Chapter 346: [346] Return to Loki Familia
Built atop the Dungeon, the labyrinthine city of Orario radiates eight main streets from the central white tower, extending evenly in the eight cardinal directions—east, south, west, north, southeast, northeast, southwest, and northwest—dividing the city into eight equal sectors.
Among them, North Main Street is famous for its abundance of clothing stores. Shops here cater to the fashion needs of humans, elves, dwarves, and other races, even offering custom tailoring, making it a popular destination.
"Ais, come try this one on!"
Inside an Amazon-exclusive boutique, Tione held up an extremely revealing outfit, enthusiastically waving it with a bright smile.
"That's way too little fabric?!"
The golden-haired elf covered her face in embarrassment, though her eyes peeked through her fingers with a hint of excitement.
It was practically just two pieces of cloth—how shameless could Amazons be?!
"Sigh!"
"Lefiya, don't tell me you don't want to see Ais in this outfit?"
Tione, the elder of the twins, differed most from her sister in her ample curves and more composed personality.
Now, she smirked mischievously at the dazed blonde girl beside her.
"Sigh!"
"Well… it's not that I don't want to…"
Lefiya wore her usual pink top paired with white thigh-high stockings, her youthful features giving her an innocent appearance.
But when it came to matters involving Ais, she became easily flustered.
"Sigh!"
Hearing the repeated sighs nearby, a vein bulged on Tione's forehead.
"Tiona, can you sigh a little less?! We finally got out for some fun, and you're ruining the mood!"
Tione scolded her twin sister loudly.
"But when is Eiji coming back? Sigh!"
Tiona crouched gloomily, sighing yet again.
As the younger twin, it seemed all the nutrients had gone to her sister—her figure was nothing short of tragic.
With her beloved gone for so many days, her usual lively smile had vanished, replaced by constant sighs, as if suffering from severe lovesickness.
Ever since Eiji ventured into the Dungeon over ten days ago, he hadn't returned.
Previously, they'd only been apart for two or three days at most, but this separation had stretched four or five times longer. Not just Tiona, but all the young women of Loki Familia had been listless these past days.
Could something have happened…?
Seeing this, Lefiya couldn't help but worry silently.
Even for first-class adventurers and Familia executives, expeditions into the Dungeon usually lasted no more than a week. Eiji had been gone for two weeks—almost matching the duration of a full-scale expedition. It was hard not to be concerned.
"Can't you act a little more mature? Even Lefiya is calmer than you!"
Tione marched over to her sister, grabbing her ear and lecturing her.
"He's strong—even you lost to him! Plus, he's great at escaping and sensing danger. What's there to worry about? He's probably just obsessed with the Dungeon and forgot to come back. Right, Lefiya?"
"Huh? Ah, y-yes, exactly!"
Lefiya averted her eyes guiltily.
Truthfully, she was quite worried too.
Yet for some inexplicable reason, she always pretended not to care—even she herself didn't understand why.
Lately, she had been troubled by this, feeling as though she couldn't even comprehend her own heart.
Suddenly.
The golden-haired girl who had been spacing out beside her tensed, as if she had noticed something, and quickly ran to the shop entrance.
"Ais, what's wrong?" Tione asked, turning toward her at the sudden reaction.
"...I think I just saw Eiji," the golden-haired girl murmured after a brief silence, though her tone soon wavered with uncertainty. "But was that really him in the black cloak?"
There were plenty of adventurers in Orario who favored black cloaks. The figure she had glimpsed had seemed familiar, instantly reminding her of Eiji—but could she really be sure it was him based solely on the cloak?
"Wait, really?!" Tiona's eyes lit up, and she dashed to the entrance like a gust of wind, scanning left and right.
"Even Ais is like this now?" Tione groaned, tilting her head back in exasperation. "Just how many girls in our Familia have had their hearts stolen by him?"
She was almost certain it wasn't Eiji.
Rather, Ais had been thinking about him so much that she had mistaken a similarly built cloaked figure for him.
Lately, Ais had been spacing out whenever idle, occasionally even slipping into Eiji's room to check if he had returned. To Tione, who had seen it all before, these were unmistakable signs that her heart had been taken.
Of course, compared to her idiot little sister—who sneaked into Eiji's room at night to sleep in his bed, inhaling the scent left on his pillow—this was still relatively tame.
Lefiya suddenly stiffened.
For some reason, Tione's words struck a nerve, leaving her feeling oddly offended, her emotions churning like a spilled spice jar.
"Let's head back for now," Ais suggested to the group.
The girl who had been lost in thought moments ago now had a spark in her eyes, as if anticipating something.
Seeing her like this, Tione could only sigh and nod.
This shopping trip had been meant to lift Ais' spirits—a girls' outing to distract her. Yet, barely half an hour in, they were already heading back.
Still, if it made Ais feel better, that was all that mattered.
Tiona?
Eh, who cared?
"Let's go, let's go!" Tiona, completely oblivious to her sister's dismissive thoughts, cheered loudly.
The four of them left the clothing store and hurried back toward their Familia's headquarters.

At the northernmost edge of Orario, along the main street of North Boulevard, stood a building that towered conspicuously above its surroundings.
Seven spires encircled a central tower, forming a spear-like silhouette, its walls mostly clad in coppery hues. At the pinnacle of the central spire, a flag bearing the image of a comical jester fluttered in the wind.
This was the stronghold of Orario's foremost top-tier Familia—the Loki Familia.
Known as the Twilight Manor, it was a landmark of North Boulevard, home to countless high-ranking adventurers—a gathering place for the strongest.
"Is Eiji back?" Ais asked the gatekeeper the moment they arrived.
"Yeah, he just got here—"
Before the gatekeeper could finish speaking, several girls had already rushed into the stronghold.
As expected, excited young beauties of the Familia could be seen everywhere, each face brimming with joy—the gloomy atmosphere from days prior completely swept away.
"What kind of monster?! How did you reach Level 5 already?!"
And at that very moment.
An astonished shriek from the chief goddess Loki echoed from the top floor of the central tower.
The entire Loki Familia instantly erupted in uproar!
