth stomach, inspiring shivers and anticipatory breaths from the woman beneath her.

Vermeil slipped her hands into Inadu's panties and was unsurprised to find them already damp.

She stole the young woman's lips and exchanged a deep, sensual kiss. At the same time, a nimble finger slipped into Inadu's depths and inspired a soft moan from her lips.

The shared markings on the girls developed their own unique light.

Vermeil became hyper-aware of all of Inadu's wants and needs. She meticulously increased her pace and intensity according to her body.

She bit her ear gently. Cupped her breast with one hand and rolled her nipple between her fingers.

Their kiss broke and Inadu's voice reached the heavens.

Her soft allure made Vermeil feel like an insatiable predator. She wanted to hear more of Inadu's sweet voice. Feel her building attraction.

A clear line of fluid ran from between her thighs as her own excitement increased.

Inadu reached her climax relatively quickly thanks to Vermeil's diligent efforts.

Her hips lifted from her seat as she threw her head back and unleashed her loudest cry yet.

She soaked the sofa underneath her, as well as the floor between her feet.

Vermeil removed her hand from Inadu's underwear. She brought her glistening fingers to her mouth and savored the rich, velvety ambrosia that danced across her tongue.

Ina believed that she was going to faint.

Through her lust-addled gaze, she watched Vermeil lick every every spare helping of cream off her fingers without diminishing her burning gaze.

Inadu's endurance had increased considerably during her time here.

After being brought to her first climax, she was anxiously awaiting to be brought to her second and third. She just didn't know how to put together the words to ask for more.

Luckily, Vermeil was too riled up to make her wait for very long.

She unzipped her dress and let it fall to the floor before she came to join Ina on the couch.

Her black lace underwear met her dress on the floor; revealing her full, enchanting figure to the room and Ina.

She gently pushed her onto her back and Vermeil descended on her.

Inadu felt her heart beating louder as Vermeil's lips came closer. It was the first time she became conscious of her surroundings.

"S-Should we not go to the bedroom first..?"

Despite her self-consciousness, she still had no reservations about taking one of Vermeil's breasts into her mouth- making her wimper in delight.

"I'm sure we'll get there… eventually. But for right now the others are in there napping. So for now, we've got nothing but time."

-

On the snow-covered mountain housing Black Myth, a fierce snowstorm wrapped around the jagged peak.

Only the foolish or the daring would be brazen enough to attempt to tread such a storm.

Abott Tang Gyeoksan and Dan Master Hideyoshi were neither foolish nor particularly daring, but they had treaded up the mountain all the same.

Abott Tang knew that they were probably making a mistake. But what was he to do when the dwarf had practically bullied him into coming here..?

No, that wasn't quite right. He wanted to visit as well. If only so that he could see Aveena again and apologize to her for what had transpired.

Hopefully, she would not blame him for the scheming of others. If he lost the last tether to his only love then… he didn't know what he would do.

"Makers' bones… It's cold!" Hideyoshi complained.

Abott Tang found his remark humorous.

Because he was almost certain that this kind of cold was nothing compared to what Taira could produce if he were to be displeased with their visit.
