Something that was interfering with his control.

His threads weren't just breaking—they were being severed by something beyond his understanding.

Doflamingo prided himself on always being five steps ahead.

But now?

For the first time in his life—he wasn't sure what was happening.

And that infuriated him.

He slammed his fist into the table, his breath heavy.

The villains he had gathered, his personal chess pieces—Green Goblin, Electro, Lizard, Sandman, Doc Ock—were all powerful. But none of them could cause this.

This wasn't them.

This was something else.

And he needed to find out what.
