Reincarnated in Naruto As an Uchiha

Chapter 1: Jinchūriki at the start?

Indra groaned as he blinked his eyes open. The first thing he saw?

"A new ceiling~"

He stretched out of habit—bad idea. A sharp pain shot through his ribs.

"Ouch! What the hell—?" He clutched his sides, wincing. It felt like someone had used his ribs as drumsticks.

Then reality hit.

"Where... am I?"

His blurry vision cleared, and he took in his surroundings. A tiny, run-down apartment—peeling walls, a cracked window, a rickety bed that probably gave splinters. He glanced at the barely-functional kitchen and grimaced.

"Damn... this is worse than Naruto's place."

With a sigh, Indra ran a hand through his hair. He was just some guy a moment ago, wasn't he? But before waking up here, he remembered something—a stone face. A massive monument.

He stiffened.

"No way..."

He slowly turned his head toward the window. Outside, bathed in the morning sun, stood the Hokage Monument.

Silence.

Then, he exhaled dramatically. "Welp. World of Naruto, here I—"

A bright, blue screen popped up right in his face.

[System Activated.]

Indra blinked.

"Wait, what?"

[Features Unlocked:]

Status: View overall abilities in discreet numbers.

Shop: Purchase swords, jutsu, and more.

Quest: Receive and complete random missions.

[Congratulations! You have received a starter pack. Would you like to open it?]

Indra stared, mouth slightly open. His brain took a moment to process.

Then his lips curled into a grin.

"No way... I got a system?!"

He laughed—loudly. It felt surreal. A Naruto world + a cheat system? He was about to go full main character mode!

BANG!

A loud thump on the wall made him freeze.

"You fing brat!! Shut the f** up!"

The voice of his neighbor boomed through the thin walls.

Indra, still caught between excitement and confusion, muttered, "Man, have some self-control... this much swearing in the morning?"

But then he remembered—his neighbor's wife was hot.

"Eh, I'll let it slide."

With a smirk, he turned his attention back to the screen and clicked [Yes].

[Congratulations!! You have received Saiken! (Six-Tails)]

His grin froze.

"Wait, what?"

[The process may take a while...]

Suddenly, the entire room turned red.

A strange, eerie energy flooded the space, cutting him off from the world. The air grew heavy as a surge of raw Chakra erupted from his body.

It wasn't just any chakra—it was monstrous.

His body rebelled intantly. His skin burned, his limbs trembled, and his insides twisted as a seal began engraving itself onto his stomach.

"GHHK—!"

The pressure was crushing. The chakra was trying to escape, surging wildly, but the sytem wouldn't let it. The moment it tried to leak out—SLAM! The seal snapped shut, trapping it inside him.

His vision blurred. His body, already weak, couldn't handle the strain, and he collapsed

(A Little Later...)

Indra groaned as he stirred awake. His entire body felt like hell.

"Ugh... what just happened...?"

He sat up slowly, but immediately felt something wrong. His limbs were sluggish, his muscles weak. He felt drained.

No, more than that. He felt... empty.

A strange, hollow sensation sat deep in his core. He furrowed his brows and clenched his fist, trying to summon chakra.

Nothing.

"What the—?"

He tried again, focusing harder, but all he felt was a tiny flicker of chakra. It was weak. Pathetically weak.

Indra's face darkened.

"Wait a damn minute. My chakra... it's THIS low?"

He quickly pulled up the [Status] screen.

[Indra - Level 1]

Chakra Reserves: Low

Physical Strength: Below Average

Stamina: Mediocre

Intelligence: High

Affinity: Unknown

His eye twitched.

"Bro... this is worse than I thought."

Not only was he physically weak, but his chakra pool was a joke. No wonder his body almost gave out—the Six-Tails' chakra was too massive for him to handle.

But then something clicked.

If he had Saiken, then that meant—

A deep, bubbling voice echoed in his mind.

"So, you're the one who sealed me, huh?"

Indra's breath hitched. His vision shifted. Suddenly, he was no longer in his apartment. He stood in a vast, foggy space. Dark water rippled beneath his feet.

And in the distance—a massive pair of glowing eyes stared back at him.

The Six-Tails.

A smirk slowly spread across Indra's face.

"Well, well... looks like I just hit the jackpot."

...

The space around Indra was dark, endless, and filled with a thick, unnatural fog. The air was damp, carrying a faint acidic scent, like rain sizzling on stone.

He stood ankle-deep in black water, ripples forming under his feet. But what really caught his attention?

A pair of enormous, glowing blue eyes.

They blinked slowly, staring him down like prey. Then, the beast emerged.

A massive, slug-like creature, its slimy, armored body shifting through the mist. Six long tails swayed behind it, twitching slightly. Its form was grotesque yet... powerful.

Indra instinctively tensed.

"Damn. So this is the Six-Tails?"

The deep, gurgling voice rumbled through the air.

"Hmph. Another pathetic human."

Indra's eyebrow twitched.

"Wow. Didn't even say hello first. Rude."

Saiken leaned closer, its sheer size making Indra feel like an insect.

"I see what you are. Weak. Frail. A pitiful excuse for a host."

Indra folded his arms, unimpressed. "Yeah, yeah. Get it all out. You done roasting me?"

Saiken's eyes narrowed.

"You dare take this lightly?"

A pressure slammed down on Indra, making his knees buckle. The air turned thick, suffocating. His body screamed in protest, his already-low chakra draining further just from the presence of the beast.

Indra gritted his teeth.

"Shit—this thing's chakra is way too much!"

Saiken loomed over him. "You are nothing but a leech. A parasite, clinging to power you do not deserve."

Indra let out a strained breath but managed a smirk. "A parasite? Damn, you're dramatic."

Saiken's tails whipped forward, slamming into the water with a deafening crash.

BOOM!

The force sent waves rippling out, nearly knocking Indra off his feet. His muscles burned from just trying to stay standing.

Saiken's voice turned sharp. "Why should I give you even a drop of my chakra?"

Indra's smirk faltered. He clenched his fists, staring up at the beast.

"He's right. Why would he help me?"

A part of him wanted to beg—but that wasn't who he was.

He exhaled and straightened his back.

"Fine. If he wants me to prove myself, then I will."

He locked eyes with Saiken. "Because I'm not just some weak human."

Saiken scoffed. "Bold words from someone who can barely stand."

Indra smirked. "Then let's make a deal."

The beast tilted its head.

Indra took a step forward. "I don't want a free handout. I just need enough chakra to survive in this world. In return, I'll make sure you don't rot in this cage forever."

Saiken stilled.

Indra pressed on. "I know how this works. Jinchūriki and Tailed Beasts? They're treated like monsters. You don't like humans, and I don't blame you. But let's get one thing straight—"

His eyes gleamed.

"I'm not like them. And I'm not going to be some weak, disposable tool."

A heavy silence filled the space. Saiken stared at him, its eyes unreadable.

Then, a low chuckle rumbled through the air.

"Heh. Interesting."

The oppressive chakra lifted slightly.

"Fine. I will allow you... a fraction of my power."

Indra let out a breath he didn't know he was holding.

"But know this," Saiken's voice darkened. "If you prove unworthy—I will take back every drop."

Indra smirked. "Fair enough."

A surge of warm energy flooded his body. It wasn't much—just a tiny ember of chakra—but compared to the emptiness before?

It felt incredible.

Indra grinned. "Alright, slug boy. Let's see how far we can go."

Saiken just huffed. "Do not disappoint me, human."

The space around them faded to black.

...

Back in the real world...

Indra's eyes snapped open. A new warmth pulsed inside him, faint but undeniable.

His lips curled into a satisfied smirk.

"Looks like this just got a lot more interesting."
