"What kind of expression is that?!" the giant beast phantom roared.

"As the inheritor of 'Zhou,' you're not allowed to show that face! We of the Heavenly Beast God lineage only fight ever forward!" 

"My death happened in the last reincarnation era. Now I'm merely fulfilling my final wish. If I'm happy, what are you sad about?!"

The beast phantom's voice boomed like thunder.

"Enough! The next step is the last one!" 

Its entire form erupted with endless crimson and white light, divine power surging forth like a galaxy cascading down the Orion Arm.

"Prepare yourself!"

"To ensure that the strong beings of this reincarnation era don't notice anything unusual, I will burn my divine power to transfer the Time Fortress into your internal world and disrupt the time-space here!"

In the next moment, the beast phantom suddenly solidified. Its Master of Laws-level divine power enveloped Lyon completely.

It felt as though an eternity had passed, yet it also seemed like it was over in an instant.

When Lyon opened his eyes again, he was already back outside the moon.

The surroundings were empty and silent, but when he turned around, he could see thousands of human spaceships heading toward the moon.

It seemed as though time had rewound to the exact moment Lyon had first arrived at the moon.

If not for the towering fortress now standing in his internal world, and the newfound knowledge in his mind, Lyon might have dismissed everything as just a fleeting dream.

"Time acceleration, observing the flow of chess pieces... So this is the technique of a Master of Laws," Lyon muttered as he gazed deeply at the moon, preparing to return to the base where Hong and Radium God were.

Suddenly, a vast ripple of energy descended upon him.

The will of the universe actively reached out to him: [You still have three days.]

Lyon paused, surprised. "Three days? That's more than enough... Actually, it's not enough. You've given me such an incredible inheritance, and now you're leaving me with three extra days? How considerate can you be?"

Patting his chest, he added, "Brother Will, no need for thanks. Rest assured, once I've reached the level of a True God, I'll immediately come back to help you deal with the World Beast crisis!"

[World Beast crisis... World Beast!?] The will of the universe froze upon hearing this unfamiliar term, suddenly exuding emotions like a cat whose fur had been ruffled.

At its center lay a colossal spiral black hole.

Each of the eight arms also hosted a smaller black hole, complementing the grand structure.

At a certain moment, Lyon suddenly opened his eyes. "The energy is sufficient. The galaxy collapse begins—time to break through!"

With a single thought, he directed all the surrounding energy into his core.

Instantly, the enormous galaxy within him began to expand with a thunderous rumble.

The gravitational pull of the nine black holes surged simultaneously.

First, the black holes on the galaxy's arms devoured the arms entirely.

Then, the central black hole absorbed all the smaller black holes, merging them into one.

The vast, radiant galaxy disappeared entirely.

Only a solitary black hole remained within his core, drawing in all the external energy flooding toward it.

It continued to expand, growing larger and larger.

When it reached a critical limit, Lyon's expression became serious. He controlled the entire black hole to collapse instantly, forcing all matter to implode toward the center.

Slowly, a gray sphere appeared within his core.

It was a unique singularity.

If Lyon were an ordinary human, his breakthrough would have concluded here. 

When breaking through to the World Lord level, he would simply need to shatter the gray sphere, creating an internal universe in a process akin to a Big Bang, marking the completion of his evolution.

But Lyon was a special lifeform, one who already possessed an internal universe.

Thus, after the gray sphere formed, it began to expand, gradually overlapping with his core until the two merged completely.

Only then was Lyon's breakthrough truly complete. 

He had crossed the threshold into the Domain Lord level. 

Yet, this was still not the endpoint of his transformation. 

The newly generated genetic energy began to nourish and strengthen him in return. 

Every drop of his blood, every cell, and every bone in his body underwent fundamental structural changes. 

A layer of golden patterns emerged on his skin—law engravings etched directly into his body. 

His already perfect physique received another round of comprehensive optimization.

The most noticeable change was the increase in his rate of improvement—now faster than ever. 

Even though the energy required for further breakthroughs at the Domain Lord level increased exponentially, Lyon's newly optimized genes and body ensured that his progression speed wouldn't slow down significantly.

"So this is the Domain Lord level—absolutely incredible," Lyon murmured as he floated in the void, feeling the immense power within himself.

For an ordinary Domain Lord at the first stage, the base strength was about 2 trillion tons.

However, Lyon's genetic multiplier had reached 200x, giving him a base strength of 400 trillion tons.

With his 15x force-amplification technique, his total strength could reach a staggering 6 quadrillion tons.

This was already comparable to, if not stronger than, a standard World Lord.

And when factoring in his near-light-speed velocity enhanced by his mastery of the laws, the notion of him punching a planet to pieces was no longer a mere exaggeration.

"It's time to leave," Lyon said, glancing back before flying toward the moon.

Before departing, there were still a few final matters he needed to take care of.
