Rebirth in Journey to the West: Sun Wukong

"So many people, could all of them be here for me, old Sun?"

As soon as Sun Wukong appeared at the edge of the Xuansha Sea, he caught the attention of spies from various major powers. His portrait had long been circulated throughout the Yuan Realm, and every spy from the major powers had a copy.

The spies from the major powers quickly spread the news that Sun Wukong had appeared at the edge of the Xuansha Sea.

"Alright, old Sun won't beat around the bush with you. Quickly tell me, where are Hong Jun Daoist Ancestor and the others?"

Sun Wukong asked, his smile fading.

"Ho- Hong Jun Daoist Ancestor?"

The two spies from the Heavenly Dao Sect were startled. Was this all Sun Wukong wanted to know?

"In the Tianlan Mountain Range, Hong Jun Daoist Ancestor and the Demon Court are all there!"

One of the spies from the Heavenly Dao Sect regained composure first and quickly replied.

"Tianlan Mountain Range? Demon Court?"

Sun Wukong squinted slightly. "What Demon Court?"

"You, you don't know? It's the faction established in your name, very strong!"

The other spy from the Heavenly Dao Sect also seemed to realize, reporting honestly to Sun Wukong.

"Demon Court, Demon Court..." After muttering the words twice, Sun Wukong laughed, "It should be the abbreviation of the Demon Clan's Heavenly Court, right? Daoist Ancestor and the others really know how to name things!"

With Sun Wukong's intelligence, he understood instantly, giving the two spies from the Heavenly Dao Sect a smile. His flying speed far surpassed that of the Three Realms, and even though the Yuan Realm was tens of thousands of times larger than the Three Realms, Sun Wukong took only two days to reach the Tianlan Mountain Range.

"What a dangerous place!"

Hovering mid-air in front of the Tianlan Mountain Range, Sun Wukong's eyes glowed with a golden sheen as he looked over the entire mountain range, nodding non-stop!

No need to think; this sect's base must have been chosen by Hong Jun Daoist Ancestor!

When choosing sect locations, the major powers in the Yuan Realm would always pick spots with an abundance of Cave Heaven and Blessed Land and rich Heaven and Earth Primordial Qi. There was no other reason but for the long-term development of their sects.

To expand a sect, sufficient resources are necessary. The abundant Heaven and Earth Primordial Qi are the most basic and vital resources. Yet, the Tianlan Mountain Range was such a dangerous place that no one was interested. But Hong Jun Daoist Ancestor and the others chose it as the base for the Demon Court's sect.

Others might not understand, but Sun Wukong realized this at first glance!

The Demon Court differs from other sects; they don't need to recruit Yuan Realm's experts by using fine resources. Before Sun Wukong returned from the Heavenly Que Realm, the Demon Court just needed to establish and guard their sect base in the Tianlan Mountain Range, perfectly fine without expanding!

Hong Jun Daoist Ancestor and the others had already set the tone when establishing the Demon Court: Before it fully developed into the Demon Clan's Heavenly Court, the Demon Court would not recruit disciples from the Yuan Realm. Just these veterans guarding the sect base were enough, no need for expansion, only solid defense.

They would guard until Sun Wukong returned. Once he did, he could create a passage between the Yuan Realm and the Three Realms within the Tianlan Mountain Range using the Boundary-breaking Orb. Then the experts of the Three Realms' Demon Clan's Heavenly Court with Quasi-Saint Cultivation could naturally come to the Yuan Realm, with a continuous influx as the best personnel supply!

Belonging to the Demon Clan's Heavenly Court of the Three Realms, inside knowledge and familiarity, all were family. Upon arriving in the Yuan Realm, they could be fully cultivated without worrying about loyalty and being infiltrated by spies from major powers. This aspect was the Demon Court's absolute advantage, something other forces couldn't match!
