Within the confines of the black box, tension hung thick in the air. Cole's eyes were fixed on the screen, his expression one of palpable anxiety. On the other hand, Jin, a mischievous grin playing on his lips, chuckled with confidence, certain of his country's impending victory.

"Come on, you brats! You better win this for us!" Cole exclaimed, his eyes locked onto the three remaining members: Raven, Xin, and Belial. The atmosphere in the black box crackled with anticipation, a blend of nerves and playful banter setting the tone for the crucial moments ahead.

"Ow!" Xin complained, his voice laced with annoyance.

Slowly, he pushed himself up from the forest floor, taking a moment to assess his surroundings. His eyes widened as he spotted four figures, cloaked and imposing, surrounding him.

"Um, hi?" Xin called out

The cloaked figures remained silent, their intentions shrouded behind their mysterious attire. Without a moment's warning, one of them lunged forward, slashing fiercely with a large butcher knife. Xin reacted quickly, instinctively evading the deadly strike with a nimble sidestep.

Before he could even catch his breath, another figure appeared, brandishing a menacingly large axe. With a swift, horizontal sweep, they aimed to catch Xin off guard. However, anticipating their move, Xin's body leaped effortlessly into the air, evading the dangerous arc of the axe. But even in that fleeting moment, a surge of unease washed over Xin, instinctively warning him that danger was still imminent.

His suspicions proved true as the fourth attacker swiftly lunged towards him with a vicious slash. Caught off guard, Xin felt the sharp sting of the blade as it tore through his flesh, a cry of pain escaping his lips. The force of the blow sent him tumbling to the forest floor, his body wracked with pain.

In the face of adversity, Xin's quick thinking kicked in. Without a moment's hesitation, he tapped into his hax and conjured a protective sound barrier, shielding himself from further harm. His green eyes narrowed, a mix of determination and anger flickering within them, as he locked his gaze upon his Opponent.

With a renewed sense of purpose, Xin analyzed his opponents, searching for any clues about the powers they possessed and the reasons behind their merciless assault. As they attacked in synchronized coordination, Xin gripped his large hammer tightly, using it both as a defensive shield and an offensive weapon. With every swing and block, he fought tooth and nail to fend off their relentless assaults, refusing to back down.

The forest surrounding them provided a backdrop to their intense battle, the sunlight filtering through, as clashing weapons, grunts, and the occasional pained cry.

The five seemed to blur as the fight raged on, adrenaline pumping through Xin's veins. Every breath was labored, every movement calculated. He became one with the rhythm of the fight, predicting his enemies' moves and retaliating with precise strikes.

Amidst the the battle, Xin's mind raced, attempting to find the mystery behind the relentless assault. Why were they after him? What dark secrets lay buried within his past, fueling their murderous intentions? Though questions lingered, Xin remained steadfast.

In the midst of the escalating fight, Xin finally seized the opportunity to voice his concern. "Hey, what's your deal? Isn't this supposed to be a friendly event? We're not trying to kill each other!" he exclaimed, his words cutting through the charged atmosphere.

However, rather than diffusing the situation, Xin's words seemed to have an unexpected effect. The four cloaked figures, appeared to be fueled by his statement. Their movements became more aggressive, as if a switch had been flipped, and the once-friendly event took an unforeseen turn toward a more intense showdown.

"Crap, I think I made them more mad," Xin muttered with a tinge of worry.

His realization that his attempt to advocate for a friendly atmosphere might have accidentally triggered a more hostile response from the cloaked figures.

The relentless assault continued, Xin knew that he needed to dig deep within himself to gain an advantage. With a fierce burning look in his eyes, he mustered all his resolve, unleashing a wave of sound from his hax that sent two of his attackers hurtling backward.

Seizing this momentary respite, Xin focused on the remaining two assailants, employing his sound manipulation abilities to disorient them. Drawing upon his knowledge , he whispered to himself,

"19hz should be enough." He concentrated his energy, creating a powerful sonic vibration at just the right frequency.

The effect was immediate. The cloaked figures stumbled, clutching their ears in pain as the disorienting waves of sound engulfed them. Xin swiftly took advantage of their disarray, launching into a series of calculated strikes.

His large hammer became an extension of his will, its weight expertly wielded as he utilized it in clever and unexpected ways. Using precise swings and strategic smashes, Xin created an impenetrable barrier that both shielded him from their attacks and dealt powerful blows against his adversaries.

Xin's his thoughts raced, analyzing each movement, each opportunity for a well-timed strike. As his hammer connected with the figures' cloaks, they unfurled, revealing glimpses of their true identities. Their eyes widened, a mix of fear and surprise flickering across their faces.

"Who sent you? Why are you after me?" Xin demanded, his voice filled with a mix of confusion and curiosity. But the figures remained silent, their eyes filled with a mix of unwavering determination and an unsettling sense of loyalty.

Ignoring their silence, Xin pressed on, deftly evading their attacks while exploiting the weaknesses he had discovered. He used his sound manipulation in innovative ways, creating sonic booms that sent shockwaves through the forest, disorienting his opponents and allowing him to strike with precision.

During a slight pause in the fight, One of the figures finally spoke, "I will not be defeated! You cannot silence me!" he declared, each word empowered by the strength pulsating within him.

"Silence? What?" Xin exclaimed, his voice filled with confusion and determination. He braced himself, ready to face the onslaught of the four mysterious assailants who seemed intent on making him their target.

The figure with the large butcher knives swung its blades with devastating force, chopping through the thick trunk of a nearby tree, causing it to crash to the ground. Xin's eyes widened in awe and disbelief at the raw power displayed before him.

Trying to diffuse the tension, Xin raised his hands, pleading with the attacking figures, "Hey, just hold on a second!" His voice echoed through the forest, but it seemed to fall on deaf ears as the cloaked figures continued their assault, becoming even more ruthless.

Unyielding, Xin remained agile and focused, his mind racing to find a way to communicate with his assailants. With each precise dodge and calculated block, Xin searched for an opening to reason with them, to find out why he was being targeted in such a relentless manner.

But as the battle raged on, it became clear that words would not be enough to stem the tide of their aggression. The cloaked figures appeared to be driven by an insatiable desire to defeat Xin, their attacks fueled by a mysterious purpose hidden deep within their hearts.

With a resounding clash, Xin's hammer clashed against the blades of the figure with the large butcher knives, creating sparks that danced through the air. Their eyes locked for a moment, and in that fleeting connection, Xin saw a glimmer of confusion within the attacker's gaze. It seemed as if a flicker of doubt had momentarily penetrated their cold exterior.

Shaking their head, the attacker swiftly closed the distance, expertly attempting to jab Xin with their dagger. With a flicker of movement, Xin managed to block the attack using his large hammer, the clash of metal resounding in the forest. It was a testament to Xin's exceptional agility and his unwavering focus in the face of danger.

As the battle continued, Xin found himself in a whirlwind of relentless strikes and evasive maneuvers. Each moment brought with it the risk of injury or worse, but Xin pushed forward, determined to uncover the truth behind his attackers' motives. However, amidst the chaos, a distraction seized Xin's attention.

In a split second of diverted focus, a bolt shot through the air, aimed directly at Xin. Acting swiftly, he managed to block the projectile, but not without consequence. The crossbow bolt embedded itself deeply into his arm, eliciting a sharp gasp of pain from Xin's lips. The wound would surely impede his movements, but Xin refused to let it slow him down. Ignoring the searing pain, he clutched his arm tightly, determined to press forward in his quest for answers.

Locked in a momentary confrontation, Xin's eyes locked with those of the remaining cloaked figure. There was an inexplicable intensity in their gaze, a flicker of fascination that seemed to penetrate even through the shroud of darkness covering their face. It was as if Xin's very being had momentarily captivated them, stirring something within their own heart.

Seizing this rare opportunity, Xin's voice was laced with a mixture of determination and uncertainty as he muttered under his breath,

"I hope 30Hz isn't too much." Slightly questioning his own decision,

He brought his fingers to his lips and released a piercing whistle that reverberated through the air. The sound, a high-frequency resonance, resonated deeply within the closest cloaked figure.

At 30Hz, he hoped the sound would be enough to incapacitate his foe without causing permanent harm.

Quivering under the effect of the sound, the figure fell to their knees. Their form began to waver and fade, dissipating into nothingness as if they were never truly there. Xin watched in both awe and concern, his mind racing for answers. Whatever power he had unleashed with that sound, it confirmed that there was more to his own abilities than he had ever realized.

"I knew it,"

the remaining attacker whispered, a mix of fear and awe clearly resonating in their voice.

"You really are that monster... the 'The Demonic Banshee'."
