Chapter 350: One Day Left
Having just found an amazing new toy, Cero and Raya spent all day playing with it(and each other).
While the two had previously thought that the day would also include talking about some serious issues, the effects of Cero's Skill Share ability, Yuri Ivanova, and Cero's going to Jin, the day ended up consisting of nothing but pure, unadulterated pleasure.
Raya passed out many times, and, without fail, begged for more every time that she came to.
Cero felt the need to start refusing her at one point, as she did start looking like a junkie begging for the next fix.
Eventually, she did shake it off and asked him not to use it on Rina in that way.
The two ended up sleeping in the secret underground laboratory, as Raya and Rina were roommates.
Cero would have liked to see where she lived, but she couldn't have him around Rina, to whom he would look like a zip lock bag filled with the purest, most potent, illicit powdery substance.
Plus, as much as she trusted Cero, she did believe that, at some point, he would end up bending and supplying Rina.
It was only when they woke up in the morning that the two talked about more important things… Though it could be argued that there isn't much that is more important than pleasing one's spouse.
Raya tasked Cero with bringing her a sample of blood, taken from a person originating from Jin. The reason why? Raya wasn't inclined to share.
The two kissed and hugged for a while, as Raya explained that she wouldn't be attending the Banquet.
"I don't feel like kissing the asses of those rich peeps or those of their politicians. If we're leaving Wor some time after you're back from Jin, I'd rather they just forget about me starting now. I do have some obligations to the government, though… Anything else, they can go fuck themselves." Was her reasoning.

Shortly after leaving Raya, Cero's bracelet started beeping.
With two days left before the Banquet, after which he and Roka would leave Wor,
"Uwoooo…!" Lith exclaimed as the two walked through a vast, dimly lit corridor, the walls and ceiling of which were made entirely of thick curved glass.
"I know, right?"
Once Cero and Rea decided not to stay outside much longer, Rea mentioned that Lith would probably enjoy this more
She was proven right.
"Uwo!" Lith exclaimed as she tapped Cero's arms over and over again, excited by the show of neon lights coursing through the water while strange underwater creatures slithered and swayed.
'Wonder if I could eat some of these.' Cero thought to himself once they passed a square-shaped creature not much bigger than a hand that could perfectly blend in with its environment. 'Could probably help my Invisibility level up.' He nodded to himself.
Cero ended up asking one of the guides where such creatures could be found and purchased. Despite Cero explaining that he was building an aquarium in his living room, the guide only showed concern and suspicion.
Lith laughed out loud, tapping Cero's arm and pointing as she noticed a strange blocky shrimp-like creature that was having trouble swimming. Its body was covered by a tough and heavy shell, visually similar to those found on Graniliths… Or on Cero.
While the aquarium date had previously been planned for Lith's enjoyment, it quickly became something else entirely.
Whenever Lith noticed something weird or exciting, she would run to Cero and show it to him.
In response, he would take his phone out and snap a picture of it.
-Hey. Think you can get me some of these? I can pay- Was the message sent alongside the pictures.

"Seriously?" Kris muttered with a confused frown. "Well, I guess I can try…" He shrugged. A couple of steps later, "Mom, do you think we can…"

After the aquarium date, the two had an early lunch at a very expensive and prestigious restaurant.
Upon leaving, both were banned from that restaurant, having followed none of the rules and etiquette explicitly agreed upon in Wor society.
Having had a bit too much to drink, Lith's hand had slipped, causing her empty glass to fall and break into a hundred pieces.
The lost glass was promptly replaced.
With a raised eyebrow, she turned towards her mate.
His lips curled upwards, understanding her immediately.
Cero sneakily let his empty glass fall to the ground, which made Lith chuckle.
More than thirty glasses were broken by the two, having noticed that it took less time for a broken glass to be replaced than it took for an empty glass to be refilled.

Walking outside, the aquarium, and the restaurant… All of these were nice.
Nice foreplay, in Lith's mind.
She gave her mate that look a dozen times, and he gave it to her a dozen times more.
Still, the two did their best to be as civilized as possible.
It was only once they were back inside the spaceship that they tore each other's clothes off and fucked like animals for hours straight.
Whenever Lith was satisfied and too tired to continue, Cero would mention the fact that he was leaving.
Every time, her lips promptly moved to meet his, cutting his words short and surprising him with her endurance.
Lith understood perfectly, and didn't mind one bit.
It was necessary for her mate to be away from time to time. Plus, it's not like he was leaving with his other women, so it was perfectly fine.
The only way for this separation not to be worth it, in Lith's mind, was if Roka didn't make anything happen.
The next day, a military helicopter landed right where Cero and his wife had agreed to meet.
She hopped off, wearing a sundress and carrying a picnic basket.
Her hair fluttered as the helicopter took off.
"Hey." She smiled, sliding her dark sunglasses onto the top of her head.
Cero couldn't help but take his phone out to snap a picture of Liz.
"Another fan, huh?" She chuckled while striking a pose. "Sure."
Snap- Snap-
Only one day left on Wor.
