As the sacred seals within the temple cracked, the celestial guardian spirits fully emerged. Their glowing blue eyes flickered with ancient power, and their presence carried a sorrowful hum, as if trapped in a forgotten time.

Yan Xi gripped his sword tightly, but his unease wasn't just because of these spectral warriors. Ling Yue… The darkness rising inside her was clashing against the sacred seals of the temple.

"Don't stop me." Ling Yue's voice echoed. It was colder, more commanding than before. "Do you think I'm weak?"
