Sadly in order for it to work she needed to pass through pain first. He went to look for Feng Xaier parents but something weird happen they were gone.

And also because if no, she would literally breakthrough directly to the 9 layer of the Body tempering Realm.

He would make sure that even her bones would become stronger and very well tempered.

It was necessary because if not when he reach the 3rd and last phase of the plan. Her body would not hold the huge power of the awakening.

Feng Xaier this time last for 3 hours straight.

And each Tempering Stage or layer would be dedicated to Tempering a meridian.

But with Lin cheng Seal now she can have tempered them twice. Meaning they would be very strong and when she awaken they would upgraded again. Without having to cross the Houtian and Xiantian Realm.
