Reincarnated as the Last Villain

Chapter 46: The Tyrant Flame

Setting: Dravon Citadel, North of the Ruined Kingdoms

Status: High alert — The Tyrant has declared war on the fractured world

The sky above Dravon never dims.Ash banners stretch across the horizon.Soldiers chant in unison:

"FOR THE FLAME.FOR THE ONE TRUE KING.FOR KAEL VALEN."

Kael arrives cloaked, his power masked.Ashendawn pulsing — low, uncertain.

Every face in this kingdom bears his likeness.Statues tower over starving villages.Temples lined with burned corpses of those who disobeyed.

He sees it now:

This is what he could've becomeif he had never said no.

The Throne Room

Inside a hall of black obsidian and molten stone,he waits.

The final fragment. The king of nothing.

Clad in dark armor lined with molten veins, crown of blades, and a throne forged from execution stakes.

He smiles.

"You're late."

Kael enters.

Silent.

Eyes locked.

The Conversation

"You think kindness saved anyone?" the Tyrant asked."I ended war. United kingdoms. Killed gods. No one cries in this world—because I burned the weak before they could feel."

Kael replied:

"You ruled through fear.I survived despite it."

The Tyrant laughed.

"No, little ember. You survived because of me.I am your spine. Your fire. Your truth.Without me, you die broken and forgotten."

The Duel Begins

Ashendawn ignites.

The Tyrant draws Sovereignflame,a dark twin of Kael's blade —forged from regret, tempered with wrath.

Flame crashes against flame.

Sky splits.

Time stutters.

Across the world, people fall to their knees, feeling the quake of two truths colliding.

Kael fights with memory. The Tyrant fights with conviction.

Every move mirrors another.

Every strike carries a choice Kael once almost made.

The Final Choice

As the battle reaches its climax,Kael pins the Tyrant —Ashendawn at his throat.

But the Tyrant laughs.

"Go on. Kill me.But you'll lose the will to lead.I am the flame that makes men follow."

Kael trembles.

He remembers:

The Mercy

The Hollow

The Beast

The Seraphic

The Mirror

The Tyrant

Each of them was him.

Each still is.

And he whispers:

"I don't want to be you…but I can't be me without you either."

Kael's Final Flame

Instead of killing him—

Kael opens his arms.

And embraces the Tyrant.

Fire erupts — not in rage, but in acceptance.

A thousand voices scream—then become one.

He offers hope.
