Secretly Mine

Chapter 236: First Kiss

When we finally came out of the bathroom, the hotel was in chaos, searching for Christian.

One of the hotel staff ran up to us as we walked down the hallway.

"Mr. Vittoria! There you are! Everyone's been looking for you. Please make your way over to the side hall for photos."

He turned to me, "Miss Moresi, you too. Everyone is waiting on you."

Christian smiled brightly. "Thank you. I'll head over right away. Miss Moresi was helping me with something important."

I did my best to flash the hotel staff a smile, but the toy inside of me was making me squirm. It wasn't on, but its presence alone caused me to be hot and bothered.

Christian walked towards the side hall, staying two steps ahead. He looked like he was having the time of his life, while I was struggling to walk straight.

He's enjoying this too much.

The remote to the toy was in his pocket. All he had to do was press a button, and it would make me keel over.

As we entered the side hall, Morgan and the rest of my family were standing in front of a large flower display. They were all looking around the room nervously while the photographer was patiently waiting in the center of the room.

"Christian! You're finally here!" Morgan called out.

Everyone's attention snapped over to Christian as he walked over with long strides.

"Hey. Sorry, I got caught up with something important," he said in an overly good mood.

I shook my head as I watched him walk over and stand beside Morgan. She was dressed in a stunning wedding gown. It was pure white and had a more flowing design than the usual structured dresses she liked to wear.

It was an A-line design with off-the-shoulder lace sleeves. The entire dress had detailed embroidery of ivy leaves, making it feel quite airy. It was very fitting for the garden theme they seemed to go with for the wedding.

Though the venue was indoors, there were enough flowers here to make it feel like a garden, if not a park.

My mother smiled nervously as Christian approached, and the look on my father's face was one of pure relief.

"Not a problem at all! We all know you're a busy man. Come, the photographer wants to take a few photos before the ceremony," my mother said in an overly warm tone.

None of them bothered to call me over, even though I was standing right beside Christian. It was as if I were thin air to them.

Christian walked over towards them, but just before he made it to his designated spot, he paused and turned to me. "Come, Leslie. You should be in this photo too."

It was only then that I felt my family's eyes on me. My mother immediately noticed my new gown, appearing slightly stunned.

Morgan also noticed the gown and frowned. "Hey. That's not what you were supposed to wear today," she quickly spat out.

"She helped me earlier and dirtied her dress. As an apology, I ordered her a similar one," Christian quickly chimed in.

"Helped with what?" Morgan pressed. She was clearly unhappy that I was wearing a gorgeous gown.

Christian's lips curved into a small smile. "I'll tell you later. Let's not keep the photographer waiting any longer."

Morgan grumbled but didn't push him for an answer. I walked over and stood directly behind Christian while he and Morgan stood at the center. My parents stood on either side of us.

"Okay. Smile! I'm going to take a series of shots, so stay put for a few minutes," the photographer explained as he moved his tripod over a little closer.

I straightened my back and smiled, thinking that these photos would mark a very interesting memory. But just as the first shudder of the camera went off, the toy that was still inside of me began to vibrate.

Shit!

I immediately slammed my thighs together, trying to keep myself from falling over. Thankfully, I was in the very back, so no one saw as I struggled to sand.

The egg-shaped toy continued to vibrate, stimulating the already sensitive areas inside me. I had to grit my teeth so that I didn't let out a moan in front of my whole family.

Just as I thought I wouldn't be able to hold out any longer, the vibrating suddenly stopped. I glanced down and saw Christian pulling his hand out of his pocket.

He's going to be teasing me like this all day, isn't he?

I wasn't sure how long he would play pretend on this fake wedding, as he promised me that everything was taken care of on his end.

All I knew was that the confrontation would most likely happen sometime during the ceremony, where all of the guests would witness the truth behind the Moresi business firsthand.

"Shall we have a photo where the couple kiss?" the photographer suggested.

Morgan immediately blushed. Her cheeks turned crimson as she fluttered her eyelashes at Christian. She opened her mouth to say something, but Christian beat her to it.

"No."

His tone was resolute and authoritative, causing Morgan and my parents to look at him with nervousness.

"Christian...but..."

I watched intently, curious to see how Christian would get himself out of this one. From what I could see, there was no other option. He would have to kiss her unless he wanted to make everyone suspicious.

"No. I want to save the first kiss for the altar."

Morgan's quivering lips immediately curved into a bright smile. "You're so romantic, Christian," she blushed.

My parents also had a look of relief and understanding after hearing Christian's excuse. I was the only one who wanted to burst into laughter.

Truly, he was a smart man. I wouldn't have been able to twist myself out of that situation in a million years.

Even the photographer nodded with a smile. "I understand. Don't worry, I'll take plenty of photos during the ceremony," he promised.
