Chapter 503: Next As Outlaws
After counting the Tier-3 Urtula crystals, Levi laughed loudly.
Almond smiled and said. "We got enough to maintain Spirit Voiderran Realm for a year."
"Make it nine months," Levi said as she waved her hand and made a small chunk of crystal disappear. "I'll sell these so we can have some balance. I'll take 10% of it for the service, so you don't get penalized for getting my help."
"Alright."
"How much will we get from that chunk?" Big D curiously asked.
"We'll get roughly 230k Tier-3 Grim Coins, which are equivalent to 2.3 million Tier-2 Grim Coins, and 23 million Tier-1 Grim Coins."
This was something only Levi could do. Selling these crystals here in this city would be stupid, so Levi would have to go to another place and sell them there.
"So it doesn't cost much to maintain Spirit Voiderran Realm in a sense," Kexell said while grinning. "Now that we are Grim Outlaws, what are we doing next?"
"We do need to act according to our position," Silvester picked his nose as he said. "Let's kill some loaded pieces of trash and loot them."
"We'll lay low," Admiral Rudra said.
"That's right. Lie low for a few days and just take up different work. This city is important for your pogression because it's going to get give us much opportunities. You have to hide as Grim Residents here while being Grim Outlaws."
After saying that, Levi's figure was wrapped in a translucent cloak of pitch black darkness. "I'll return after one day. Take care and don't die."
…
As expected. The investigation of the cavern soon detected that 17 storage compounds had been stolen.
Further investigation was being held, and all people working were called once.
"These people…" One of the rat beastfolk with a muscled and stout body narrowed his eyes as he looked at the Regalons.
Thousands of people were gathered in an open wide area. Observing them were over a hundred powerhouses, a mix of beastfolks, elves, and humans, with a small percentage of people consisting of tens of different races.
More and more people were coming to this city. They were the ones who desired to side with the city.
Of course, it was not without benefits.
This Lokamnya City was the most properous in terms of resources, and their control over this vast forest meant they had a ton of fortune laying around.
It was a thriving power.
So those who met requirements and passed the judgeemnt tree could enter.
Many were also saying that another big power would support this city and maintain its property. Tier-5 resource growing there was a fortune for the entire region because just its proper birth would attract a Grim Event, as well as its birth energy would enrich the entire region.
It was a blessing for this Tier-3 mini-world's region, as the ceiling of this world was up to Tier-3 in terms of resources.
Basically, the majority of resources were up to Tier-3, but there were special areas that could grow powerful resources.
If they grew successfully, it would enrich the world and make a bit of progress towards the next Tier.
That was how the worlds upgraded their Tiers. It takes a massive amount of time.
"So you ascended from a tier-5 cosmoverse."
Almond and others were called and now faced a female elf Grim Adventurer who was sitting on a chair before them in the large camp near the ground.
The number of elves was also higher in the ranks of the republic officials. They were just a bit lower than Beastfolks.
The natural and racial interests of elves and beastfolk matched more, so they were usually allies, depending on the territory.
This forest was something that could become a perfect habitate for both elves and beastfolks, so elves and beastfolks from different part of this Tier-3 world and outside were floaking to this place more.
Regalons were a new entry in the city alongside many others. All of the new groups were called in one by one.
Naturally, everyone was severely scanned and inspected by multiple techniques and moves to trace everyone's auras.
Unfortunately for them, Voiderran had completely erased everything. There was no trace of Regalons' powers exposed anywhere in the mine.
After getting freed from the investigation, Regalons went to take another job and honestly did it.
A day passed by as they lived normally. They gathered information because there were multiple news outlets that printed stuff about stuff happening around this Tier-3 world.
Levi returned with the Tier-3 Grim Coins.
"We have already decided what to do next as Outlaws."
Everyone sat in the courtyard's garden for the meeting about their next move.
"Tomorrow, we'll go to work as usual. In the evening, we'll depart." Lily sharply smiled. "To the Celkrom Kingdom."
Levi blinked. "What's the plan?"
"Celkrom kingdom is an ally of the Republic of Beastfolk Union, a weaker ally who has been supported by Lokamanya city and has grown." Admiral Rudra crossed his arms. "It's past the northern mountains, so people of Lokamanya city can cross the mountains because beasts won't attack them. We can go there easily, too. As for the plan, that kingdom is in trouble. The royal family is on the path of self-destruction. Troubles are increasing, and the people in many areas of the kingdom are trying to escape."
Levi chuckled. "I see. That's perfect for you, wolves in the sheep's clothing, to get your first kills and access to the Grim Arcade."
"Another thing is that we can gain influence there." Almond tapped his fingers on the armrest while faintly smiling. "Since we have to keep ourselves hidden, we can put up puppets to do work for us. If we can stabilize the kingdom by supporting the rebel force there, which I know we can, we'll have efficient progression following that."
Levi nodded. "This is good. Since you've made your plan, I'll also tell you something. This city is getting rotten from the core. The newly elected leader of this republican city is a predator. He got rid of the founding family quietly two hundred years ago after gaining their trust."
Everyone was startled.
"So the Silvarun family…" Lily narrowed her eyes.
"They are still alive," Levi said, her eyes cold. "It's because my master made it such that the mother tree can only be controlled by the energy of the Silvarun family's people. So they are being held somewhere, getting their energy drained daily to use functions of the mother tree of this forest."
Everyone looked in the northwest direction. The city's center, where the most massive and tallest tree of this forest was situated.
"So while you go do your outlaw things, I'll find them." Levi suddenly smiled and added. "I'll leave helping them to you. If you help others, especially if it's a difficult mission, you'll gain more experience."
"That sounds like a good mission." Admiral Rudra nodded. "As Outlaws, we just need to break rules and laws. We don't necessarily need to be evil."
"There will be many nasty criminals who have given in to their evil desires amidst chaos in that kingdom." Silvester sharply grinned, his eyes reflecting blades. "It will be fun to slaughter them."
"I want to go right now, but I guess we'll have to play good citizens for one more day." Julian wryly smiled.
"Yeah, let's call it a day and get rest. Tomorrow, we work till five in the afternoon, and then we depart."
