Reincarnated As Poseidon

Chapter 93: End Days of Olympus

The earth trembled.

Not from the wrath of Poseidon, but from something older—something the world had not felt in eons.

Far beneath Mount Tartarus, sealed away since the First War of Gods, chains groaned, ancient and rusted. The Binding was breaking. Lightning tore across the sky above Olympus, but this time it was not divine—it was primordial.

In the sky palace, the gods stood at the edge of a decision they could never take back.

Zephyros watched as the Tablet of Binding shattered in his hand. Its pieces turned to dust, carried away by the wind.

Behind him, Athena looked on, her voice grave. "It's done… They're waking."

---

Tartarus – The Depths of the World

The prison of the Titans was unlike any realm.

Dark, jagged, filled with seething energy and agony. Here, Cronion, Father of Titans, stirred for the first time in ten thousand years. His colossal eyes opened, glowing like burning coals beneath the earth.

A low, rumbling voice echoed across the void.

"They dare awaken us…"

From the shadows, other titanic forms began to rise. Hyperion, Titan of Light. Krios, of Constellations. Oceanus, of Endless Seas—who opened his eyes and felt something… wrong.

He tasted the sea's fury.

"This is not our war," Oceanus murmured. "Yet the sea calls to me."

Cronion clenched his massive fists. "The gods have no right. They betrayed us once. Now they seek our chains to fight their war?"

A pause.

"Let us see… if they remember how to beg."

---

Olympus – Desperate Council

In Olympus, tremors rocked the sky.

Nymera stumbled, catching herself on a fractured pillar. "They're rising. I can feel it."

Zephyros stood firm, though doubt shadowed his face. "They'll listen. They have to. Poseidon is a threat to all realms."

Athena shook her head. "You think Titans care about realms? They want vengeance."

Then, the sky split.

A colossal hand reached through the clouds, followed by another.

The Titans had arrived.

They towered above Olympus, casting the realm in shadow.

Cronion's voice boomed. "You summon us… as weapons? Fools."

Zephyros stepped forward. "Poseidon threatens all. We must stop him—together."

Cronion laughed, a sound that cracked mountains.

"You don't command us, sky god. You fear drowning, and now you beg the fire to save you."

---

Beneath the Sea – Poseidon Feels It

In the ocean trench, Poseidon knelt beside the Heart of the Abyss. His eyes suddenly snapped open.

He felt it.

The awakening of the Titans—especially one.

"Oceanus…" Poseidon whispered.

The ancient sea Titan had stirred. And his power… rivaled Poseidon's.

Aegirion swam close. "What is it?"

Poseidon stood, his form glowing. "Olympus has opened Tartarus. They seek to pit Titans against me."

His trident pulsed.

"Let them try."

---

Titan's Dilemma

In the sky realm, Oceanus stepped away from the others.

"The sea… it is no longer mine. I feel a will stronger than I've ever known."

Cronion scowled. "You side with the gods?"

Oceanus met his gaze. "I side with the sea."

He turned away, diving back toward the ocean.

Athena watched, hope flickering in her eyes.

"He may be our only chance."

Zephyros gritted his teeth. "Or Poseidon's greatest ally."

The ocean trembled.

Not from Poseidon's fury, but from something older, deeper—Titanic. The currents shifted as if recognizing the return of a forgotten ruler. Creatures of the deep stirred restlessly, confused between two powers that now clashed in the sea.

In the heart of the ocean, atop his throne of coral and stone, Poseidon sat. The Heart of the Abyss floated above his palm, swirling with unnatural light. He sensed the disturbance long before it arrived.

A shadow loomed on the horizon, vast and slow-moving, like a mountain walking beneath the sea.

Poseidon rose, eyes narrowed.

"He comes."

---

Oceanus Approaches

From the trench's edge, Oceanus emerged. The Titan of Endless Seas was colossal, his form half-wave, half-stone, crowned by coral and kelp. His eyes glowed like twin lanterns in a storm.

The sea parted as he moved, not from force—but respect. The waters remembered him.

Poseidon stepped forward, no fear in his gaze.

"Titan," he greeted.

Oceanus's voice was deep and distant. "So, you are the storm that shakes Olympus. You've taken my place."

"I claimed what the gods abandoned," Poseidon replied, calm but firm. "The sea needed a king. I answered."

Oceanus studied him. "You are no mere god. I feel… something else. A darkness. A sorrow. Who are you?"

Poseidon clenched his fist, the Heart pulsing.

"I was mortal. Then I died. Now I am the sea. Dominic is gone. Poseidon remains."

---

Tide and Titan

Oceanus's eyes narrowed. "You wield power you don't fully understand. The Heart of the Abyss—it consumes."

Poseidon smiled coldly. "I don't fear it. I command it."

Oceanus raised a massive hand, summoning a whirlpool around them. "Then prove it."

Poseidon responded in kind—trident raised, the sea obeyed.

They clashed.

---

Battle Beneath the Waves

Waves surged, trenches cracked, and the ocean itself roared. Poseidon moved like a force of nature, swift and precise. Oceanus countered with overwhelming might, his strikes like falling mountains.

Aegirion and others watched from afar, helpless to intervene.

The two powers were evenly matched—old and new, Titan and God.

Finally, Poseidon landed a blow, forcing Oceanus back.

Oceanus paused, breathing heavily.

"You are strong. Perhaps… too strong."

Poseidon lowered his trident. "Will you fight me to death?"

Oceanus shook his head. "No. I will not fight the sea. But I will not serve you either."

He turned away.

"Warn Olympus. Their storm has come."

The skies over Olympus burned with stormlight.

Dark clouds loomed above the golden palace, twisting unnaturally, defying even Zephyros's command. The wind carried a scent of brine and dread, and thunder rolled — not from the heavens, but from the sea below.

In the High Council Chamber, the gods gathered again — fewer now, wounded, weary.

Athena stood by the celestial window, watching the storm grow.

"He didn't stop him," she whispered.

Zephyros clenched his jaw. "I know."

Nymera emerged from the shadows, her voice low and cutting. "Oceanus fought. Poseidon endured. The Titan chose exile… not loyalty."

Silence followed.

---

Despair and Decision

Eshkar slammed his fist into the marble floor. "What now? The Titans are useless. The sea belongs to him. The mortals fear him. Even the gods... fear him."

Zephyros turned, eyes blazing. "Then we do what we've always done. We fight."

Athena faced him, calm but fierce. "This is no longer a battle for dominion. Poseidon seeks to rewrite the sea, and with it, the world. We must protect what remains."

Nymera stepped forward. "He has the Heart of the Abyss. If we can sever him from it…"

Zephyros nodded. "A direct strike. To the Heart."

Athena added, "But who can reach him now?"

---

Poseidon's March

Far below, in the deepest trench, Poseidon stood before his gathered army — leviathans, deep-sea serpents, ancient krakens, and monstrous war-beasts. Above them, the currents churned unnaturally.

Aegirion stood beside him, uneasy.

"You're marching on Olympus?"

Poseidon's eyes glowed. "No. I am bringing Olympus… to the sea."

With a gesture, he summoned a rising tide — a force that began to lift entire sections of the sea into the sky.

Aegirion whispered, "He's flooding the heavens…"

---

Olympus Prepares

Back in Olympus, tremors shook the palace. Water seeped through divine walls.

Athena drew her blade. "He's coming."

Zephyros raised his lightning staff. "Let him come."

Nymera vanished into shadow.

Outside, the gods took positions.

Above, the skies cracked.

And from the sea… the tide rose.

The skies wept.

But it was no rain.

It was the ocean—rising, roaring, unstoppable.

From the heart of the storm, the Tide of Poseidon surged upward, a massive wall of water that defied gravity, swallowing clouds and thunder alike. Fish swam in the heavens. Leviathans breached skyward, their roars shaking the firmament.

Olympus trembled.

Zephyros stood at the edge of the Sky Wall, eyes wide.

"He's doing it… He's sinking Olympus."

---

The Flood Begins

The waters crashed against the gates of Olympus, shattering barriers that had stood for millennia. Divine soldiers were swept away, their cries lost in the roar. Temples crumbled. Statues of forgotten heroes toppled.

Athena, blade in hand, fought through the torrents, slicing through water-born beasts that surged ahead of the tide.

"This isn't just water," she shouted. "It's alive!"

Zephyros unleashed a storm of lightning, trying to part the waves.

"Hold the line!"

But it was no line to hold.

The sea was everywhere.

---

Poseidon's Arrival

From within the storm, Poseidon emerged.

Clad in tidal armor, eyes glowing with abyssal power, he walked upon the flood as if it were land. Behind him, Aegirion followed, reluctant, his gaze flickering with guilt.

Poseidon raised his trident.

The waters rose higher.

"Olympus," he said, voice echoing through the storm, "you ruled long enough."

A colossal serpent surged past him, slamming into the Sky Temple.

---

Desperate Stand

Inside the shattered halls, Athena regrouped with Zephyros and Nymera.

"He's here," Athena gasped, soaked, wounded.

Zephyros gritted his teeth. "Then we end this. Now."

Nymera stepped forward, shadow spreading. "I can reach the Heart."

Athena nodded. "Go. We'll hold him."

Outside, Poseidon approached.

Zephyros hurled lightning.

Poseidon caught it.

With a flick, he hurled it back, striking Zephyros to the ground.

Athena lunged, blade clashing with trident.

The sky burned.

The sea roared.

And Olympus…

sank.
