We finally reached the main island, the salty sea breeze whipping through our hair as the ferry docked. Maiden's Peak loomed ahead, a picturesque coastal town known for its legends and its annual summer end festival.
The air was filled with the sounds of laughter, distant music, and the enticing aroma of various street foods. It was a stark contrast to the wild seas we had just traversed.
I and the team also joined the festival. Ash, Misty, and Brock immediately darted off, eager to explore the stalls and attractions.
Ash was captivated by a game where you tried to catch Poké Balls with a net, while Misty dragged Brock towards a stand selling seashell jewelry. I followed at a more leisurely pace, soaking in the atmosphere, enjoying the simple, vibrant energy of the crowd.
Soon an old lady came to Brock. She was a wizened old woman, her face a roadmap of wrinkles, her eyes sharp and knowing. She hobbled towards Brock, leaning heavily on a gnarled walking stick, her gaze fixed on him with an unnerving intensity
. "Young man," she croaked, her voice raspy, "beware! Beware of the beautiful lady!"
Brock, ever the failure of romance, immediately perked up. "Oh, a beautiful lady, you say?" he began, adjusting his vest, his eyes already scanning the crowd.
"Perhaps you speak of a maiden fair, with eyes like the summer sky and hair like spun gold—"
Misty, standing nearby, rolled her eyes and scoffed loudly. "Oh, please, Brock. She's obviously talking about me!" she interrupted, striking a pose, her hands on her hips.
"I'm the beautiful lady here, and I won't hurt anyone, unless they mess with water Pokémon!" She gave a triumphant sniff.
But the old lady just fixed Misty with a piercing stare, her eyes narrowing. "Hmph! Beautiful lady?" she scoffed, her voice dripping with disdain.
"I was talking about a spirit of true beauty, not some scrawny, loud mouth like you!" She poked Misty's arm with her stick, a surprisingly firm jab.
Damn, she was insulted. Misty's jaw dropped, her face turning a furious shade of red.
"What?! Scrawny?! Loud mouth?! Why, you old hag!" she shrieked, ready to launch into a full-blown argument.
Ash and Brock looked on in stunned silence, caught between amusement and discomfort.
I, however, saw my opportunity. I took out my Master Ball. This was a classic anime episode, and I knew exactly what was going on.
The "old lady" wasn't an old lady at all. This was a chance to acquire a unique Pokémon, and have a little fun at the same time.
"Oh, oh, look old lady, wanna see a magic?" I said, my voice calm and friendly, stepping between Misty and the furious old woman.
I held up the Master Ball, distracting everyone from the brewing argument. My smile was wide, almost innocent.
I casually tapped the Poké Ball on her head. It was a quick, gentle tap, barely a touch. And then, with a flash of light, she was gone.
Just like that. The old lady vanished, leaving behind only the faint scent of lavender and a stunned silence.
Or, oh well, Gastly. Other got shocked to see an old lady get disappearing all of a sudden like that, as no one knew that it was just Gastly.
Ash, Misty, and Brock gasped, their eyes wide, their mouths hanging open.
"She... she vanished!" Ash stammered, pointing a trembling finger at the empty spot. "What kind of magic was that?!"
Misty looked horrified. "You just made an old lady disappear! What did you do?!" she shrieked, her face pale.
Brock, ever the silent one, looked around, trying to find a hidden trapdoor or a trick. But there was nothing. It was just an empty space.
"Just a little trick," I said with a shrug, pocketing the Master Ball. "Nothing to worry about. She's fine."
I gave them my most reassuring smile, which probably just made me look even more suspicious. They exchanged bewildered glances, clearly not buying it, but too stunned to press the issue.
Anyway, after that, we enjoyed the festival. The incident with the "vanishing old lady" was quickly overshadowed by the vibrant energy of the festival.
Ash, Misty, and Brock, though still occasionally glancing at me with suspicion, were soon distracted by the games and food. I, too, immersed myself in the festivities.
I also let take out my new Gastly, letting him enjoy the festival. With a quiet thought, I released my newly caught Gastly from its Master Ball. It shimmered into existence, a playful, mischievous purple orb with glowing eyes.
It floated around me, occasionally phasing through a stall or a person, eliciting gasps and confused looks, which it seemed to enjoy immensely. It was a perfect companion for a festival, a master of subtle chaos.
Soon the night came. I left the Gastly out to let it keep his nightly stroll. Probably going to she the spirit of that lady statue. The festival lights twinkled, casting a warm glow over the town.
The music grew softer, and the crowds began to thin. We gathered our things, feeling the pleasant exhaustion of a day well spent.
We got to the Pokémon Center to sleep. The familiar comfort of the Pokémon Center was a welcome sight.
We booked our rooms, and after a quick dinner, everyone settled down for the night. Ash was already snoring softly in his bed, dreaming of new adventures.
I, on the other side, opened my system and started playing Pokémon Fire Red this time.
The glowing interface of my system hummed to life, pulling me into the familiar world of Kanto. I had completed Hoenn, and now it was time for a new challenge, a new region to conquer.
And got all the starter first. With the help of my trusty new game files, I easily acquired all three Kanto starters: Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle.
They appeared in my digital inventory, ready to be leveled up and added to my ever-growing collection. It was a quick and efficient start, bypassing the usual agonizing choice.
Finally, my second Pokémon game... but honestly, I played this so much that I was already done with the game by the morning, defeating Blue and becoming the next champion on this as well.
The hours flew by in a blur of battles, captures, and relentless progression. My level 150 Moltres and Rayquaza swept through every Gym Leader, every trainer, and every obstacle.
Blue, my rival, was crushed with the same efficiency as Wallace. The victory screen, the fanfare, the Hall of Fame—all flashed by in a rapid sequence. It was a purely mechanical process, driven by completionism.
By the way, I checked the level of my giant Dragonite. It was level 112, which confirmed my theory that in this world, there is no limit about level, not that my system was special about it.
The data from the game, even for a different region, showed the same scaling. My Pokémon could grow indefinitely, their power truly boundless. This was a game-changer for my future.
Also, Tentacruel is just level 40 despite he was this big. This was interesting. The giant Tentacruel I caught was naturally huge, but its level was relatively low.
I guess he is strong for his level, a natural anomaly. I can just feed him rare candy to see improvements. It meant its size was inherent, not a result of its level, which was a fascinating distinction.
I got one more offer to a power set, but this time I decided to save it for later. Another system prompt, another list of abilities. But I had just acquired the Inventory Set, and I wanted to fully explore its capabilities before adding another unknown variable.
Plus, I was still processing the implications of the unlimited levels. I dismissed the prompt, knowing it would be there when I was ready.
As I go out. The morning sun was already high, streaming through the Pokémon Center window. I stretched, feeling the stiffness from hours of intense gaming.
Ash, Misty, and Brock were already up, gathered in the lobby, discussing their plans for the day.
Today we go out our way, taking our leave for here. We packed our things, said goodbye to Nurse Joy, and headed out of Maiden's Peak. The festival was still winding down, but our journey continued.
We soon find about Butterfree mating season. As we walked through a lush, green forest, the air filled with the gentle fluttering of wings. Swarms of Butterfree, their colorful wings shimmering in the sunlight, danced through the trees.
It was mating season, a beautiful, natural spectacle. Ash's Butterfree, released from its Poké Ball, immediately joined the swirling masses, its eyes wide with excitement.
That means, yeah, the part where Ash frees his Butterfree. I knew this was coming. It was one of the most iconic and emotional moments in Ash's early journey.
His first caught Pokémon, his first real farewell. My presence wouldn't change the outcome, and I had no desire to interfere with such a pivotal character moment.
I told them I would wait here. "You guys go on ahead," I said, finding a comfortable spot under a large tree.
"I'll just hang back here. Don't want to disturb them." I gave them a vague gesture towards the swirling Butterfree.
As they rent a hot air balloon for Ash to get going for his Butterfree to find a partner. Ash, ever dramatic, insisted on getting a hot air balloon to follow his Butterfree and ensure it found a mate.
Misty and Brock, sighing but supportive, helped him rent one from a nearby vendor. The balloon slowly ascended, carrying Ash and his Butterfree into the sky, a poignant scene.
And I get into gaming. Today, I plan on catching all the shiny Pokémon from FireRed. With Ash occupied, and Misty and Brock distracted, it was the perfect opportunity to resume my digital hoarding. My inventory was practically begging to be filled.
I start with shiny cheat and start catching here and there. The FireRed world loaded, and I activated the shiny encounter cheat.
Then began the tedious, yet satisfying, process of encountering every single Pokémon species in Kanto and capturing its shiny form. I moved systematically through routes, caves, and forests, throwing Master Balls with practiced ease.
Honestly, it was a boring process, but as a hoarder, I was satisfied with my ever-growing collection of shiny Pokémon.
Each shimmering sprite, each satisfying "ding" of a Pokédex entry, fueled my compulsion. My inventory was rapidly filling with glittering, rare specimens. It was a quiet, almost meditative grind, a testament to my dedication to completion.
Finally, I caught a Mewtwo... in fact, I keep loading it to catch it 4 more times. This was the ultimate prize of Kanto, the most powerful Pokémon. I found its hidden location, near the Cerulean City Cave, threw a Master Ball, and captured it.
Then, using my system's save-state manipulation, I reloaded, caught it again, and repeated the process. Four more times. Five Mewtwo. The sheer audacity of it made me grin.
If I remember correctly, the original Mewtwo from anime had an existential crisis with just meeting 1 Mew. Think about what is going to happen to when I get my 5 Mewtwo in front of him?
The thought was hilarious. A single Mew had shattered its worldview; five of its own kind, all under my command, would probably break its mind entirely. The potential for chaos was immense, and I relished it.
Anyway, with my last Mewtwo catch, I was done with this game as well and transferred everything to my inventory. All items, Pokémon, everything.
The FireRed Pokédex was complete, every shiny captured, every item duplicated and stored. My digital collection was truly comprehensive.
But as I was going to close the system, a message appeared, overlaying the game screen. It was a stark, red text box: "Patch deployment in progress. Estimated time: 2 months." My heart sank slightly.
Well, there goes the fun. Two months. That meant no more cheating, no more instant gratification, no more boundless rare candies or Master Balls. Well I did have some with me in my inventory but still!
The system was going offline for maintenance, cutting off my direct access to its infinite resources. It was a bummer, certainly, but not a disaster.
Well, I got my items and Pokémon, so no problem with that. My personal inventory, a reward from Pokemon Emerald, was my saving grace.
All my legendary Pokémon, all my shinies, all my rare candies and Master Balls—they were safe, stored within my own power, completely independent of the system.
The patch couldn't touch them. It was a huge relief, turning a potential catastrophe into a minor inconvenience.
I noticed it was evening by the time I was done. The sun was setting, casting long shadows through the trees. I stretched a bit, feeling the stiffness from hours of intense gaming.
As I saw near the cliff, Ash saying goodbye to his Butterfree. The hot air balloon was slowly descending, and Ash was standing at the edge of a cliff, waving sadly as his Butterfree flew off into the sunset with its new pink mate.
It was a poignant scene, filled with genuine emotion. I watched from a distance, respecting his moment.
After that, we left for Saffron City. The journey was quiet, Ash still a bit subdued after his farewell.
Misty and Brock offered words of comfort, but he was clearly feeling the loss. I just walked silently beside them, letting him process his emotions.
Mid-night, we were lost in the middle of the forest. The path grew faint, and the trees seemed to close in around us.
The moon was hidden by clouds, and the darkness was absolute, save for the faint glow of Brock's flashlight. Ash and Misty were starting to get nervous, their voices hushed.
Suddenly, we saw a little girl turn around and start running while laughing. She appeared out of nowhere, a small figure in a white dress, her laughter echoing eerily through the trees. She looked back at us, then darted away, seemingly playing a game.
Ash immediately started running after her, telling her to stop and ask for her help to find a way.
"Hey! Wait! We're lost! Can you help us?" he yelled, his voice desperate, chasing after the elusive figure.
Honestly, it looked more like Ash was after the little girl, a bizarre chase scene in the middle of the night. Misty and Brock, though hesitant, followed him.
Although Ash didn't catch the girl, we finally found our way to Saffron City. The chase led us through the winding forest paths, always just a step behind the laughing girl.
Eventually, the trees thinned, and the bright lights of Saffron City appeared on the horizon, a welcome sight after the unsettling encounter.
Ash was then kissed on the cheek at the gate by Team Rocket, this time in tropical island girl costume. As we approached the city gates, two seemingly friendly girls, dressed in bright, floral dresses and leis, greeted us.
"Welcome to Saffron City, handsome trainers!" one chirped, and then, to Ash's utter surprise, planted a big, smacking kiss on his cheek.
Honestly, I was shocked how Ash and other were so easily fooled by them. I mean, look at them! Their disguises were laughably bad, their voices still subtly recognizable.
At the very least, their dress code didn't match the theme of the urban, modern city. At least suspect that! They looked completely out of place, like they'd just stepped off a beach resort.
Though I didn't point it out, as we were led to a building and suddenly Team Rocket showed their true color and snatched the Pikachu, trapping us in weird all blocked room with no door or window.
The "girls" led us into a seemingly innocuous building, a brightly lit office. Then, with a dramatic flourish, they ripped off their disguises, revealing their true identities.
"Prepare for trouble, twerps!" Jessie shrieked, and before Ash could react, Meowth snatched Pikachu. The room transformed, walls sliding into place, sealing us in a completely enclosed space.
Suddenly a screen popped up showing Pikachu all tied up. A large monitor flickered to life, showing Pikachu, tied up with ropes, struggling helplessly. Jessie's face appeared on the screen, cackling.
"That's right, twerps! Your Pikachu is ours! And you're trapped!" she declared, her voice distorted.
Suddenly the signal gone. Just as they were gloating, the screen went blank, and the room was plunged into darkness. A moment of confusion.
Few minutes later, the same little girl came with Pikachu on his hand. Suddenly appearing out of nowhere, revealing the laughing little girl from the forest.
She held Pikachu, who looked perfectly fine, chirping happily. She gave us a mischievous grin.
Suddenly we were teleported right outside of the Saffron Gym. A flash of light, and the room vanished.
We found ourselves standing on the street, directly in front of the Saffron City Gym, bathed in the morning sunlight. The little girl waved goodbye and vanished again.
A guy came warning us against challenging her as he left. A male trainer, looking utterly defeated and disheveled, stumbled out of the gym, clutching his head.
"Don't do it!" he groaned, his voice hoarse. "She's too strong! Her psychic powers... they're terrifying! You'll be turned into a doll!" He then promptly fainted, collapsing onto the sidewalk.
I told Ash to go first, I will challenge her after him like always as he left.
"Alright, Ash," I said, giving him a pat on the shoulder.
"Looks like it's your turn. Go get 'em. I'll wait here, as usual." He nodded, his face grim but determined, and headed into the gym.
Soon they came, not from the gym but from the road. It wasn't long before Ash, Misty, and Brock reappeared, not from the gym's entrance, but from the street, looking even more disheveled than the warning guy. Their faces were pale, their clothes slightly askew.
Looks like they got defeated easily, were nearly made into toy. Ash looked utterly defeated, his spirit visibly crushed.
"She's... she's impossible!" he stammered, trembling slightly. "Her Kadabra... it's too strong! She turned us into toys!" Misty shivered. "It was terrifying! We barely escaped!"
So they escaped and now they are going to Lavender Town to get a Ghost Pokémon. Brock, ever the strategist, spoke up.
"Her Psychic-type Pokémon are too powerful. We need a Ghost-type to counter them. Lavender Town has the Pokémon Tower, full of Ghost-type Pokémon. That's our only chance!"
I just sighed and go along with them. Another detour. Another canonical plot point.
My plans for immediate gym conquest were once again put on hold. But I knew this was necessary for Ash's growth, and it would also give me an opportunity to acquire some unique Pokémon.
Soon we came to Lavender Town. It was a somber, quiet town, dominated by the towering Pokémon Tower, a massive, gothic structure that seemed to pierce the sky. The air was cool and still, and a faint, mournful wind chime sound echoed through the streets.
And after some time later, we got to the Lavender Tower. The tower itself was imposing, its windows dark and empty, like vacant eyes. A chilling aura seemed to emanate from it, making the hairs on my arms stand on end. It was clearly a place of spirits.
Brock and Misty looked too scared to even entering. They stood at the base of the tower, their faces pale, clutching each other.
"I don't like this place," Misty whispered, trembling. "It's creepy!" Brock nodded, his usual bravery replaced by visible fear. "The spiritual energy here is immense. It's... unsettling."
Suddenly we heard screams, like some people were suffering or getting scared. From inside the tower, faint, chilling screams echoed, followed by maniacal laughter. It was clearly designed to deter visitors, to fill them with dread.
Well, I take out my Gastly and me and Ash start getting inside, leaving Brock and Misty behind.
"Stay here if you want," I said, pulling out Gastly's Master Ball. "We'll be fine." Gastly materialized, its mischievous eyes glowing, seemingly excited by the eerie atmosphere. Ash, though nervous, followed me, determined.
Gastly started guiding us. It floated ahead, its ghostly form phasing through walls and doors, occasionally turning back to us with a playful smirk. Almost insulting Ash every time Ash got scared. Every time Ash jumped at a shadow or a strange sound, Gastly would let out a soft, mocking chuckle. "Boo~ oo~..." it seemed to whisper, as if teasing him for his fear.
"Hey! Stop laughing, Gastly!" Ash grumbled, clutching his Pikachu. "This isn't funny!" But Gastly just floated on, seemingly enjoying Ash's discomfort.
Soon the ghost trio of Gastly, Haunter, and Gengar came, all laughing. They appeared from the shadows, three mischievous spectral figures, their laughter echoing eerily through the tower.
They looked like they were having the time of their lives, playing pranks on unsuspecting visitors.
Looked like they were trying to make us laugh. They performed silly dances, made funny faces, and even tried to tickle Ash with their ghostly hands. Their antics were clearly meant to be humorous, a form of playful haunting.
But well, they didn't made us laugh as they get shocked my our reaction and looked too down that we started to feel a tiny little bit of pity.
Ash having just faced a truly terrifying psychic, were not in the mood for lighthearted scares. And I well not much interested by it.
I watched too many memes or funny content for this to even make me laugh. We just stared blankly, unimpressed.
The ghost trio's laughter died, and their faces fell, looking genuinely dejected. They seemed hurt that their efforts weren't appreciated.
Anyway, my Gastly talked with them and told me that they needed a friend to play with. My Gastly floated over to them, chirping and chattering in a language only they understood.
It seemed to be explaining our situation, and the ghost trio's expressions softened. My Gastly then turned to me. "Gaaas-tly! They're lonely! They just want friends to play with!"
I then talked with them, telling them they can join me on our journey.
"Hey," I said, stepping forward.
"You guys seem pretty powerful, and you're clearly bored. Why stay in this gloomy tower all the time, playing pranks on people? Why not come with us? There's a whole world out there, full of new people to scare... I mean, play with."
From the look of it, they decided to come with us. Their eyes lit up, and they exchanged excited glances.
The prospect of new adventures, new victims for their pranks, was clearly irresistible. They floated around me excitedly, almost like playful puppies.
I take the Gengar and Haunter with me while their Gastly decided to go with Ash. I held out two Master Balls, and with a flash of light, Gengar and Haunter willingly entered them.
They were powerful additions, and their mischievous nature would be a fun asset. The ghost trio's Gastly, however, seemed to have taken a liking to Ash. It floated over to him, nudging his cheek.
"Hey, Ash," I said, "Looks like this Gastly wants to come with you. He seems to like your... enthusiasm."
Ash's eyes widened. "Really?! Awesome! A Ghost-type!" He quickly caught it, thrilled to have a new Pokémon.
As we got out of the tower, Misty and Brock looked too scared to come toward us. They were still huddled at the base, their faces pale, watching us emerge from the tower with wide, terrified eyes.
"You... you're alive!" Misty stammered. "What happened in there?!" Brock just stared at Ash's new Gastly with a mixture of fear and fascination.
Anyway, we left for the Saffron City after that. With new Pokémon in tow, we headed back towards Saffron City, the ominous Pokémon Tower fading into the distance. The mood was lighter now, with Ash excited about his new Ghost-type.
Soon we were near the gym. The Saffron City Gym, a modern, imposing structure, loomed ahead. Ash was still determined to challenge Sabrina, despite his previous defeat.
Ash decided to go first. "Alright! This time, I'm ready!" he declared, his voice filled with renewed determination. He marched confidently into the gym, his new Gastly floating beside him.
I just go to park decided to play with my new ghost Pokémon. I found a quiet park nearby, filled with blooming flowers and shady trees. I released Ghastly, Gengar and Haunter, letting them float freely.
Honestly, they were quite fun group to play with. Gengar immediately started phasing through trees, making them shimmer and glow. Haunter played peek-a-boo with unsuspecting Pidgey, making them squawk in surprise.
They were mischievous, but harmless, and their playful antics were genuinely entertaining. They were a chaotic, joyful presence.
Suddenly Ash and that warning guy appear out of nowhere in air as they fall. My peaceful moment was interrupted by a sudden flash of light from the gym.
Then, with a yelp, Ash and the trainer who had warned us earlier appeared in mid-air, tumbling towards the ground. They landed with a thud in the park, looking dazed and disoriented.
I just sighed, seeing that they failed again from the looks of it. Ash's face was covered in soot, and his clothes were rumpled. The warning guy looked even more terrified than before. Sabrina's psychic powers were clearly no joke.
I just turn around and go away before they notice me. I am not that good with emotional stuff, so I just left before he can even notice me. I'd seen enough.
Ash's emotional breakdown, the warning guy's renewed terror—it was all too much. I preferred to deal with problems with overwhelming power, not emotional support. I slipped away quietly, leaving them to their recovery.
Soon noon came. The sun was high in the sky, casting warm light over the park. I had spent the morning relaxing, occasionally checking on my ghost Pokémon.
I decided to check up on the gym. Good thing my Gastly can talk. I recalled Gengar and Haunter, but kept my original Gastly out.
"Hey, little guy," I said, "can you do me a favor? Go check inside the gym. See what's happening with Ash's battle."
He soon came back and told me that Ash won. Gastly zipped back, a mischievous grin on its face.
"Gaaas-tly! Ash won! He used a new trick! Using the other Gastly to make her laugh! He made Sabrina laugh!" it chirped, its voice a series of happy, ethereal sounds. It seemed Ash's unique brand of charm had finally broken through Sabrina's stoic demeanor.
"Alright, now my turn to defeat Sabrina." My time had come. Ash had paved the way, softening her up with his antics. Now it was time for the real power play.
I enter the gym, finding out Ash has won and is now with Brock and Misty. The gym was a strange, unsettling place, filled with floating objects and an eerie silence.
Ash, Misty, and Brock were gathered near the center, looking relieved but still a bit shaken.
I told all three of them to go out and wait for me.
"Alright, guys," I said, walking towards them. "Ash, congratulations on the win. Now, if you don't mind, I'd like to challenge Sabrina. You three can wait outside."
As they left, giving me good luck. Ash, still beaming, gave me a thumbs-up.
"Good luck! She's tough!" Misty just nodded, and Brock offered a quiet "Be careful." They clearly had no idea what they were about to miss.
I soon challenge Sabrina as well. She stood on a raised platform, her eyes cold and unfeeling, a doll-like expression on her face. Her Kadabra floated beside her, its spoon clutched in its hand.
"So, another challenger," she said, her voice flat. "Prepare to face the power of my mind."
The Pokémon I send? Mewtwo. With a flash of light, Mewtwo materialized. Its sheer presence filled the gym, an oppressive aura of psychic energy that made the air crackle. Sabrina's eyes, for the first time, widened in genuine shock, and Kadabra visibly recoiled.
And her Kadabra was helpless, no matter the attack or teleportation or any psychic moves were completely ineffective.
Kadabra tried to use Psychic, Confusion, even Teleport to suprise attacks, but Mewtwo was simply too dependable, too powerful.
Its attacks simply dissipated against Mewtwo's psychic shield, or it was already in a erased the attacks before Kadabra could even finish its thought.
My Mewtwo didn't even move, letting Kadabra do anything it want. It simply floated there, unmoving, its eyes glowing with an intense, calm power.
It allowed Kadabra to launch its attacks, to try its teleportation tricks, as if observing a tiny insect. It was a display of absolute, unchallenged dominance.
I let Mewtwo do anything it want, not really minding. You can even call it a privilege of the strong. Mewtwo was a sentient, incredibly powerful being.
It didn't need my commands. It knew what to do. It was enjoying the demonstration of its own superiority.
Suddenly an extreme crushing psychic aura engulfed the room from Mewtwo, making both Sabrina and Kadabra stamped to the ground, nothing more at all.
With a subtle ripple in the air, Mewtwo unleashed a fraction of its power. An invisible, crushing force pressed down on Sabrina and Kadabra, pinning them to the floor.
They struggled, but they couldn't move, completely overwhelmed by the sheer psychic pressure.
As Sabrina admit defeat from it and Mewtwo stops. Sabrina, her face pale, her eyes wide with terror, finally managed to gasp, "I... I forfeit! I admit defeat! Please... stop!"
The moment she uttered the words, Mewtwo's aura receded, and the pressure vanished. Sabrina and Kadabra lay panting on the floor, utterly defeated.
Honestly, looks like Mewtwo is truly a Pokémon to be called the one of the direct best man-made Pokémon, though mine was a wild catch from the game, so it's hard to say for mine one.
Its power was terrifying, absolute, and completely effortless. It was a weapon, a genius, a force of nature, all rolled into one. The fact that I had five of them was almost comical.
Anyway, I got Marsh Badge from her. Sabrina, still shaken, numbly handed over the Marsh Badge, a small, purple badge shaped like a marsh flower.
Her usual doll-like demeanor was completely shattered, replaced by a profound sense of awe and fear. In just one day she experienced laughing and fearing all at once now.
I call back the Mewtwo and put it in the inventory, letting it roam around with other Mewtwo.
With a thought, Mewtwo vanished, returning to its personal sub-dimension, where its four brethren awaited. I could almost feel their collective power, a silent hum of immense psychic energy.
Soon I got out of the gym and met with Ash's group, who were waiting for me, asking if I won or not.
They rushed towards me, their faces eager. "So? Did you win?!" Ash asked, practically bouncing.
I just show them the badge as I get out of the gym. I held up the Marsh Badge, its purple gleam catching the light.
Ash gasped. "You did it! Awesome! Another badge!" Misty and Brock looked impressed, though Brock still had that thoughtful, slightly suspicious look in his eyes.
Getting ready for the next gym. Saffron City was conquered. Two games completed, two legendary Pokémon at unprecedented levels, and a new, incredible power.
The journey was far from over, but I was ready for whatever came next. My path to becoming the ultimate trainer was clear.
