Tamer of Cosmic Beasts

Haji Tea was standing at the entrance, waiting for Akash Tagar. Akash saw Haji was smoking a cigar, maybe that's why he is called The Smoking Spear, Akash thought.

"Hello, Mr Akash."

Haji Tea greeted Akash as he came.

"Hello, Haji, nice to see you again."

"Let's sit in my office, I have something to ask you and something to tell you as well."

Akash nodded and both headed to the office. Haji Tea sat on the mayor's chair while Akash sat on a nearby Sofa.

"So, what's the deal Mr Haji?"

"Uhhh... Mr Akash, may I ask who built that house of yours in just a few hours? And, why no one could open the door even with the use of cosmic powers?"

Akash looked at Haji Tea perplexed.

"Did you try to break my door? MR. HAJI?"

Akash used his cosmic powers in the last two words.

Haji Tea was startled.

"Don't get me wrong Mr Akash but my suspiciousness is valid. When I left you at the 11th Zone, I sent a man as soon as I came back but he called me and said that you were not there and that there was a small, strange hut with a silver door. Not to mention, that this new hut had the name Ancestor Law Enforcement written above its door. I hurriedly drove back to see it with my own eyes. I couldn't believe my eyes, there wasn't anything like that when I left you there. How could someone build a house of gold and silver in just a few hours? I tried to call you, but you didn't respond so I knocked on the door but still, there was no reply. I then tried to break the door out of worry. I used my power of the Star Captain realm, which can easily turn buildings into powder, yet I couldn't even make the door budge. What's going on Mr Akash?"

Akash understood that many inconvenient complications could arise if he didn't come up with a perfect story.

He hurriedly asked the system.

"System, what is the biggest organization in this galaxy, that is known on Earth?"

*beep*

[ Interstellar Pride ]

Akash looked at Haji Tea with a serious look.

"Mr Haji, have you ever heard of the Interstellar Pride organization?"

Haji Tea's eyes popped out.

"Interstellar Pride! There's not a single person on this planet that doesn't know of them!"

"I've been sent here by the Ancestor organization and Interstellar Pride is a subsidiary of it."

"What! Do… do you mean that The Interstellar Pride is just a small branch?"

"Yes, and I'm the son of the Head of the Ancestor organization, except for a few superiors, no one in Interstellar Pride knows me. I came here with a big mission which could change the fate of this entire planet."

"What kind of Fate, Mr, Akash?"

"It's best you know as little as possible for your own good. Just know that a Star King cultivator is protecting me from the shadows."

Haji Tea was looking at Akash with his mouth agape. A Star King? Star King realm tamers are rulers and guardians of this planet. They all enjoy the most luxurious life in a 1st tier city, and he is saying someone of that caliber is protecting him in this run-down city!

"I... I understand Mr Akash. We won't disturb you in any way from now on."

"It's OK Mr Haji, you are my benefactor. I'll tell you my mission, but you have to keep it a secret."

"Yes, yes, I will."

"In the upcoming days, the number of beasts' raids will increase, and the beasts will also be more powerful. They are a huge threat to humanity. So, I was sent here to gather a force especially for handling them. There will be numerous rewards for those who will join this force."

Akash had 2 reasons for telling this to Haji Tea.

The first one was so that he could prepare himself and others for the upcoming beast's raids. As for the second, it was so that he could recruit some powerful people for his Ancestor Law Enforcement because, so far, the only member was Akash himself.

Haji Tea was lost in thought and asked after some time.

" Me Akash, am I eligible to join your force?"

Akash's heart skipped a beat. He thought, how the hell could I have forgotten about such a genius when he was sitting right in front of me. The guard did say he was a genius, after all.

Akash brimming with curiosity as he willed the profile of Haji Tea to appear.

Realm: 2nd Moon, Star Captain

Aptitude: Medium-High Grade

Learnt Laws: Martial Law

Inborn Laws: Poison Law (Awaken), Life Law (Awaken), Forest Law ( Yet to Awake)

Akash Tagar stood still like a statue while looking at Haji Tea with astonished eyes. Medium-High Grade aptitude…. Even Akash himself was just of an Upper-Poor grade. Are such geniuses more common than I thought in the Human race or is he a rare hidden gem in this world?.

Haji Tea broke the silence.

"What happened, Mr. Akash, is my talent not good enough? I can understand if that is the case."

"Umm... No, no Mr. Haji, may I ask how many laws... No, how many attributes have you learnt?"

"I have the learnt Martial Law which is very common and after that, I have a High-Grade Poison attribute and a Legendary Grade Life attribute as my inborn heritage attributes."

No wonder he was called a genius. To have awakened a legendary attribute… I wonder how he would react if he would learn that he has a Mythical Grade Attribute that has yet to awake?

"Do any of your family members have the Forest Attribute?"

Haji Tea was shocked

"How did you know? Our ancestors had it. The last one who had this Mythical Forest attribute was my great grandfather, who, unfortunately, died protecting this city."

Akash asked the System in his mind.

"System, he has the required 3 attributes and a High-Grade aptitude, can I make him an Earl?"

*beep*

[ Yes, the King can make him an Earl. Furthermore, if he can learn 5 attributes after additional training, then the host can even promote him to a Lord. ]

"Lord?"

[ The Lord is the rank above the Earl. Its requirements are the control of 5 attributes and a Legendary Grade aptitude. There can only be 10 Lords on one planet. ]

Akash looked at Haji Tea and said.

"Yes, Mr. Haji, you can be an Earl."

"An Earl! Is this a rank?"

"Yes, it's 3rd most powerful rank in the Ancestor Law Enforcement and if you work hard, you can even be promoted to a Lord, which is only below my position."

Haji Tea was overwhelmingly happy, to be a part of such a grand organization would not only make this city a 1st tier one but it would also make it one of the strongest cities relatively quickly.

His position and power would be tremendous not only on this planet but even on other planets in this galaxy as well. Only a fool would ignore such an opportunity.

Haji would be greatly satisfied even if he were chosen as a mere soldier but as an officer, he could only admire lady luck.

"How can I join, Mr. Akash?"

Akash again asked the System.

"System, how can I accept a member to my force?"

*beep*

[ The potential member has to come inside the boundaries of the HQ and sign a Blood Subordinate Contract. ]

Akash smiled at Haji Tea and replied.

"Let's go to my house, we shall sign the contract there."

Haji Tea nodded, there wasn't the slightest doubt in his mind because he had witnessed how a house had appeared out of nowhere without any workers or materials and that just wasn't something a normal person could do.

Soon, they reached the HQ. Haji Tea saw the glorious silver door again and the golden Ancestor Law Enforcement name embedded on it. Both of them went inside.

Haji Tea was looking around when he suddenly heard a voice, and a screen appeared in front of him.

*beep*

[ You are qualified to be an earl of the Ancestor Law Enforcement. Do you want to join?

'YES / NO' ]

"Mr. Haji, say yes if you want to join."

"Yes... I want to join."

Haji Tea declared hesitatingly.

A strange golden paper materialized in front of Haji Tea.

*beep*

[ Release a droplet of blood on it and you will become an Earl and enjoy the privileges this rank provides. ]

Haji Tea's clothes were all drenched in sweat. He was afraid yet he still allowed a drop of his blood to fall on the contract.

The Contract flapped and turned into a golden beam as it entered Haji Tea's heart. He felt some warmth in his heart.

"Congratulations, from now on you are the first Earl of the Ancestor Law Enforcement."

Akash Tagar said while smiling.
