*groans*

Huh? Oh, I woke up because it was so noisy. Why is it so loud? Did the next teacher finally come? Ahh, alright. I thought I could get more sleep because I think I'm still sleepy, but whatever, I better wake up now before I get scolded.

Then I immediately raise my head from my desk and open my eyes, and... well, shit, I look around first to make sure, but yeah, this is not my classroom. This place seemed familiar but looked pretty strange to me. I reflected on the interiors and the door in front of me and realized that I was inside the castle from my dream on Monday night.

"What, am I dreaming again, and in the class???? You must be kidding," I said in disbelief while raising both hands above my head.

.

" *Sigh* I thought I'd only had dreams like this when I was sleeping at night," I said and shook my head. At this point, I could only accept it and move on.

.

"Welp, getting scolded for sleeping in the classroom is another case. Now, let's get out of here quickly," I said to myself again as I was about to get up from my desk.

.

Strangely, it looks like I got teleported here with my desk. I get up and start to move slowly but steadily. This room is so small and a bit dark, with only a glint of light from the window, which has iron bars on it. I walk up to the door and try to open it.

Unlike that one dream where I got locked up, it opened right away this time. Then I peeked outside the room. Instead of a corridor like last time, I was stuck inside a big room.

.

It looks like I'm now inside the castle's ballroom. What surprises me is that there are so many people here. Before, this place only looked like an abandoned castle, but it's lively now, but not all of them are human.

Some of them have unfamiliar characteristics to be called human, like cat ears, crocodile mouths, tails, etc. They are humanoid creatures like those in one of my fantasy manhwas I read.

"Wowwww, so cool," I thought to myself

Well, that's what I said at first sight, but it looks like these people are having a feast here, it's so loud in here, but I don't know a damn about what are they saying, they are speaking a strange language that I never heard before.

"what must I do now, eh," I said to myself, confused about what to do next in front of the hall door.

Learn from the last dream. I'm praying to seek help from god.

"God almighty, please help me again in your trial here." Hmm, nothing changes even after I pray.

Confused about what to do next, I hid at one of the big pillars, trying to find a way that might be able to lead me out of there. After looking around, I found that small door on the other side of the room.

"Oh my god, is it really necessary to cross this sea of people to get in there ?" I said while punching the pillar. Then someone talked to me from behind in a cold, deep voice, "Yes, it is." I jumped out from the pillar and almost screamed, "HOLY SH…." Then it said again, "Shush, be quiet, Richan."

.

It was the mysterious voice again. "You scared me back there. Why did you suddenly pop up?" I said to him and immediately went back to hiding behind the pillar while also pouting.

.

"Well, I want to surprise you," he said nonchalantly almost immediately. What a jerk, but I'm still glad it's him, not another random person. "That's not funny at all, but still, I'm glad to hear your voice again, especially inside this strange dream. So are you gonna guide me again this time?" I asked him with a low voice to him.

The mysterious voice was not replying, so I tried to talk to him. "Hello, Mr. scary, mysterious voice ?" "Ah yes, why Richan?" It seems he was spacing out. I wonder how he knows my name, even though I'm not telling him.

.

I tried to ask the mysterious voice, "By the way, how do you know my name? And who are you?" He replied Immediately, "Just call me Black for now. As for how I know your name, you will know it later." Haishh, now he is avoiding to answer my question.

.

I try to ask him later, but now, how to escape this place? "Okay, then... now, what must we do? Don't they notice me if I go there ?"

.

Then, Black said easily, "Nope" A bit surprised by his reply, I said, "Huh, what, but how?" I said while wondering what he was saying, and then Black talked again, "This is how."

After he said that, the entire ballroom went dark. All the lights from the chandelier and windows were out, and there was not even a glimmer of light inside the room. The people seemed to panic, and some of them even screamed, almost like chaos. It looked like "Black" was the one responsible for this blackout.

Well, the minus is that because of the blackout Black is causing, I also can't see anything. "What's happening here, Black? It's so dark in here," I said while still holding on to the pillar, trying to stay calm.

Black whispering to me now, he said, "Keep calm, Richan. I'm here. I'm always here with you, wherever and whenever you are."

.

"Now…. close your eyes, only listen to my voice and ignore others, and walk toward the direction of the source of my voice."

.

Then I replied to what Black was saying to me, "Okay, Black, please help me too in this one," he whispered again, "I will, Richan… I will"

.

I close my eyes, and now I'm trying to concentrate, and I hear Black's voice. I walk towards it; the direction is changing from time to time, but Black is still guiding me till now, it already around 5 minutes after the blackout, and I'm still following his guide, but then.

But suddenly, there is this loud noise from a distance: "CRASH." Worse, it is also followed up by this very familiar sound that I don't want to hear again: "ROARRRRRGHHHHH." It is the roar of something that is a bad thing from the previous dream

"WHAT IS THAT?" I said in reflex to that suddenly loud roaring, but then Black suddenly told me to stop. "STOP, hold your place, Richan. Don't move, speak, or breathe if you can. " What's happening? So I whispered to him, "Eh, are we there yet?" Then Black replied, "No, it's them. One of them is here."

"Them? Who?" I said, and then Black lowered his voice and told me, "Keep quiet. It's your enemy, no, it's our enemy" Huh, enemy? What? But I don't have any, so I told Black, "Enemy? What? I'm still 14 years old, and I don't have any enemies. "

.

"There are many things you don't know for now, Richan, but for now, we must avoid them," he still whispers. I whisper back, confirming what he just said. "Uhhh, okay, Black, I'm just going to follow what you say."

I stopped what I was doing, moving, seeing, even struggling to hold my breath, in the hope that something that Black had told me before would not detect me. It had already been one minute, and now I needed to breathe again.

I whisper to Black, "Black, is it safe now?" Black replied, "Wait a bit, it's gonna pass soon" Because I was at the tip of the limit of my breath, I whispered at Black again, "No way, I'm at my limit, Black,"

"Hold it a little more, or we're in big trouble," Black said to me. After he said that, I had a flashback from the forest of my last dream, so I replied, "Okay, then, there is no way I'm going to go through that hell again."

I gather all my guts and strength and hold my breath until the last of it. I try my best, but then, an accident sure happens.

*Pretttttttttt* I farted loud as hell.

.

In that silence, Black finally broke it and said to me that he looked a bit surprised, "Did you just..." I'm pretty fucked up now, plus ashamed, so I'm just apologizing to him. "I'm sorry, Black."

"Oh no…no…no, run now, Richan. RUN AND FOLLOW MY VOICE," Black said, and here we go again.

After my foolishness, I started running with my eyes closed and focused on the Black voice guiding me, but now I heard something familiar far behind me. It's that roar again, the roar that I hear in the forest. This feels like Deja Vu, but now, it's because of my stupidity. I'm running and following the Black voice, and then Black tells me something.

"Richan, NOW!!! use your shoulder and charge hard on what is in front of you!!!"

.

It didn't take long after Black said it. I started to run faster, and I charged myself in front. It looked like I had hit something. I think it was the door that I saw earlier in the ballroom. I got into the room, and I fell off after losing my balance post-charging.

When I was still panting and recovering, Black said again, "Great, and now I can terminate this pitiful bastard."

.

After that, Black is chanting something, maybe like a spell, fast. I only know a word about a part of what Black was chanting: "Eternal Frozen." After that, I hear that roar again, but it sounds raging with fury, and then it's gone. The roaring sound is gone. It's quiet now but still dark.
