Even Brother Tsukasa, while transformed into Kamen Rider Decade, had been soundly beaten by the Emperor’s Sword. Despite Brother Tsukasa’s protests, the Emperor’s Sword held him at swordpoint, rendering him powerless.

The sheer prestige and power of this Rider Form left Qing Mu daydreaming, eager to see what the future held.
