SSS Ranked Awakening: All My Skills Are at Level 100

Chapter 144: Ancient Secrets

What did she see that made even an ancient being like her shocked?

What kind of power could make even an ancient being like her tremble?

The answer to that was right in front of her.

A screen.

A translucent silver in color, it shimmered before her—woven with strands of time, faint runes glowing along its edges. Within it, her future master stood like a god among worms, hundreds of beggars on their knees. Her breath hitched, a primal heat stirring in her ancient soul.

She had witnessed everything that was happening since the time he had come inside.

To say these words would be an understatement, as she had shamelessly watched every single moment of his time—the seconds, the heartbeats—of her master in here.

No matter what he did: when he ate, when he slept, when he breathed, when he trained, and even when he fucked—

She missed nothing. It was her only form of entertainment.

----

As usual, she was watching him enter with hundreds of beggars. She quickly understood his plan to build his people in here, which was a smart move. She had to praise him for that—one move that would give him a massive advantage over time.

But that was not what was shocking to her.

The light.

Ethereal gold bathed her master.

That light—divine and absolute—poured over his body in slow waves, gilding every motion with sacred brilliance. The air around him shimmered, pulsing like a heartbeat made of starlight.

She knew what that was—the holy energy.

The fact was shocking that her master even had a holy affinity, and one which was not weak compared to his other affinities.

Rank 7

How could she be so sure? As she only had a connection with the time element, she determined he had a rank 7 time affinity.

But for the other elements, the answer was obvious. She had watched him enough to realize every affinity he had was of rank 7.

And how many elements had she watched him use? Too many to even call him a genius.

There was only one word to describe him.

A monster.

A freak of nature.

Even when it was shocking that he had elements whose rarity level matched the time element itself—

But that was not the source of her shock. It was the fact that the holy energy formed around him was not borrowed by the so-called Gods, or to say, immortal beings.

How can this even be possible

She felt it—not through sight, but through a ripple in the weave of existence itself. A pressure formed in her chest as the golden power solidified from the collective reverence of those beggars. It wasn't borrowed divinity—it was born, forged from their belief in him as a god.

Faith was not something that could develop in someone that easily. The fact that he had people who had faith in him as if he were their God proved to her how special and captivating her master was.

Master didn't even know what he had done, which could only be given the glimpse of from knowledge that is taboo in all the realms below the Eternal Realm.

Even in the Divine Realm, there were only whispers of the term "Element of God" connected to the Holy Element.

Those lesser divinities and even most Prime Divinities didn't realize that the term "Element of God" wasn't just mere words—they held deep-rooted ancient secrets hidden by those who reside in the Eternal Realm.

Her whole ancient body trembled from just the thought.

Yet my master had broken the reality of every divine being, without being aware of himself.

The path to enter the Eternal Realm, breaking the ultimate barrier of Prime Divinity—

She knew it too, as she was one of the rare ones who had the strength of the peak of Prime Divinity.

Yet the next step seemed too far away.

But she was immortal. She had endless life. Sooner or later, she would enter the Eternal Realm.

Even when that "soon" would be hundreds of thousands of years—even millions of years, or even billions of years—she had no answer to that as of now.

But she believes her journey won't just end in the divine realm.

A belief that she was holding on.

It was not for nothing that the Time Element was being compared to the Holy Element.

If control over time could give one absurdly powerful abilities that, to the face of others, only felt like desperation when they had to stand against it—

The Holy Element was absurd in itself.

It could open a path different from everything else, but not for everyone, only for her master.

Because those who borrow divine power from higher beings need their class, it can still make them break the barrier of strength in terms of realms temporarily, but nothing more.

But the path her great master had just now.

She can see it.

Feel in her very being.

Different from the usual way of relying on class to advance through the cultivation realms.

Even when her way of getting strong was different from humans, she, too, had a class of her own.

Even dragons had classes, which differed from other races with their unique way of getting stronger.

She recited the ancient scripture from which she had learned about the Element of Gods.

"Fade the so-called classes which define every being in front of those who are holy."

"A path unlike any other unfolds for those chosen not by mortals, but by the cosmos itself—for godhood—if only they awaken to what lies dormant within."

Even she hadn't understood what meaning these cryptic words held, as even in her millennia of stay in this universe—the one whose name could even make the Divine Realm shake—had not known what those words were trying to say.

Not after what she saw.

A pathway to godhood—I can see it in my master—but only when you are the source of your own faith—is the meaning of what lies dormant within them.

Not the way she had seen for countless millennia, when bearers of the Holy Element were discovered, the entire church would move just to get that being, regardless of what race he might be.

Make him a follower of their church, not just any follower, by giving him a high-ranking position.

The irony: the most racist factions in the universe do everything they can to get the person with the Holy Element, not caring if the being was of the same race they condemn on an everyday basis as filthy.

Because they tag them as holy ones. In their eyes, they transcend race.

She had always found it a bit extreme—as to how, regardless of what rank a person had in Holy affinity, they moved like it was the mission of their entire church.

Or to say it—what was so important to them that those who resided in the Eternal Realm wanted so desperately for anyone with Holy affinity to join them.

She didn't have the answer to this question right now, but she did realize what the path mentioned in the ancient scripture was about, being connected to the Holy Element.

Because of her master.

Yet the term "Element of Gods" mentioned raised a question in her.

Did the gods mentioned in the scriptures really just refer to beings like lesser divinities who could be considered gods in lower realms?

Or was it something greater? As the proof of the Eternal Realm—the cosmic system—the ancient scripture—

It could very well not be the same as she was imagining, but something greater.

Which was the next realm she had been trying to achieve for millions of years, as when she reached it, this cage wouldn't be able to bind her.

Yet she could not see the path ahead.

A dread washed over her body, as if—

The path to godhood and the Element of Gods...

Can it really make a unique path for the realm above their own?

No!!!

It can't be—hahah! It would be too absurd...

She threw away those thoughts, as they would make her go crazy.

----

She continued her divination, trying to glimpse into his future.

An enormous amount of mana continuously surged and twisted around her, bending space into impossible angles. A glowing symbol began etching itself mid-air—ancient, spiral-like, ever-shifting, as though the universe struggled to comprehend it.

But it was far from being completed.
