Greninja, while maintaining Double Team, remained in its Normal-type state.

The only type that possessed advantage over Normal was Fighting.

After taking a powerful Aura Sphere followed by an explosive Close Combat sequence, the super-effective damage created thunderous explosions across the battlefield.

When the smoke and dust cleared, in the massive crater, Lucario withdrew its fists that were still radiating heat. At its feet, Greninja lay unconscious and defeated.

"G-Greninja is unable to battle!" the referee announced with a slight stammer.

Not only the referee, but seeing Lucario standing virtually unscathed except for minor physical exertion, every European spectator present felt something was fundamentally wrong.

"This is a one-versus-two sweep? That was way too fast!"

"Are we really going to be completely dominated by a single Lucario?"

"Didn't they say both trainers were roughly equal in strength? We were completely deceived."

"It seems he hasn't even used that legendary Z-Move yet..."

The audience's voices had diminished to whispers, with no one having the heart to continue booing. Their faces were filled with pessimism and growing dread.

On the battlefield, Zenia's slender hand holding her Poke Ball trembled slightly, sweat on her back dampening her elegant dress.

Since beginning her career, among peers her age - no, even against trainers several years older - she had never experienced defeat.

Victory after victory, countless triumphs had built the pride befitting a true genius.

But now, who could explain what was happening?

Being absolutely crushed by someone her own age, forced into this final desperate situation...

She had never even imagined such circumstances in her worst nightmares.

Zenia's vision suddenly became blurred, her heart rate accelerated, suffocation gripped her chest, and she began trembling uncontrollably.

"A-again, Trainer Zenia, please send out your third Pokemon," the referee called after issuing the third reminder.

She threw her final Poke Ball in a daze, barely registering the referee's words.

Before everyone's eyes appeared her well-known ace Pokemon: Hydreigon.

Its body resembled a theropod dinosaur, primarily blue with black fur covering, and three pairs of black wings spread across its back. Most striking were its three dragon-like heads - the outer heads had pitch-black eyes while only the center head possessed crimson pupils.

What few people realized was that only Hydreigon's middle head was genuine; the other two heads lacked brains and functioned essentially as hands shaped like heads.

This was, naturally, a pseudo-legendary Pokemon.

Roy barely glanced at the Pokemon before focusing his attention on Zenia.

Seeing the girl's pale complexion and sensing the panic and fear emanating from her, Roy felt somewhat surprised.

'Her pressure tolerance is quite poor,' he assessed.

Against opponents in battle, Roy never showed mercy, making no distinctions based on gender or age. His goal remained singular: victory.

Therefore, he accurately seized this psychological opportunity to amplify the fear in his opponent's heart.

"Honestly, I'm disappointed," Roy's voice, amplified through the arena's microphone system, echoed throughout the venue.

Under everyone's scrutiny, he shrugged and displayed a bored expression.

"Is this what you call a talented trainer with a reputation equal to mine?"

"A genius who can't even apply the slightest pressure on me..."

"Nothing but a hothouse flower grown in luxury and comfort."

"If this represents Europe's hope for the future, I can already begin celebrating the next global champion in advance."

This extremely mocking speech instantly ignited everyone's suppressed emotions, erupting in angry abuse and thunderous booing.

Listening to these overwhelming expressions of impotent rage, Roy suddenly felt... quite satisfied.

Did he actually enjoy delivering face-to-face taunts like this?

He was genuinely enjoying their inability to understand him while being powerless to stop him.

Zenia stared directly at Roy, not even noticing when her fingernails pierced her palms and drew blood.

After the referee angrily declared "Begin!" she furiously commanded:

"Tri Attack!"

Hydreigon had also heard Roy's taunts. Pokemon and trainers shared emotional bonds, and it could feel Zenia's panic and humiliation.

Hydreigon flew into the air in rage, opening all three massive mouths.

Lightning, fire, and ice energy gathered in the three heads, resonated together, and merged into a single black energy orb.

Immediately, a massive black beam erupted forth.

The pseudo-legendary Pokemon's potential was revealed in this moment, with this attack's power apparently surpassing A+ level limitations.

However...

"She's lost her composure," Roy observed with a slight smile.

Using long-range attacks against a speed-focused Pokemon was simply wasting stamina.

As expected, the black energy beam struck empty air as Lucario vanished instantly from its position.

Tremendous heat scorched the earth, melting the ground into powder. Hydreigon increased its energy output, rotating its three heads to sweep the energy beam toward Lucario's new position.

Lucario dodged effortlessly while the opponent continued spewing energy in fury.

A rational trainer should have called for restraint at this point, but Zenia appeared to have lost all composure. The audience, seeing Lucario constantly dodging while their representative maintained aggressive attacks, mistakenly believed their side held advantage and began cheering.

The furious atmosphere consumed everyone's remaining sanity.

Only a few trainers with genuine insight covered their faces in horror, recognizing the truth: it was over.

The furious energy barrage lasted nearly a full minute. Zenia finally regained awareness when she noticed Hydreigon's chest heaving violently, its energy intensity plummeting drastically.

What was I doing?

"Realizing the situation now? Don't you think it's rather too late?" Roy's voice sounded at the perfect moment as he smiled coldly.

"Finish this, Lucario."

Lucario could no longer restrain itself, appearing instantly on Hydreigon's back.

Hydreigon's reflexes remained sharp, and its tail ignited with Dragon-type power as it swept directly toward Lucario.

The move was Dragon Tail.

Unfortunately, physical exhaustion had sapped its power. The tail sweep lacked sufficient force, and Lucario simply extended its right hand, firmly grasping the tail and blocking the attack perfectly.

With its left hand, Lucario condensed another massive Aura Sphere.

"Crunch!" Zenia desperately attempted damage control.

All of Hydreigon's heads turned upward, fangs lighting with Dark-type energy as they bit toward Lucario on its back.

Lucario neither dodged nor deflected, accepting the attack directly.

With double resistance to Dark-type moves and the opponent's compromised physical condition, Hydreigon's signature triple-powered Crunch only made Lucario frown slightly.

The next moment, Lucario slammed the Aura Sphere down, targeting all three heads and the main body.

"ROAAAAR!"

Hydreigon released a mournful howl as it plummeted vertically like a bird with broken wings, crashing into the ground it had scorched with its own attacks.

BOOM!

Dust clouds erupted as Lucario pressed its advantage, delivering another devastatingly explosive Close Combat sequence.

The classic "Aura Sphere stunning combo into Close Combat finishing move" was executed flawlessly, and the already exhausted Hydreigon completely lost its ability to battle.

Looking at the blonde girl whose face showed guilt and complete bewilderment, Roy suddenly began applauding enthusiastically.

The applause drew Zenia's gaze to Roy. At this moment, this young man had transcended racial aesthetic barriers, yet even his objectively handsome features appeared somehow... terrifying and malevolent to her.

"That was truly an excellent match. It provided me with an experience I'd never had before," Roy stated honestly.

The "unprecedented experience" he referenced was his first realization of how satisfying psychological dominance could be.

"Thank you, Miss Zenia."

Zenia remained stunned for three seconds before collapsing to the ground in a daze.

Then she began crying.

Yes, under the gaze of 70,000 people in attendance and tens of millions watching via broadcast, this proud flower of France wept like a small child whose candy had been stolen by a bully, covering her face and sobbing loudly without any willpower to suppress her tears.

Roy stood frozen in shock - he hadn't anticipated this reaction at all.

Throughout all his competitive experiences, what situations hadn't he encountered?

Well, he had definitely never witnessed this particular scenario.

Roy silently glanced toward Connie in the VIP seating area. The Dark-type Champion was also staring at his crying daughter with complete astonishment.

Was it too late to make a strategic retreat?
