Chapter 1156: Transfer

For Chen Fei, losing just one Airship Battle Group is not a big deal. When he confronted the "Sagali" civilization head-on, he consumed much more than just one Airship Battle Group. However, now that the Blue Star Civilization has started to block Chen Fei's supply lines, in the short term, he can still hold out relying on previous reserves. But over time, if income fails to meet expenditure, things could get ugly.

If he doesn't have ample material support, Chen Fei, supposedly the most suitable ability user for war, would have to revert to his original form.

The First Airship Combat Cluster, which took off from Socotra Island, is the reinforcements to resolve the Habulav dilemma, but halfway there, it was intercepted by the Fleet Cluster on the High Barrier Peninsula. This is so darn frustrating, causing the Blue Star Global United Defense Committee Headquarters to suddenly lose its nearest reinforcements, making the situation increasingly grim amid internal and external troubles.

Chen Fei's strategy has never been just one. He has Plan A and, of course, Plan B. The First Airship Combat Cluster can resolve the current crisis in Habulav, and the "Stargate" can do the same.

Consider releasing more war weapons from "Spatial Branding" as Plan C, since the number of combat units in the First Airship Combat Cluster is far less than the reserves of "Spatial Branding."

Of course, this is the last resort!

Such internal chaos for the Blue Star Global United Defense Committee is indeed humiliating and can easily lead to unnecessary over-interpretation of Chen Fei's psi skills.

Chen Fei doesn't want to be sensationalized with absurd talks of the Chen Xiao'er Threat Theory. Even though it sounds ridiculous, there might be someone who believes it. As long as one person is convinced, a group of idiots, armed with "better safe than sorry" mentality wanting to nip the threat in the bud, could call for his head, even though Chen Fei can help them resist the invasion of the "Sagali" civilization. After all, he is right in front of them, while "Sagali" is far away.

The ten-meter diameter Stargate was placed in the middle of the training field inside the 11th training hall. Many people curiously looked at this ring-shaped creation, and some Neanderthals instinctively widened their eyes, thinking this thing looked awfully familiar.

Until Chen Fei pulled a set of Target Low Temperature Nuclear Fusion Energy Tower from the Life Space within the "Boundary Pearl Atlantis" and rammed the Crystal Energy transmission cable onto the ring-shaped "Stargate."

The next second, a buzzing sound started, an extremely thin light film gathered and formed in the center of the ring, and an unusual scene emerged.

"'Stargate'!!!"

Finally, someone shouted it out, and those Neanderthals looked at Chen Fei with almost disbelief.

Clearly, he is not a Neanderthal, but he possesses the inherited secret techniques that have traces of the Neanderthal tribe, and now he even brings forth such creations as the "Stargate," which has long ceased to have production materials. So who is the real Neanderthal? Are these pureblooded and mixed-blooded Neanderthals all fake?

Someone loudly asked the monk beside Chen Fei, "Miyoshi, where is the other side? Is it still on Blue Star?"

The increasingly chaotic Habulav leaves people hopeless; amidst outbreaks of mutant "flood" and the public spaceport's inability to carry so many people's emergency evacuation, the sudden sight of a normally functioning "Stargate" immediately ignited a hope, like grasping a life-saving straw.

"Destination, everyone prepare for transfer, those willing to leave, please line up!"

Miyoshi Xuesen gave the order for Chen Fei, people in the city gathered here continually, and C District would eventually be overcrowded, unable to accommodate all the population of the city, making the Stargate directly leading to Socotra Island the best solution, bar none.

The high-levels in Habulav indeed ignored Miyoshi Monk, turning a blind eye to the actions of the High Barrier Peninsula, making it hard to understand whether it was due to incompetence or outright collusion behind the scenes.

The already bustling interior of the 11th training hall increased in noise level once more.

Many are determined to leave Habulav; even if what's on the other side of the "Stargate" is a desolate island, it's better than a city with internal war flames and external mutant "flood."

Originally arriving lightly, now more so without burden, several orderly teams stepped into the "Stargate," one step in Habulav, the next on Socotra Island, where there are enough mechanical beings to maintain order and arrange evacuation sites.

With the constant influx of evacuees into the "Stargate," the pressure of overcrowding in the 11th training hall eased significantly, the queue of people entering no longer elongated, but began to shorten.

Seeing the rapid reduction in numbers inside and outside the training hall, Miyoshi Xuesen breathed a sigh of relief before asking Chen Fei, "Should we also transfer the Heavy Criminal Prison?"

Transferring those vicious ability user criminals might be quite a hassle; if a few escape, capturing them again wouldn't be easy.

Chen Fei looked at the orderly flow of people, saying, "No need for transfer; the underground building complex there is strong enough; as long as the gates are secured, there won't be any trouble."

C District's training hall is open and unguarded, far inferior to the deeply buried Heavy Criminal Prison. Even if there are countless mutant beings, only a few can effectively impact the deep underground corridor, making it far easier to deal with than defending the training hall.

What's more, even if a hundred or eighty prisoners in the Heavy Criminal Prison die, Chen Fei wouldn't sympathize; previously capturing the criminal Theodore was mainly because he targeted the Dragon King, not ordinary people. Otherwise, even if offered a trillion Star Yuan, let alone ten trillion, Chen wouldn't bother looking at him, preferring he clean up before rotting in jail.

Miyoshi Xuesen worriedly asked, "Will those sovereignties treat you like the 'Master of the Firmament'?"

He increasingly can't comprehend those sovereignties' intentions, leading to internal conflict within the Blue Star Global Joint Defense Committee Headquarters Habulav.

Who would have thought that simply suggesting a thorough investigation of individuals or small groups betraying Blue Star would cause Habulav to explode, revealing that the peace and quiet of past years merely masked contradictions and even pseudo-confrontation, waiting for a spark to ignite the whole "powder keg," and now, the spark has arrived.

"How can I compare to the 'Master of the Firmament'? Miyoshi, your words surprise me. What have I done to deserve such praise?"

Chen Fei laughed self-deprecatingly.

The "Master of the Firmament" doesn't care about Blue Star's sovereignties and their tactics; cut off supplies if you want, challenge and threaten if you will. They are backed by Cangqiong Star and Slan Dynasty; what Blue Star Civilization has, they have, and what Blue Star Civilization lacks, they also possess.

How can you compare? Clearly, you can't!

Miyoshi Xuesen asked, "Are you planning to hand over the First Airship Combat Cluster to the sovereignties of the High Barrier Peninsula?"

Despite trying all sorts of ways to negotiate, it's predictable that Chen Fei's First Airship Combat Cluster wouldn't possibly reach the Ocean Continent anytime soon to provide aid to Habulav located in the heartland of the continent.

Even if the sovereignties of High Barrier Peninsula understand and let it pass, here at the Blue Star Global United Defense Committee Headquarters, it's feared that not only would the food go cold, but even the people would be chilled.
