Chapter 44: In paradise?
"What are you..."
Dammit! Don't tell me he's gonna cry because I...
"Why are you always mean?" Lian asked tears trickling down his face," why do you always do this to me?"
His sudden outburst drew the attention of the passers by and they all looked at Ding.
"Shush! Shush! Don't shout and cry at the same time..."
"Look at those two..."
"Why is he crying?"
"Did he get beaten by that guy?"
"Poor thing... did his lover do something to make him so sad?"
F*ck! His tantrums are drawing unwanted attention from all these people.
Luckily, Ding's car was just a few feet away and he dashed towards it. As much as he loved watching someone cry and whine, he obviously did not like it when Lian did it because he was branded as the cause of his sadness.
"Let go of me!" Lian shouted and tried to free himself from Ding's grip.
"Stop that or you'll fall," he warned and Lian wailed even louder.
"Is it a kidnapping?"
"Oh my... should we call the police?"
"My guess is that guy is his ex lover."
"Tsk tsk the guy is handsome..."
"That's why you should never trust people with good looks."
Ding felt a sudden urge to whip around and question these strangers for their baseless and irrelevant assumptions but his current goal was to get out of the open and get Lian home before he did anything stupid. They arrived at the car and Ding set Lian on the co drivers seat and buckled him up. He took the drivers seat and started the engine and drove out of the parking lot. Lian suddenly fell silent and when Ding turned to check on him, their eyes locked and a chill ran down the back of his neck at the intensity of his glare.
Gosh! That scared me. Why is he staring at me like that?
"What?"
"Is it fun?"
"Huh?"
"Do you enjoy messing with me like this?"
"Look here. You're drunk. Why don't you be a good little boy and rest up while I get us home?"
"There you go again," he replied as new tears formed at the corner of his eyes," why do you treat me like some emotionless thing."
Ding let out a sigh and shook his head in disbelief. He reached into the dash board and pulled out a packet of chocolate which he handed to Lian.
"Here... take this as my apology," he said a smile on his lips," am sorry okay?"
Lian looked from the chocolate to Ding's face and wiped his tears away.
"Mmh."
He took the chocolate and tried to unwrap it with his shaky hands. Ding watched him struggle from the corner of his eye and he was perplexed.
On the day I decide to travel without an escort this goes and happens. And why is he being such a cry baby? Not forgetting the fact that he can't even open a plastic wrap. Sigh, this night can't get any worse.
Ding snatched the chocolate from him and easily teared the paper using his teeth.
"Here."
Lian happily took the chocolate and nibbled on it, one small bite at a time. The drive to his house was silent aside from Lian's loud chewing.
"Here we are. Why don't you get out and head on up?"
Lian looked at him and shook his head.
"I don't want to," he said and clung onto the seat belt.
"What do you mean 'you don't want to'? Do you plan on staying here through the night?"
After a few minutes of persuasion, Ding swung Lian's arm around his shoulder and helped him walk since his feet were wobbly and because Lian was clinging onto him. Once they were in the house, Lian looked around in amazement.
"Wow... is this paradise?"
"Sir Ding..."
Ding turned and looked at the approaching maids and his butler.
"Oh my... is he..."
"Nice to meet you," Lian said and bowed.
The sudden act made his mind all fuzzy and he fell on his hands and knees.
"Ouch!"
"Are you okay?" the butler asked and knelt down to help him.
Lian looked at him and smiled," Do you have any alcohol?"
"Absolutely not!" Ding snapped and grabbed him by his collar," you're definitely not drinking anything that'll worsen your condition."
He dismissed the servants and dragged Lian with him to his room. Lian willingly followed him and upon arrival in the room, he curled himself on the mat, its texture soft against his skin.
"Hey! You can't sleep over there!"
Lian shrugged him off and closed his eyes. Ding flipped some hair from his eyes, removed his coat and sat on the bed looking at Lian curled up by his feet.
Hah~ how can he look so adorable after giving me such a headache? Let's not worry about him and take a bath first.
Lian sat up and looked around the lavish room. His mind was still jobbled up as he got up from the carpet and sat on the bed. Suddenly, he heard a door closing and he turned towards the direction of the sound. Ding walked from the bathroom drying his hair and Lian swallowed hard as he took in his full body.
"You're up? I told you sleeping down there would be uncomfortable."
Ding walked towards him and bent down to his eye level and studied his face. Lian raised his hand and ran it over his abs.
"Wow... you don't only sound like him but your build is similar to his."
"What?"
Lian ran his hand over his abs completely ignoring his words and when Ding had had enough, he stood up and Lian pout his lips.
"Get back to sleeping."
Lian huffed and grabbed his hand causing him to fall on top of him sealing him in with his hands.
"You're such a meanie even in my dream. But don't worry, this is my dream... I'll do whatever I want with you," he said his eyes blazing.
Interesting, on normal circumstances, he seems so reserved and righteous but now his desires are... let's see what he's up to first.
"What do you want to do with me?" he asked bashful and Lian blinked in surprise.
"Can I...?" he asked and Ding got up from him.
"This is going to be fun," Ding mumbled to himself and nodded his head.
Lian rolled onto his stomach and traced a finger up Ding's thigh.
"I hated it when that lady touched you here... but I hated you the most when you also felt her up," he said and buried his head onto the blankets.
"What? Do you want me to touch you too?" he asked jokingly," if you want something, you need to say it out lo..."
"Of course I do!"
"Are you serious?" he asked and he could see the faint blush on Lian's ears.
