Rabbit Goddess: REVAMPED

Recruitment Drive (IV) [BLEACH UNIVERSE]

Kaguya entered Las Noches followed by Nelliel and her Fraccion while Zetsu decided to head ahead but he was asked to keep his distance from an Espada. While Zetsu was much stronger than he was back during the 4th Shinobi War, it did not mean that he could face Espadas. After all, Zetsu was not a combatant, he was just a spy. He might be able to turn into a powerhouse eventually, but he wasn’t there yet.

For the next few minutes they did not come across anyone, and considering how big this place was, it was understandable. Kaguya still couldn’t understand why Baraggan constructed such a huge castle in the first place. It was highly impractical… Maybe, he was compensating for something or maybe, he simply needed to stroke his ego.

According to Nelliel, there were only 53 Arranacars when Nelliel was still an Espada and Nelliel believed that the number might have increased by now considering whenever Aizen was here, he would make new Arrancars. However, she believed that the number still shouldn’t exceed a hundred. Kaguya agreed with her on that, considering she possessed the memories of Aizen.

Aizen simply wanted some pawns and some test subjects to further his own research. It would have been a waste of time to make too many Arrancars and any Hollows beneath Adhujas were simply too weak to handle the change and the surge of power… It simply wouldn’t have been worth all the trouble, especially when Aizen wasn’t planning to keep them.

“We have company” Nelliel announced and moments later, Rudbornn Chelute stepped out of the corner with his Exequias. Kaguya had already seen him coming, but Kaguya didn’t even consider him to be a threat.

“Nelliel-sama, you have returned” Rudbornn said as he finally came to a stop. “And you brought guests” He added after a moment when he glanced at Kaguya. Rudbornn already knew Pesche and Dondochakka since they were part of the Arrancar army before they were attacked by Nnoitra and Szayel Aporro.

“Yes-“ Nelliel wanted to avoid a conflict as Rudbornn was a troublesome opponent. It wasn’t like she feared him or anything, but his Resurreccion was quite annoying to deal with. They could simply brute power their way through him, but Nelliel wanted to spare any unnecessary loss of lives. She might be willing to kill her enemies now, but Rudbornn was not her enemy.

Unfortunately for her, Kaguya had other plans. If she wanted she could have directly Portaled into the throne room, but she wanted the Arrancars to come to her. Defeating all of the Espadas at once would have been more impactful, but the problem was that the Arrancars were not in one place. They were spread throughout Las Noches and with how big the whole place was, Kaguya suspected that they wouldn’t even hear anything if a fight broke out.

She could have simply walked in with her Reiatsu unrestrained… A stunt like that would have drawn the attention of all the Arrancars. However, that could have also scared off some of the Arrancars and they would have run. Kaguya wasn’t willing to waste her time looking for Arrancars, nor was she willing to order Zetsu to look for them. She wanted to deal with them in one fell swoop.

That is why, instead of wasting her time, Kaguya simply pulled out her Asauchi and disappeared from her spot. Neither Rudbornn nor Nelliel realized what was happening until it was too late… A diagonal cut appeared on Rudbornn and blood burst out from his wound while the Calaveras standing behind him were split in half horizontally.

At first, Rudbornn simply looked confused when he saw the blood… After all, he just saw her pull out her Zanpaktou and the next moment he knew, he was bleeding like a fountain. He gasped in pain and spat out some blood before he slumped down on the floor.

“Why did you do that?!” Nelliel asked in horror. Pesche and Dondochakka were also scared at the display but for very different reasons. While Nelliel was worried for Rudbornn, Pesche and Dondochakka were worried about themselves. After all, they had heard her say that the Arrancars would either join her or they would die.

“I didn’t want to waste too much time” Kaguya answered before resheathing her Zanpaktou. From what she had seen in Aizen’s memories, to manifest a Zanpaktou spirit a Soul Reaper needed to not only spend all of his time nurturing the Asauchi, but they also needed to use it in combat. While Asauchi was just a normal Katana with the potential to become much more, it was still an extremely dangerous weapon in the hands of someone who knew how to correctly channel their Reiatsu.

“Sage Art: Wood Clone Jutsu” Kaguya mumbled, ignoring the constipated look on Nelliel’s face. Ten Wood Clones appeared around Kaguya. “You know what to do” Kaguya said and all the Clones nodded their heads in acknowledgement. To be honest, Kaguya did not want to use her Clones for this, but after realizing just how easy it was to deal with Rudbornn and the Calaveras, she decided that her personal touch was not needed to clean the house.

It was true that Rudbornn was only ranked 61 and he was not even close to anything the stronger Espadas could offer, but even all the Arrancars combined would have died against Yamamoto without doing any significant damage and she had defeated the old man. Kaguya was no longer the same woman she was when she defeated the old man. She was much stronger now. Even her Reiatsu was way stronger and sharper than before.

The Clones opened Portals and disappeared… She wanted the Arrancars to come to her, but well, plans change…

Spoiler

“Do not worry, he is not dead. I was careful” Kaguya said when she noticed that Nelliel was still agonizing over what she did to Rudbornn. Maybe, she shouldn’t have recruited Nelliel… The former Tres Espada was a naïve goody two shoes… Well, there was no pill for regrets. She would just have to deal with it and if Nelliel annoyed her too much then she could always kill her.

“That is not the point” Nelliel scowled while glaring at her. “I could have convinced him to let us pass or you could have at least tried to talk with him” Nelliel growled after a moment, feeling both angry and frustrated.

“I am not Aizen. They need to know just how determined and powerful I am. From what I have seen, Hollows respect power more than anything else. They would join me if not willingly then grudgingly just because I am stronger than them” Kaguya explained indifferently before opening a Portal leading to the throne room. Nelliel opened her mouth to say something in protest before closing it reluctantly.

Nelliel didn’t have anything to say since whatever Kaguya said was completely true… Hueco Mundo was a dog-eat-dog world. If you are strong then you are allowed to do whatever you want… That was exactly what Baraggan had been doing before Aizen came knocking. Baraggan had been ruling Hueco Mundo with an iron fist just because he could and he was an egomaniac.

Nelliel gave Rudbornn a last look before entering the Portal followed by Pesche and Dondochakka…

~~1st Clone~~

Yammy Llargo was lying under the fake sun of Las Noches feeling angry, frustrated, and bored. Aizen-sama was supposed to arrive almost a month ago… They have been waiting for his signal to activate the Negacion, but the signal never arrived and since then there has been no contact from Aizen-sama, Gin-sama, or Tosen-sama. Yammy hated this development.

Aizen-sama had ordered them to stay put until further orders and he hated sitting around and doing nothing. Yes, he could increase his power by simply eating, lazing around and simply doing nothing, but his patience had limits. After all, there was only a certain amount of power he could store in his reserves… While he would like the others to believe that he could keep growing stronger without a limit, in reality, he did have an upper limit to the amount of power he could gain.

Now that he had reached his upper limit, he was starting to get bored… He desperately wanted to go out there and do something. He wanted to go to the human world and flex his power, eat some Souls and whatnot, but he knew that he would be punished if he disregarded Aizen-sama’s order. The busy-body Ulquiorra would most definitely snitch on him.

Yammy snorted unhappily… He would have liked it if he could at least bully some of the weaker Espadas or Arrancars, but once again, Ulquiorra would come to interfere. If there was anyone he feared besides Aizen-sama and his lieutenants, then it was Ulquiorra. Yammy was the Cero Espada, the strongest Espada among the bunch, but there was something about Ulquiorra that always unnerved him.

Yes, if he released his Zanpaktou then maybe he could beat Ulquiorra, but he was forbidden to release his Zanpaktou inside Las Noches and Aizen-sama wasn’t going to be happy if he attacked Ulquiorra after releasing his Zanpaktou… However, no matter how much he disliked Ulquiorra, he liked him even more. He considered the Cuatro Espada a comrade and a part of him even thought of him as a friend.

Yammy was broken out of his internal grumbling when a Portal appeared in front of him and a weird-looking woman with horns stepped out of the Portal. At first, he had mistaken her for an Arrancar, but he quickly realized that the woman felt nothing like a Hollow or an Arrancar. The woman stared at him with her weird eyes and Yammy immediately felt his temper flare.

Yammy was never going to claim that he was a calm person when his Aspect of Death was Rage and the way the woman was looking at him was pushing all of his wrong buttons… It was like she was looking down at an insect and he hated it…

“Who are you, woman?” Yammy asked gruffly as he pushed himself off the ground.

“Your future leader or your death” The woman answered as a matter of factly.

“Is that so?” Yammy asked with a snarl before charging at the Clone. Thanks to all the information the original has collected, the Clone knew that Yammy was just a simple brute who liked solving problems with his fists. Yammy pulled back his fist and punched at the Clone, but the Clone easily stopped his fist, much to his surprise. Maybe, he could finally relieve his boredom after all.

“Suerte!” Yammy exclaimed gleefully before he opened his mouth and shot a Cero at the Clone, but the Clone simply raised her other hand to block the Cero. Kaguya could have easily tanked the Cero without even blocking it, but the Clone wasn’t sure if she could handle that, so she simply decided to block the Cero.

Once again, Yammy was surprised, but before he could do anything, the Clone released his fist and backhanded him with her hand. A painful grunt escaped from his lips as he was blasted away like an arrow. Yammy felt his head spinning before he collided against one of the pillars and came to a halt. A groan escaped his lips as he tried to push off the concrete pieces from on top of him.

“Fuck!!” Yammy cursed loudly as he shook his head to re-collect his bearings. His head was still ringing badly and he felt like he was about to hurl.

“Pathetic” The Clone said, earning the attention of Yammy. The man looked up only to find the woman standing in front of the hole. Yammy snarled in rage and lunged at the Clone, only for the Clone to appear right in front of him and slap him, making him crash on the floor. Yammy broke through several floors before he finally came to a halt. Once again, his head was ringing, but this time he was able to dig himself out of the rubble pretty quickly.

“You are just like a mindless beast…” Yammy looked up at the woman and found her looking at him like he had stepped on some shit. While Yammy wasn’t the sharpest tool in the shed, he knew when he was beaten. The woman was stronger than him… At least, she was stronger than him in his sealed state.

Yammy pulled out his Zanpaktou and grinned at the woman… “Enrage, Ira!” Yammy exclaimed and the whole area drowned in his Reiatsu…
