Chapter 382: Trust me
In the western part of the Dark Valley, Idan was rapidly moving towards his goal, leaving a long trail of fire behind him. The closer he got to his goal, the more he was overcome with doubts and anxiety.
"This is all too weird," he muttered softly.
Suddenly, Idan stopped abruptly.
His attention was attracted by the notification of an unread message on the Lovers' Plate. Without wasting any time, his Soul Force dove into the spatial storage on the first level, where all their belongings were stored.
His gaze landed on a rectangular artifact.
After reading the messages, Idan was extremely surprised.
"It turns out that the eastern portal has already opened, and the outsiders from that side have returned," he summed up what he had just read. "And they, like Erza, also captured and brought the Awakened Ones with them."
"Wait a minute, what about the other two portals? Don't they also lead to our world? And if the outsiders from that side have returned, haven't they brought other awakened ones with them?" wondered Idan.
Currently, Idan and Arabel were only able to rescue those awakened ones from the northern city of Rumbus who were captured by Erza.
Idan was ready to swear that there were no other awakened from their world in the underground space under the Trading House, except for those whom they had taken with them.
{MHG: So what are you going to do?} Before dealing with the issue of the other awakened ones, Idan decided to send a message to Arabel to find out about her intentions.
{MBG: Obviously, the eastern portal has already been opened, and I doubt it's still functioning. However, it's worth checking out. But we cannot leave these awakened ones. If we have already decided to come here to rescue the abducted, then we should not ignore these people either.} Arabel replied to his message immediately.
After reading Arabel's reply, Idan sighed and then sent the messages.
{MHG: Do you need help?}
{MBG: If it weren't for the urgency and importance of portals, I would gladly ask you to help, but I understand that information about the western portal is also of great importance.}
After a short pause, the following message came from Arabel.
{MBG: I can handle it. Trust me, Dan.}
{MBG: And I hope you haven't gotten into any trouble yet and don't mind lending me some of your stats if I need them?}
{MHG: No, I don't mind. Go ahead! If the situation gets out of control, let me know and I'll come to the rescue right away!}
{MBG: Okay.} — the last message from Arabel, and after reading it, Idan decided to go down and hide for a while.
Once Arabel took away half of his stats, Idan would weaken, and he didn't want to risk continuing on his way in this state.
"It's better to be safe," he thought, and after examining the surroundings, finding nothing suspicious, he immediately activated the Sphere of Secret Concealment to conceal his presence.
While waiting for Arabel to take half of his stats, Idan summoned Rizzy and, stretching out his finger, began to feed the baby with his blood.
While Idan was feeding Rizzy, he used his Soul Power to look inside the spatial storage. This time, his gaze fell on the second upper level, where all his and Arabel's guests were.
At that moment, his attention fell on Essora and Milla.
While feeding Rizzy, Idan decided to ask these two girls about the other Awakened Ones.

In the east of the Dark Valley, Arabel, having finished her conversation with Idan and received his permission, began to study the photographs carefully.
"More than twenty Awakened Ones..." she sighed, roughly counting the number of people abducted by these dark creatures.
Her face clouded over.
She knew from Milla's words that this wasn't the first time dark creatures had captured humans, and it probably wouldn't be the last.
Closing her eyes and putting her thoughts in order, Arabel opened her eyes, sat down and gently picked up Coco.
Despite the fact that Arabel looked different, Coco continued to look at her with her usual small and sweet eyes.
Arabel smiled and decided to check Coco's status.
**Status**
Name: Coco
Race: ??? fox
Gender: female
Rank: Rank 3 Beast Lord (Rank depends on the level of the Hosts)
Element: ???
Combat power: none
Profession: Photographer, Stalker, Blogger
Abilities: take photos, keep a diary, turn into a stress relief toy
Loyalty: Absolute loyalty
**Description**
Is this a unique creature, a cub ??? fox. Her main body lives in a special space where no one can see it except the Hosts. Other creatures can see her only if she wants to.
The ??? fox's body is almost intangible. Only on her own volition or when using the ability to "Turn into a stress relief toy" can she materialize and allow herself to be touched.
The task of the ??? fox is to capture the most important and rare moments of the Hosts' lives. She keeps a diary of the events and actions of the Hosts. She also helps them calm down and relieve the stress of the Hosts.
Recommendations: Do not force a fox to act against its will. She doesn't like to fight, and her fighting power is zero. This fox can be moody, but she always stays faithful. She loves sweets and behaves playfully and unpredictably.
Other than the change in the rank of the beast lord, there was no change in Coco's status.
Her race remained unknown, as did her element.
After carefully rereading the information, Arabel stopped at a point containing recommendations. Although it said that Coco had no fighting power, it also stated that she had no desire to fight. It was recommended not to force chanterelle to do something she doesn't like.
"So Coco can fight if she wants to, she just won't have the fighting power," Arabel whispered, and then looked at Coco, whom she had been gently stroking all this time.
"Coco, I have a request for you," Arabel said, attracting Chanterelle's attention.
After hearing exactly what Arabel wanted from her, Coco frowned. She didn't like Arabel's request. It wasn't that she couldn't do it, it was just that she didn't want to do it.
Arabel, noticing Coco's reluctance, smiled.
"How about some candy as a reward?" she asked. At the mention of sweets, Coco immediately cheered up. Then, remembering the new lollipops, a sly smile appeared on her face.
