The next day, the team gathered at the cinema with the tickets Kakashi had given them. They watched Princess Gale, a movie about a fallen princess who led her people to defeat rebels and reclaim her kingdom. The film was inspiring and emotional, leaving many in the audience in tears—including Hinata.

Hinata, eyes glistening: "Naruto, Princess Gale is amazing..."

Naruto: "..."

She's completely starstruck.

He sighed, hoping Hinata wouldn't be too disappointed when they met the real actress.

As they left the cinema, Kakashi appeared, greeting them with his usual laid-back demeanor.

Kakashi: "So, did you enjoy the movie?"

For Kakashi, this is early.

Hinata, still emotional: "It was wonderful! Thank you, Kakashi-sensei. Princess Gale is so inspiring!"

Kakashi, smiling: "Glad you liked it. It's actually related to our next mission."

That smile... nothing good ever comes from it.

Naruto groaned internally.

Kakashi continued: "Because of your excellent performance in the Land of Waves, the Hokage has assigned us a special mission."

"We're escorting the lead actress to the Land of Snow to film the sequel."

Hinata's eyes widened in excitement: "Really? We'll get to meet Princess Gale? That's amazing!"

Sasuke and Naruto exchanged glances.

No words were needed. They both knew: this mission was trouble.

Kakashi: "And since the actress is a big star, this is an A-rank mission."

"It's high-paying and low-risk—the perfect mission. The Hokage assigned it to us as a reward for your hard work."

Naruto's stomach churned.

Special approval from the Hokage? That's just code for "this mission is going to be a disaster."

Kakashi, enthusiastically: "Also, when we return, it'll be almost time for the Chunin Exams. If you perform well, I'll recommend you to take part."

Naruto: "..."

The Chunin Exams? I'd rather skip that.

Two back-to-back life-threatening missions are enough to make history.

Kakashi: "Let's go. I'll introduce you to our client."

Seeing only Hinata's enthusiasm, Kakashi's smile faded into his usual deadpan expression.

At the studio, the staff greeted them. "You're the Konoha ninja? Perfect timing. The third prince went to find Miss Yukie. Can you help us locate her?"

Yukie Fujikaze, the actress who played Princess Gale, was also the princess of the Land of Snow—though her royal identity was a secret. She'd been trying to escape, knowing her uncle, who had usurped the throne, would kill her if he discovered she was alive.

Kakashi: "Your mission is simple: find Miss Yukie."

Simple? Yeah, right.

Naruto sighed. Let's get to work.

If he remembered correctly, there were four main enemies in this mission:

Doto Kazahana: Yukie's uncle, the main antagonist. He used a special chakra armor that allowed him to combine water and wind release without a kekkei genkai.

Nadare Roga: A former rival of Kakashi's.

Fubuki Kakuyoku: A kunoichi who could fly using her chakra armor.

Mizore Fuyukuma: Another chakra armor user with ice-based techniques.

Hinata activated her Byakugan: "I found her! Princess Gale is near the river to the south! But... she's surrounded by bad guys!"

Bad guys?

Hinata, her fan instincts kicking in, shouted, "Let her go!"

Before Naruto could stop her, Hinata dashed forward, unleashing the Sixty-Four Palms technique. By the time Naruto caught up, everyone was on the ground.

Naruto's eye twitched. When did Hinata get so fierce?

Hinata, excitedly: "Princess Gale, can I have your autograph?"

Yukie, annoyed: "Who are you?"

Hinata: "We're Konoha ninja. We're here to escort you to the Land of Snow. I'm also a huge fan. Could you sign this for me?"

Yukie, disdainfully: "I don't need your protection. Leave me alone."

She pushed Hinata away and rode off on her horse.

Hinata stood frozen, holding the pen and paper.

Naruto tried to comfort her: "Uh... she's not very friendly, huh? Are you okay?"

Hinata shook her head: "I'm fine. I don't think she's a bad person."

Naruto blinked. Where did that come from?

Woman's intuition? Does that even exist?

Naruto: "Should we keep chasing her?"

Hinata nodded firmly: "Yes."

By the time they caught up, Yukie had disappeared into a bar.

Hinata was about to activate her Byakugan again, but Naruto stopped her.

Naruto: "Don't overuse your eyes. Let's just follow the hoofprints."

They found Yukie inside the bar.

Yukie, glaring at them: "You again? I told you, I'm not signing anything, and I'm not going to the Land of Snow!"

I'm tempted to just knock her out and carry her...

Wait, is that too extreme?

Naruto stood back, reflecting on his thoughts.

Meanwhile, Kakashi arrived with a bespectacled man—their client, Director Sandayu.

Sandayu, panicking: "Miss Yukie, the ship to the Land of Snow is about to leave. If you don't come now..."

Yukie interrupted: "Princess Gale won't board this ship of thieves!"

Sandayu, desperate: "What are you saying? This is your chance to take your career to the next level!"

Yukie, dismissively: "I don't care."

Sandayu turned to Kakashi: "What do we do?"

Kakashi stepped forward, his Sharingan glowing: "No problem..."

Yukie's eyes met Kakashi's, and she slumped over, unconscious.

Kakashi, smugly: "We can go now."

Naruto muttered: Smooth. Too smooth. He's definitely done this before.

I just hope he hasn't used it on innocent girls... or boys like Haku.

Despite his reluctance, Naruto knew there was no escaping this mission.
