Chapter 221: The trick {129}
Before Aaron could even begin explaining the ice flower tattoo, Ikki cleared his throat over the earpiece, forcing Aaron's attention back to the mission.
Aaron sighed, shifting his focus away from Sakura, who still stood behind him radiating an intense aura of jealousy. "Hold on," he muttered under his breath, returning to the screen where Ikki and Daiji were stationed in the middle of nowhere.
Ikki, sensing the tension between Aaron and Sakura, spoke up. "Sakura, you should trust Aaron. He wouldn't send us to our deaths. Don't be too hard on him." Ikki's words were sincere, but he had no idea that her rage was born from jealousy, not concern for her brothers.
Sakura let out an angry, frustrated sound, her eyes still glowing with emotion. But for now, she stepped back, arms crossed, though clearly far from pacified.
Aaron, now feeling the pressure from both sides, rubbed his forehead. "Great... One crisis at a time."
With the tension still simmering, Ikki took a deep breath and decided to follow through with Aaron's reckless plan. He flipped off the statue of Gifu, just as Aaron had instructed. "Here goes nothing," Ikki muttered.
For a moment, everything was quiet. Then, as if sensing the blatant disrespect to his master, Akaishi appeared seemingly out of thin air, his expression twisted in annoyance. He stood before Ikki and Daiji, eyes narrowing as he assessed the situation.
Akaishi's voice dripped with cold fury as he spoke, "Gifu has been merciful to you both." His gaze lingered on Daiji, softening ever so slightly. "You can still return to his side, Daiji. There's no need for this."
But Daiji, resolute, shook his head. "No. I won't."
Akaishi's disappointment shifted to pure malice. "Then die."
With those words, the air crackled with deadly intent. Behind Akaishi, multiple guns manifested out of nowhere, floating ominously in the air and aiming directly at Ikki and Daiji. The atmosphere tensed as the deadly threat loomed, seconds away from unleashing a barrage that could kill them both.
Aaron, who had been watching the whole thing from the base, sat up straight, the popcorn dropping from his hand. "Oh, shit," he muttered. "This just got real."
"Let's end this once in for all," Daiji said as he used his stamp, he could feel the demonic power coming from it.
He hoped this would work or else all the hard work would be for nothing.
As he slammed the stamp into the buckle, he heard the voice.
"Fly High! Perfect Up! Hehehe-Hahaha! Kamen Rider EvilytyLive! I'm perfect! "
Ikki not really in the mood to have holes in his body due to getting shot decided that transforming might be a good idea if he did not want to end up on a statistic board for gun violence in Japan.
"Ultimate Up! Afuredasu atsuki jounetsu! Overflowing hot passion! Ittaizentai! Hyouri ittai! Uchuu no chikara wa mugendai! Kamen Rider! Revi! Vice! Let's go! Come on! Giffa! Giffa! Giffard Rex!"
As soon as Akaishi summoned the floating guns behind him, Ikki and Vice wasted no time. Ikki's resolve flared as he exchanged a glance with Vice. They both knew that hesitation here could cost them everything.
"Let's go, Vice!" Ikki shouted, charging forward in unison with his demon counterpart.
Vice grinned wildly, eager for the brawl. "Time to make this guy eat dirt!"
They moved in perfect sync, their years of teamwork showing through every step. Ikki unleashed a flurry of kicks aimed at Akaishi's torso while Vice leaped from behind, claws outstretched to strike at his back.
However, as Ikki's kick was about to connect, his foot seemed to slip through empty air. The sensation was like trying to strike a mirage—Akaishi's body bent the space between them, evading the blow without so much as lifting a finger.
"Eh?!" Vice yelped as his claws phased right through Akaishi's form, almost tripping forward from the lack of resistance.
Ikki, quickly recovering, gritted his teeth. He launched another attack—a series of rapid punches aimed at Akaishi's head and chest. Vice spun around, trying to land a heavy strike on Akaishi's side. But again, their attacks were missed, as if Akaishi was shifting reality itself to avoid being hit.
It became clear very quickly—Akaishi wasn't moving to dodge their strikes; he was simply making it so their blows never landed.
Ikki charged in with fierce determination, his fists flying toward Akaishi with lightning speed. Akaishi, ever the confident opponent, ducked under the punch with ease, sidestepping as Ikki followed up with a swift knee strike aimed at his midsection.
Akaishi smirked, dodging backward in a fluid motion, summoning a baseball bat from thin air with just a thought. He swung it with brutal force, aiming for Ikki's gut—and for a moment, it seemed like the blow had connected perfectly.
But the instant the bat collided with Ikki, a strange thing happened.
Akaishi was the one sent flying back as if the bat had rebounded off of him instead of Ikki. He tumbled across the battlefield, confused and momentarily stunned. Groaning as he pushed himself up, his mind raced to understand what had just happened.
His eyes landed on Daiji, who stood still, focused and ready.
"Oh..." Akaishi muttered under his breath, the realization dawning on him. "That's how."
Daiji's power had activated at the perfect moment, reflecting the damage meant for Ikki back to Akaishi. It was an incredible display of teamwork, the two brothers perfectly in sync with their abilities.
Ikki didn't waste a moment, following up with another powerful strike, a punch aimed directly at Akaishi's chest. Akaishi dodged the punch again, but his usual smug confidence was now replaced with caution.
"They're using his ability to counter mine..." Akaishi thought, his eyes narrowing. "This isn't going to be as easy as I thought."
Every time Ikki got hit, Daiji had to use his ability within the same instant, reflecting the damage to Akaishi. If their timing was off by even a second, Ikki would take the full brunt of the attack—but so far, their coordination had been flawless.
Akaishi stood up, dusting himself off. His expression darkened, realizing he'd have to get creative if he wanted to defeat them. His power alone wasn't going to be enough to overwhelm their strategy, and relying purely on brute force wasn't an option anymore.
Ikki and Daiji, sensing the shift in Akaishi's demeanor, stayed on high alert. The brothers exchanged a glance, silently communicating as they prepared for the next move.
Akaishi gritted his teeth, and with a flick of his wrist, summoned more weapons out of thin air—a hail of knives, swords, and projectiles began to circle him.
"I'll admit," Akaishi said, his voice calm but laced with frustration. "You two have managed to impress me. But don't think for a second that I can't overcome your little tricks."
With a wave of his hand, the knives shot forward, aiming for both Ikki and Daiji simultaneously. The two brothers braced themselves, but they knew that dodging alone wouldn't be enough.
"We have to get close again!" Ikki shouted as he dashed forward, weaving through the incoming projectiles. Daiji followed, staying just behind him, his ability ready to reflect any incoming damage.
Akaishi smirked, his thoughts racing as he planned his next move. He wasn't going to let them get close so easily this time. Summoning a massive wall of spikes in front of him, he forced Ikki and Daiji to halt their advance.
But Ikki wasn't deterred. With a leap, he launched himself over the wall, his fist glowing with energy. "Now, Daiji!" Ikki shouted as he aimed a strike at Akaishi's head.
Akaishi instinctively blocked, preparing for the incoming blow, but Daiji activated his ability just as Ikki's punch connected. The damage reflected once again, and Akaishi was blasted back by his own defense.
Akaishi's frustration reached its peak. "You think you can beat me with my own power?" he growled, his patience wearing thin.
Ikki landed smoothly on the ground, standing tall beside Daiji. "That's the plan," Ikki replied confidently.
Akaishi, however, wasn't about to let them keep the upper hand. "Then I'll just have to get rid of the one helping you," he muttered darkly.
With a single thought, he focused all his attention on Daiji, summoning a barrage of sharp, invisible chains from the air, each one aimed directly at the younger brother. They moved at lightning speed, too fast for Daiji to deflect in time.
Now for the most important part of the plan...
Ikki did not want to do it but he just had to.
"How do you picture invisible knives???, is it like air?"
And just like that, it was gone, the power had stopped working because Akaishi was left questioning himself.
Flashback
Everyone could be seen gathering inside of a room as Aaron was seen preparing himself to give them the plan that they needed to follow in order to win the fight.
"You see, this is Akaishi sex tape from way back then...all you need to do is play it while you two fight...."
"....."
"Why are you blushing, don't tell me you have never watched porn before Ikki"
"..."
"Not even a single Wank"
"....."
"I don't even need to ask Daiji cause I know his ass gets no play"
Groaning
"Tell me I am wrong"
"...."
"You have some unconditional fighting strategy" George added in the background as Aaron explained his plan.
"It works though so where's the problem"Sakura, Hana, Tamaki, and Hikaru in the background could be seen looking red.
"Isn't this a bit inappropriate"
"So is being in love with pussy but you don't see me complaining about it"
And just like that Hana was silenced.
"Is there any other way....this is"
"So I am offering the easy way and everyone is pulling out... it's just porn jeez,"
"You are an interesting individual"
"I do not swing that way...."
