? had to find a way to fake his emotions...the way he was holding up right now was anything but good.

He was just like a shell of his former self.

This mind fuckery had truly fuck with his mind, however, he needed to dull his emotion.

The shock that he usually uses on his body to dull the pain was not doing the job anymore, he needed a higher voltage.

He knew it was self-harm, however, it was the only way he knew to get rid of the pain.

He did have access to the med but after taking them for a bit, his body had adapted to it.

His body seemingly had viewed those meds that would numb his feelings as a virus, something bad.

And thus he now had immunity against most drugs.

Most if now all of them, and even those he did not have an immunity to, his resistance to it would be quite high.

He sighed to himself a bit, that was one thing he did not like about his physique, the fact that it would adapt to any way he tried to numb the feeling that he was experiencing.

It wasn't a bad thing, it just meant his body really cared about its host, but right now all he wanted was just to have something to numb his emotions.

If he didnt find anything soon, he might do something he might regret.

As he turned around the corner to the Kitchen, he felt a pair of arms wrapped around him.

"Nii-chan!"

Rui hugged her brother tight as what seemed to be tears fell down her eyes.

"Big brother are you okay?... Are you hurt anywhere? Did you have a nightmare?.."

He was bombarded with questions as his little sister refused to let go of him.

Upon gazing at his crimson-red eyes, she cried even more.

"Bring back my big brother right now!" She practically demanded as she looked into his red eyes.

A soft smile appeared on his face upon seeing how worried Rui was for him.

It did warm his heart upon seeing how worried his little sister was for him.

She looked cute, especially with the fact that her plushies were floating behind her.

"It's okay your big brother is fine," He said gently as he patted her head.

He gave her one of his usual bright smiles and looked a bit happy.

Tears were still falling down her eyes, but she seemed to be more calm now.

She started to wipe the tears away from her eyes.

Meanwhile, in the background, Miyuki could be seen sitting on a chair, casually sipping some iced tea.

Due to having spent a bit more time on the planet, her skin appeared less pale than it was the day that she had come to this planet for the first time.

It almost looked like her body was absorbing some of the heat of the planet.

She was still white as snow, there was no trace of tan skin on her body.

She would still be considered a woman with fair skin...not to say black people don't have fair skin but just the fact that her skin looked like that twisted image of the perfect skin that everyone white women seem to want to achieve.

Miyuki sipped on one cup of iced tea while having another iced tea glass on the table ready for her to start sipping on it.

She placed her iced tea down before she looked at him and said.

"That bloodlust....it came from you didnt it?"

She looked rather calm as she asked him this question, she had felt the killing intent.

For some unknown reason, the killing intent did not seem to have reached his little sister.

It was as if something was protecting her against it, it was either that or the bloodlust was not intended at her but everything else.

Both of those scenarios offer her more questions than answers.

The only thing she did know though was the fact that the bloodlust she had felt far exceeded her own.

She had felt fear in her life a few times, her first fear was disappointing her father and her people.

She did not want to see the look on their face if she ever had to bear a human child.

She could practically see them disowning her due to that and that was one of her biggest fears.

Her second fear was feeling weak...she did not like this feeling at all.

The bloodlust that came from his room made her remember both fears....it made her feel weak, like a lamb to the slaughter.

For the first time since she had met him, she now realized that he could have killed her...so easily and get away with it.

She felt weak and she didnt like it.

It also reaffirmed to her that she was not getting out of this arranged marriage.....She hated it.

However, she could manage to not show any of those emotions on her face.

She had managed to put on an indifferent face as she looked at him.

"My bad" Aaron apologized, he did not want to scare anyone with it.

"Hmph"

He sighed a bit, he should have expected this from her.

"Big brother, I made you dinner," Rui said happily.

"It will help you get better in no time"

Aaron just smiled before patting her head.

His little sister was just being precious.

Time skip.

As they ate in peaceful silence, Aaron couldn't help but ponder his options.

Pondering his choices, the Yandere who had kidnapped him and planned to do God knows what to his body was practically his only option.

Was Naomi the best choice...fuck no.

He did not feel like entering the love triangle that was Sakura, Aguilera, and the Simps.

He sighs internally...Rui would probably not be happy with what he was going to say but she was his little sister and thus she had the right to know what happening.

"Rui...would you be okay with having Naomi as your sister-in-law?"

He turned his face to look at Rui, the expression on her face told him everything he needed to know.

She looks stunned...mortified even, befuddled, astonished, Shocked, Astounded, Devastated, Numb, Bowled over, Gobsmacked, Dumbfounded, Flabbergasted, Struck dumb.

Rui touched his forehead.

//Are you okay, are you hurt?...did the monster hit your head too hard?//

Aaron looked a bit stunned... Rui had reverted to speaking her native tongue...was she really that stunned?

Was his sister really that surprised?

She placed her hand on his forehead to check his temperature and to make sure her brother was safe.

//Do you have a cold?//

//Did you catch a fever?//

He sighed a bit, looking at his sister.

"I am fine, really trust me," He said reassuringly yet his sister did not look assured in the slightest.

//You are not fine, my big brother would never even entertain such thoughts//

"What other choices do I have really?" He asked looking at his sister.

Rui pointed her finger at Miyuki.

//What about her, you two are basically engaged already//

Aaron sighed a bit before saying.

//You and I both know that it was a forced engagement, she doesn't want to be part of it and I frankly don't feel like forcing someone to do something they don't want to do//

//But...you two just need to get to know each other, I am sure she will be happy with the idea once she gets to know my awesome big brother//

He patted her head a bit, Rui seemed to really be trying to find anything that she could.

//What about Abi-chan?//

//She is a celestial....//

//and?//

//Last time I checked they do not have romance that much even with each other, much less with a mortal....a mortal human at that//

Rui really wanted to start eating her nails right about now....the mere thought of what Aaron was saying was scaring her.

She did not want to be anywhere near Naomi even with a 1,000,000,000,000,000,000 feet pole.

However, the thing she was worried about was how her brother would act if he married such a woman...sure he would still be nice to her but he would become a total monster with no regard for life at all.

The mere thought of it sends shudders through her back.

Meanwhile, Miyuki who was listening to all of this could vaguely understand the language.

That sounded like Xalarien...

She was not fluent in that language since the Xalarien race was not quite close to her home world but she could understand some crumbs.

For some reason, she felt a bit....what was that feeling?

She had never felt it before.

"I am still here," She said in a cold voice.

"Sorry about that," Aaron said with an innocent smile while Rui's mind seemed to be running a thousand miles per second.

"What is this talk about sister-in-law?, last I have checked my name is not Naomi"

As she uttered those words, she had a rather cold yet jealous look on her face.

'why was she pissed for?' Aaron thought to himself as he looked at the ice princess.

"Have you forgotten about our engagement Aaron"

Wow, she called him by his name...how sweet.

"As of now yes we are, but since you know, you have made your stance on it clear....I was planning on canceling it"

"And how do you plan on doing that" She added as she crossed her leg.

He couldn't help but notice she had pretty good thighs.

"Simple, send a letter to your dad, disrespecting his honor, that will be all the excuse he would need to annul the engagement, if that enough I am sure I can have a deal with him about it, after all, I don't think he would want his heir to the throne to be 'dirtied' by a human," He said with a look that seem rather calm.

Miyuki on the other felt a weird feeling upon hearing his words, she should be feeling happy.

She should be celebrating that she was no longer going to be bound to him and yet she did not feel that way at all.

It was this weird feeling she wasn't accustomed to, this wasn't just a one-off feeling, it felt as if her instinct as a Cryosian was telling her something.

She did know what it was but yet she could still feel like she was missing something, she felt hollow.

There was no happiness, just emptiness.

After having spent around 4 to 5 months with this human, she had grown much stronger than she had in her whole life.

She grew stronger every day that she was with him, and not one day was boring or repetitive.

Even if her people prefer the cold, his calm and warm aura felt rather nice.....she had grown rather used to being cuddled while she slept.

She did not know what was wrong with her.....her species were not known for their emotions...and yet this hollow feeling returned.

What freedom would she gain from this...sure she would have gotten free from an arranged marriage, but for what though?

As soon as she would have gotten home she would once again be under heavy scrutiny to be perfect, to not make a mistake.

To be the strongest....she did not want to deal with the army of Cryosian males who would try to fight with her in order to get a chance to bed her.

Why was she conflicted about her own feeling.

In order to calm herself down, she started to sip her drink once again.

She may have not realized it yet but she was blushing heavily, her heart was skipping beats without her even realizing it.

A/N before anyone says he is dense, he should have noticed something, let me say this. He has been used by women quite a lot and due to him being a man the only advice he had gotten was to thug it out or be a man.

He has seen a lot of women act jealous of him and yet still run after the newest hot guy once they are done.

So in his mind, unless you make it obvious and without a shadow of a doubt that you actually love him, he would remain oblivious, his self-worth is too low to notice a slight hint.
