Refining the Dao into Godhood: A Tale of the Jie Sect

The Upper Pure Lineage, however, is diverse; one sword breaks ten thousand laws, one array plays heaven and earth, one talisman transforms myriad forms, Tongtian Sect Master does not limit his disciples' paths.

Thus, among the four direct disciples of Jie Sect, none specializes in Sword Dao and Array Dao, it is because of Tongtian Sect Master's principle of "teaching without discrimination" that there is no purging within the sect.

Initially, he practiced the Inner Core Technique of the Taiching lineage; later as a disciple of Tongtian Sect Master, he learned many methods from the Upper Pure Lineage. When Yuanshi Tianzun taught, he also comprehended the Immortal Law of the Yuqing Lineage.

Golden Immortals have infinite lifespan, as long as external calamities are avoided, there's no worry about lifespan dwindling; he has enough time to explore the most suitable Great Dao for himself within the three lineages, and to attain enlightenment to Daluo with it.

Before reaching Daluo, there is still a path to follow, but after reaching Daluo, even the Saints can only explain the Great Dao Laws, and it's up to oneself to realize them!

Thus, both Yuanshi Tianzun and Tongtian Sect Master intend for their disciples to comprehend more methods, to lay a solid foundation for their eventual advance to Daluo.

"It should be here now!"

After spending nearly a hundred years journeying, Xuanqing finally arrived at his destination.

Along the way, he stopped intermittently, admiring the grandeur of the Primordial World while meditating and cultivating; he did not spend all his time traveling.

In fact, this was his first time descending the mountain. Even the path to Zhongnan Mountain was explained by Zhao Gongming, who as the chief external disciple of Jie Sect, brings skills to his teacher. He being of Qingfeng Transformation, had passed through Zhongnan Mountain during his journey to Kunlun to become a disciple and had briefly stayed there.

Xuanqing, when free, also likes to exchange with him to learn about the curious tales of Primordial, or listen to his experiences traveling in Primordial.

"Who goes there?"

In Zhongnan Mountain there is Cave Heaven Blessed Land, although it has not yet been discovered by anyone, there are still many creatures entrenched here, most with not high cultivation.
