Matthew eyes snapped open, the first thing that hit his senses was the bright light that leaked into the room he found himself in, he turned his head and looked around, he found himself inside a wooden log cabin that clearly had seen better days, he sat himself up and found he had been laid on an old blanket in the middle of the furniture free room

The corner of Matthew’s mouth twitched, he didn’t know what ticked him off more, that Alina had more control over Aea than he did or that she had instructed Aea to keep him from hurting and tormenting himself, his anger quickly passed as he made the self discovery that he wasn’t exactly the most mentally stable person with most of his memory missing and his strange behavior when he had faced off against the mountain tribe

As Matthew continued to shift between different poses with a large grin on he suddenly locked eyes with Alina that was frozen in place apparently having watched him for a bit they both froze for a couple of seconds in silence before Alina asked

“What, What are you doing, Matthew?”

“Checking my mobility?”

Alina let go of the fabric backpack she was caring and walked over and stood in front of him while silently staring at him for a few silent moments before she spread her arms out and silently embraced him, Matthew awkwardly patted the top of her head as he hadn’t expected a hug as she suddenly pinched his side

Alina let go and spoke in a quiet voice

“I told you not, not to look at the blue comet”

“It’s okay… As, as long as you don’t do it again”
