Rebirth in Journey to the West: Sun Wukong

"Boss, be careful, this monster is very powerful!"

The Six-Eared Macaque steadied itself, and its gaze towards the Devouring Demonic Beast no longer held any contempt. Although its earlier strike wasn't at full strength, the attack under the Divine Power Dharma Aspect Heaven and Earth was already stronger than usual. Yet, it was scattered by the Devouring Demonic Beast with just a breath. Its strength is indeed astonishing and should not be underestimated!

"Let's start with probing attacks, everyone be careful!"

Sun Wukong's pupils slightly contracted. Just as the Devouring Demonic Beast burped, he noticed a flow of energy within it—this Devouring Demonic Beast actually has the cultivation of the Domain Saint Realm!

Sun Wukong shouted loudly, and the External Incarnation retreated first.

Hong Jun Daoist Ancestor and others furrowed their brows and also retreated, realizing ordinary attacks couldn't do anything to the Devouring Demonic Beast. Using overly powerful ultimate moves might be serious if they ended up being absorbed and rebounded!

"Wukong, did you find any weaknesses in this guy?"

Hong Jun Daoist Ancestor flew back to Sun Wukong's side, standing on the Creation Mutual Heart Lotus with the Creation Jade Disc spinning around him.

Sun Wukong shook his head with a frown, realizing the Devouring Demonic Beast's massive body was more than it seemed, granting it formidable defensive capabilities, allowing it time and opportunity to absorb all destructive power hitting it.

For now, the Void-Breaking Moon Eyes have not found a way to take down the Devouring Demonic Beast quickly. In the absence of a better method, retreat is necessary. Since the Grand Sonic only required defeating the Devouring Demonic Beast, not when to do so, delaying and looking for a weakness is the true way to win. Recklessness won't work!

Even Sun Wukong hadn't found a weakness, so others couldn't either. Hong Jun Daoist Ancestor and the others looked at each other, sighed, and retreated. Sun Wukong did the same, retrieving the External Incarnation.

As everyone retreated, the Devouring Demonic Beast let out a roar that shook the world. Sun Wukong and the others were on high alert, Primordial Force surging, preparing for the Devouring Demonic Beast's attack. Yet it only roared without any further action.

"What's going on? Why isn't this guy attacking?"

The Six-Eared Macaque looked puzzled, readying for an attack from the Devouring Demonic Beast, but it didn't make a move.

"No, it's not that this guy isn't attacking, he's just too slow!"

The Leader of Tongtian suddenly pointed at the Devouring Demonic Beast's hind legs and shouted. Everyone looked over to see that its rabbit-like hind legs were indeed moving, pushing its body forward incredibly slowly, almost slower than a tortoise!

It seems that though its massive body gave it formidable, near-impenetrable defense, it also slowed its speed. Those rabbit-like hind legs lack the power to jump around like a rabbit.

With such slow movement, unless they run into it, the Devouring Demonic Beast's attacks wouldn't hit them!

"This beast's attacks are indeed slow, but to pass this fourth stage, we need to defeat it!"

The Grand Supreme Elderly Lord's words made the smiles on everyone's faces vanish instantly. Indeed, what does the Devouring Demonic Beast's speed matter? To pass the fourth stage, they're required to defeat it. Its formidable, terrifying defense is the biggest obstacle!

Without defeating the Devouring Demonic Beast, they can't pass this fourth stage's test. Are they to remain stuck here?

With a grunt, the Six-Eared Macaque rushed at the Devouring Demonic Beast again, wielding the Wishful Iron Staff, applying the Frenzied Monkey Stick Technique learned from Sun Wukong, targeting every possible weak spot.
