The Epic Dragon Titan

Chapter 630: Chapter 630: Not a Single Copper

"Until his current state is lifted, we don't need to assist him. Let's help the others for now."

"With the battle prowess His Highness is displaying now, I believe it won't be long before he can kill all those legends."

Even in his true dragon form, the elegant silver dragon couldn't help but exclaim as he watched Muria wielding a sword and a blade, slaughtering left and right.

"Alright, enough talking, let's get moving!" The leading ancient silver dragon felt a headache as she looked at the silver dragons starting to discuss. Although she was nominally the queen of the Tiago Kingdom, and these silver dragons were supposed to obey her, in reality, they were all acting independently, forming a loose confederation without any true subordinate relationship.

"I need you two to go and entangle that ice dragon, don't let it interfere with His Highness's battle. If possible, seal it!" The leading ancient silver dragon looked at Muria's fierce combat style, which had nothing to do with a typical golden dragon. She then lowered her gaze to the ice dragon pinned to the ice mountain below by a thunder spear. It was tearing its flesh in an attempt to break free from the spear's restraint.

It had torn off its lower jaw and was now ripping the scales and flesh from its neck. Unable to move the sun-chasing spear, it could only use self-harm to escape.

"As for the rest of you, choose your own battles. Help whoever you want."

"But who can we help?" Eight silver dragons looked puzzled at the leading ancient silver dragon. In their eyes, apart from Muria, Mikaela, and Ilvis, there was no one else fighting whom they deemed worthy of their aid. They felt their own battles were enough.

"Of course, help His Highness's subordinates."

"But among these legends, who is on the same side as His Highness Muria?"

"Yeah, we can't tell them apart." A slender and elegant silver dragon lazily swung its tail and flapped its wings in agreement. "So, we can't help."

"Stop playing dumb!" The ancient silver dragon glared fiercely at these lazy dragons. "That ancient green dragon down there, it's not possible for such a dragon that likes tropical jungles to be from our continent. It must have come here with Muria."

"And that red dragon descendant, it's obvious she's not from our subcontinent."

"Helping these guys doesn't feel right!" These were chromatic dragons, usually at odds with silver dragons, making the silver dragons reluctant.

"Down below, frost giants are fighting other frost giants. Do we really want to waste our resources on this?"

"We must help them. It's an order from the Dragon King!"

"Fine, fine!" Out of respect and fear for the Dragon King, the nine silver dragons opened nine ring-shaped space gates. Then, the air force of the Tiago Confederation Kingdom took the lead, equipped with a well-armed cold-type sub-dragon squad.

Next, a grand floating fleet emerged from the space gates, representing the kingdom's aerial defense force.

"Target the frost giants below, aim at those without armor!"

"Obviously, regular frost giants don't forge metal weapons!"

"I'm just confirming to avoid mistakes."

"You're just trying to spread the blame."

"Inform the fleet, adjust the cannons and fire at the unarmored frost giants. Don't hold back."

Boom! Boom! Boom...

The sound of magitek cannons roared, and scorching elemental beams, along with powerful magitek cannonballs, landed among the wild frost giants attacking the giant army. Blossoms of deadly flowers bloomed on the ground, bringing a macabre beauty of death.

"What are they doing?" Muria smashed a few ice mountains with his fists, formed by legendary frost giants as weapons thrown at him.

"Even if you help me this much, I won't pay you," Muria thought warily, suspecting these dragons were here for extra profit. In his previous life, there were similar schemes where no price was discussed initially, but a hefty fee was demanded after the task was done.

Currently, Muria was in debt by five billion. He was waiting for the conquered demiplanes to generate revenue to repay his debts. If these silver dragons tried to extort him afterward, he would refuse without hesitation. He thought to himself, "Not a single copper."

"Stop struggling. Don't worry, I will keep my promise and not kill you." Muria smiled while ruthlessly stabbing a frost giant in the chest with the Seven Sins Blade, twisting it despite the giant's wails.

A scorching wave spread from him, isolating the other three legends momentarily. Then, Muria swung the Demon Sword, severing the giant's limbs and turning him into a human pillar.

"To avoid this pain again, control your flesh regeneration speed. I assure you, I won't kill you." Muria gently kicked the maimed frost giant towards the ground.

Even amidst the war below, a legendary being could protect itself. The frost giant, reassured by Muria's promise, fell silently to the ground, not resisting.

However, his flesh regeneration slowed significantly; he did not want to fight Muria again. Having limbs continuously severed and regrown was a terrible experience. While strong regenerative abilities were one thing, enduring pain was another.

"White Snake, I have a habit of repaying kindness and malice tenfold. Are you ready?"

Holding the Hell Trident, Muria looked at the white giant snake, now fully healed, with a cold, murderous intent in his gentle tone.

Since birth, Muria had never suffered such painful damage, with his bones and flesh below the head shattered and mixed. He never wanted to experience that pain again. No one, except masochists, liked pain, including Muria. The Titan bloodline made Muria a fierce warrior, but that didn't mean he enjoyed pain.

Many Titans preferred defeating their opponents without injury, as it was also a form of skill refinement.
