Hence, Xie Ruoxi had grounds to suspect her of using the 'restroom visit' as a pretext to seduce their captain... even though when everyone had entered through the wall, she was indeed sitting on the toilet.

"There is also a restroom on the first floor," Su Yunjin pointed out nonchalantly, "You didn't have to knock on the captain's door specifically."

"You make it sound like such a hassle!" Tang Xiaolian chuckled, "Having to run downstairs in the middle of the night? Isn't that difficult?"

"What are you all doing here?" she asked lightly.

"Um..." Su Yunjin hesitated for a moment, but Lin Ning was the quickest to respond, "We were just chatting! Look, Zhao Sister, we have some snacks and tea."

The snacks and tea were really for Yun Jin's own enjoyment while reading, but this obviously wasn't the time to be stingy. Su Yunjin quickly signaled Xie Ruoxi, who immediately stood up, coaxing Zhao Yuanzhen to sit down, and brought the snacks and tea over.
