"Tang Hao." A deep, commanding voice echoed from within the ominous cloud. "You dared to erode the Plane's consciousness. Such an act would lead to its complete destruction.

"I can already guess your motives. You seek to replace the Plane's consciousness and become the Plane's ruler, thereby making yourself stronger.

"This is a blatant violation of the laws of the God Realm. As one of the Three Great Law Enforcers, I am here to punish you."

The God Realm had once suffered catastrophic losses during the Dragon God War, where countless gods had perished. Because of that, the divine laws prohibited the execution of gods except under extraordinary circumstances.

Take the Killing God, Xiu Puros, for example. Even though he had broken divine laws and had personal grudges with the second generation Kindness and Blaze Gods, he was never sentenced to death.

Tang Hao's expression darkened. He extended his hand, grasping at the air, and in an instant, a massive hammer appeared beside him. Clutching the handle tightly, he said in a low voice, "God of Destruction, for the sake of Xiao San, I hope you will at least give me a chance to explain myself."

He knew he couldn't defeat the God of Destruction.

But if he could delay long enough for Tang San to arrive, everything would be fine.

"A chance to explain?" The God of Destruction sneered. "What explanation could possibly justify your attempt to erode the Plane's consciousness?

"I didn't notice this before because Tang San must have been using the divine core to shield you.

"As long as I didn't personally investigate Douluo Star closely, I wouldn't have discovered your scheme.

"But his concealment must have slipped somewhere, or else he wouldn't have triggered my divine statue and disturbed the planet's balance."

Tang San held the divine positions of both the Sea God and the Asura God. However, in terms of raw power, neither of those positions alone could compare to the God of Destruction.

Tang San typically preferred using the Sea God's power and rarely relied on the Asura God's strength.

Thus, his ability to mask Tang Hao's activities for so long was primarily due to the divine core's influence.

After all, the Sea God's position was merely a first level god it was nowhere near the level of a true God King.

The divine core of the God Realm was its ultimate control mechanism, capable of many things. Expanding the God Realm was only one of its functions. However, even though Tang San could use it to shield others, he couldn't push its limits too far.

Using the divine core to conceal someone's presence required consuming a portion of the God Realm's collective faith energy. If the expenditure was too excessive, it would raise suspicion.

During each meeting of the God Realm's ruling council, they would meticulously analyze fluctuations in the God Realm's faith energy. Any large anomalies would be immediately scrutinized.

"God of Destruction, I really can explai " Tang Hao tried to stall for time.

"Enough!" The God of Destruction cut him off coldly.

Within the swirling purple black clouds, two glowing crimson eyes suddenly flared.

The next instant, arcs of purple lightning shot down from the sky, crashing toward Tang Hao like an overwhelming tidal wave.

Feeling the terrifying destructive energy contained within the bolts, Tang Hao instinctively swung his hammer to resist.

Thunder rumbled across the sky with deafening force.

Tang Hao's hammer shattered in an instant.

He let out a pained scream, his face going pale as he plummeted to the ground.

Crackling purple lightning surged around him, forming a cage that locked him in place.

Mu En sat in his chair, basking in the life force radiating from the Golden Tree.

For generations, past Sea God Pavilion Masters had merged their souls with the Golden Tree upon death, allowing their consciousness to persist a little longer.

Mu En planned to do the same remaining in the Golden Tree so he could continue to protect Shrek Academy.

As long as Xuan Zi could reach Rank 99 and become an Ultimate Douluo, Mu En would have no regrets.

Suddenly, the Golden Tree burst into radiant light.
