Chapter 336: So, Idan, which race did you choose?
Idan and Arabel, having looked at each other, were able to curb the influence of their new bloodlines thanks to the experience gained with the former. They grinned at each other.
"Is something wrong?" asked Sierra, noticing their strange behavior.
"No, it's fine," they replied at the same time.
"So, little sister, which bloodline did you choose?" Sierra asked with interest, carefully examining Arabel's appearance.
Arabel glanced at Idan before answering, wondering if he had guessed correctly. However, when she saw his interested look, she realized that he hadn't recognized her.
"Phoenix, Dark phoenix," Arabel confessed, making Sierra and Idan look surprised.
"Ha ha ha, great choice, little sister," Sierra laughed.
Even though Arabel had awakened her second bloodline, different from Valkyrie, Arabel was pleased that Sierra continued to call her little sister.
"And you, Idan, which bloodline did you choose?" asked Sierra, turning to Idan. Arabel looked at Sierra in surprise.
"Sister, didn't you recognize it?" she asked Sierra.
"No, I didn't," Sierra shook her head. "He looks like an angel from the legends, but in the same legends, the angels have a halo over their heads, and he doesn't have one."
Idan smiled at Sierra's suggestion and realized that neither Arabel nor Sierra had been able to guess which race he had chosen. However, to his surprise, the one who had appeared with Arabel suddenly spoke up and had remained silent until now.:
"Seraphim! Have you chosen the Seraphim of Light?"
After hearing Lucinda's agitated question, Arabel and Sierra finally paid attention to her and couldn't believe their eyes when they looked at her. Lucinda's eyes were glowing, and she seemed to be fanatically looking at Idan, holding her hands in a prayer pose, waiting for confirmation.
"No," Idan replied with confidence, shaking his head. "The race I chose is not a Seraphim."
"No?" — Lucinda was surprised to hear his words, and her brows furrowed.
Bam!
She was immediately hit on the head.
"What are you doing, Black Witch?" exclaimed Lucinda, outraged when she saw who had stabbed her.
"What are you doing, you Bright Fool!" objected Sierra, reproaching her. "Do you understand who Seraphim are, and you thought Idan chose them as his race? Are you crazy?"
After hearing Sierra's words, Lucinda finally realized her mistake.
"But doesn't he look like them?" she asked, turning to Sierra.
"He looks a bit like that, but he's definitely not a Seraph. After all, Seraphim are not a separate race, but a title!" replied Sierra, arousing Idan and Arabel's interest in the mysterious Seraphim that these two Valkyries were talking about.
"And who are these Seraphim?" Arabel didn't miss the opportunity to ask, didn't miss the opportunity to ask a question.
"Hmm, — Sierra said with displeasure, looking at Lucinda. Seeing her gaze, Lucinda cringed slightly and instinctively covered her ass. She still remembered the last punishment; the spanking Sierra had inflicted on her.
"I'm sorry, little sister, and you, Idan, but I can't tell you who the seraphim are without consequences. At least until you reach the Highest Realm and gain access to the Bloodline Domain," Sierra apologized. "Even a Light Fool doesn't know much about them, and that's only because she has access to the Valkyrie Bloodline Domain."
Seeing that Idan and Arabel were not satisfied with this answer, Sierra sighed.
"These creatures are very closely connected to the world of Junonia, so it will be even more dangerous for you, Idan and my little sister, to find out about them and attract their attention. Even we, the inhabitants of this world, are forbidden to mention them to those who are not related to the Bloodline Domain. I think you will understand my position," Sierra added, and only then did Idan and Arabel, realizing the gravity of the situation, nodded in agreement.
The slightly joyful atmosphere was ruined by Lucinda's thoughtless question.
"So, Idan, which race did you choose?" Geminia's voice suddenly rang out, appearing as if out of nowhere, holding little Rizzy in her arms.
"Rizzy!" — Arabel exclaimed when she noticed the baby, and immediately rushed to Geminia.
Rizzy, seeing Arabel in a new form, did not recognize her and was very scared, starting to cry.
"Come on, baby, don't cry, it's me," Arabel said softly, holding out her finger to her.
Suddenly, Rizzy's crying stopped when she caught a familiar scent. She quickly caught Arabel's finger and started sniffing it. Her nose twitched more actively than usual, as if she smelled incredibly delicious food. Rizzy's red eyes lit up, and without hesitation, she bit Arabel's finger and began to drink her blood.
Geminia, who was holding the baby in her arms, smiled and carefully handed her to Arabel, and then turned her attention to Idan.
Idan, noticing her look, no longer tried to hide the truth and decided to confess.:
"The race I've chosen is called Lumiar."
"So it's Lumiar after all," Geminia said when she heard the name of the race Idan had chosen.
"Do you know about them?" asked Sierra, catching Geminia's words.
"I've heard of the Lumiar race, but I've never seen them. By the time I found out about them, that race no longer existed in Junonia," Geminia replied, glancing at Idan again. "So, Idan, you're probably the only being in this world who has the Lumiar bloodline."
Geminia's words surprised everyone, but most of all, Idan himself.
Lost in thought by Geminia's words, he noticed that everyone present was staring at him intently.
"What?" he asked, not understanding what was going on.
"Dan, put something on," he suddenly heard Arabel say through a mental connection. And only then did he notice that he was sitting completely naked in front of four beauties.
He quickly pulled out a large piece of cloth and covered himself with it.
Idan could have sworn that he heard four sighs of disappointment immediately after his act.
With Geminia's help, everyone soon returned to the Temple.
Milica and Eulalia began to explore the new family tree of Idan and Arabel with genuine interest, carefully studying their external changes.
"Ah, Arabel, you look great, as always!" Milica said warmly, addressing her disciple.
"Doesn't she look great in dark colors?" said Sierra, agreeing with Milica's praise. Sierra seemed very pleased with Arabel's new look, especially her proximity to the element of darkness.
"And you, Idan, have become even more beautiful than before, and bigger!" — Milica's gaze lingered for a moment on Idan's body, just like Sierra's when she first met him. However, she soon regained her composure.
"Yes, he's just gorgeous! It's a pity that our little sister already managed to capture him earlier, otherwise I would have stolen him without hesitation," Lucinda suddenly declared, not hiding her opinion. Her gaze, full of admiration, was fixed on Idan.
Ignoring the others, Lucinda continued without taking her eyes off Idan.:
"Idan, if things don't work out with our little sister or she leaves you, you can always come to me," Lucinda said.
At the same moment, everyone noticed how Arabel's right eye, as well as part of her black hair, turned the color of the Energy of Madness.
