"Bernard, are there empty rooms in the castle? If none, call upon some people to clear the rubble from the castle hall and let Kunesh and his men stay in it"

Rowan said to Bernard with a smile on his face, These men will help him immensely, his future goals will definitely be easier to achieve with such force under him. You have to know that the whole country was fighting and attacking one another, which has already become common among the lords now that, there is practically no king on the throne.

"We do have two big rooms vacant in the Inner Bailey that can easily accommodate ten or more people."

Bernard reported he was glad he prepared extra room for future uses just today, and now it was being used.

"You heard him, Kunesh. Take a rest there. Bernard, give them a proper bed to sleep on. Meet me in the morning, we will sort things out tomorrow then."

Rowan said with a smile, then nodded his head at them and looked at Hynek and Bernard.

"You too. We will have a meeting in the Inner Bailey in the morning. Make sure Henry knows about it and every soldier is present, Bernard. See to it."

Rowan, saying this, walked back to his chamber while Hynek and his lads kept watch on the walls and Bernard Kunesh and the other nine went to their sleeping place.

Rowan, on the other hand, while he was returning to his chamber, thought how cunning the system was, it just gave him naked soldiers. He had to make them armed and also pay them salaries, the system didn't make them out of nowhere like magic.

"Logistics and money will become a problem, in the long run"

Rowan murmured while falling asleep. In the bed, surprisingly, he found out that sleeping in the medieval era was easy, it was very rare that people had sleeping problems in these quietness.

Rowan woke up before anyone could call him up, he washed his face with the water he was provided in his chambers, then opened the system panel.

"And even I don't have any proper clothes with me, so we need this situation to change, we need clothes, armor, weapons, food, and booze most importantly."

"Bernard, start writing. Kunesh, I make you the captain of the brotherhood division which will consist the brothers that came with you, you will lead the other nine brothers of yours. If anyone has any problems with this decision, voice them now."

Rowan said as soon as he dismissed the villagers, he was trying to control the whole army with few people who he controls.

Kunesh kneeled and accepted, and his companions also kneeled with acceptance.

"So that's settled, Kunesh. You will provide four men to Bernard here, our chamberlain, for the next big mission."

"Yes, sir."

Kunesh agreed in a heartbeat.

"Alright, let's talk about salary first, Henry. Come forward."

Rowan said, Henry nodding his head went up to the table.

"You have four people under you, correct?"

Rowan asked, while taking out silver coins from the coat, he wanted to pay the soldiers first so that they could enjoy themselves on the mission and also buy extra safety to their kit later.

"Yes, my lord, all of them are guard-level personnel."

Henry reported he was smiling a little because it was payday and he would gain a bit of respect after giving it to his men.

"From next month onwards it will be Bernard's responsibility, but this month I am personally giving it out."

Rowan said, then gave 140 silver coins to Henry.

"100 for you and 10 per soldier under you, good work, Henry."
