Late at night, Ash and Bill were waiting together for the arrival of the mysterious Pokémon, while Misty, Giselle, and Brock were told by Ash to go to sleep first. From this point of view, Ash is quite considerate.

The mist gradually spread, and Ash brought two cups of coffee to Bill, saying, "Here, warm yourself up."

Bill took the coffee and took a sip. The bitter taste alleviated his drowsiness. "Thank you. No wonder Professor Samuel Oak always says you're good at taking care of people."

"It's nothing. After all, I don't want to worry my mother."

"You're really impressive, but I wonder if we'll succeed this time?" Although he said this, Bill still felt a bit unsure.

Ash patted him and said, "You have to believe in yourself. Haven't you always made it through like this?"

After regaining his confidence, Bill and Ash started talking about many topics, such as how Bill had always wanted to understand the thoughts of Pokémon, and how he was grateful for Meowth's help in his research.

And so, after some time, a melodious cry came from the distant sea.

"It's here! Quick, Ash, help me start it!"

"Alright, let's begin! Beedrill, Pidgeot, you start moving now too!"

"Pidgeot!"

"Beedrill!"

Two flying Pokémon rushed straight into the distance, while Meowth and Pikachu went to wake up Misty and the others.

Misty: "What's going on? What's going on?!"

Giselle: "What happened?!"

Brock: "Look over there! What's that?!"

A huge figure was approaching the lighthouse. Meanwhile, at the cliff below Bill's Lighthouse, Team Rocket trio was slowly climbing up and also saw the enormous figure.

Meowth: "It's so big, Meowth?!"

James: "It's coming this way!"

Jessie: "Isn't that perfect! Let's catch it!"

Just as Jessie raised the rocket launcher to fire, Pidgeot and Beedrill charged in. Beedrill used Pin Missile while Pidgeot unleashed Whirlwind. Under the double attack, Team Rocket trio was blasted away.

"Looks like Team Rocket's blasting off again!" *3

Seeing their mission accomplished, Pidgeot and Beedrill exchanged a glance and then returned to Ash's side. Meanwhile, the huge figure was getting closer but stopped at a certain distance, letting out a confused cry as if it was about to leave.

"Boss said that's not the call of a companion, Meowth!"

Hearing Meowth's words, Bill knew this attempt was going to fail. Just as he was about to give up, Ash shouted, "Serve it up!!! Lift the cloth!"

"Pidgeot!" "Pika!" "Lapras!" "Beedrill!" "Growlithe!" "Riolu!" "Squirtle!" "Bulbasaur!" "Serve it up, Meowth!"

As the lid of the large pot was lifted, a rich aroma began to spread everywhere. The huge figure stopped upon smelling the scent.

"Secret Rich Century Soup! Free to taste!!!"

With Ash's shout, the figure quickly approached. Under the light, Ash and the others finally saw its true form—a giant Dragonite!

"Great! I finally met you! So you're Dragonite!" Bill was now so excited he was nearly beside himself. However, Dragonite didn't look at him but at Ash, though its eyes occasionally glanced at Ash's rich soup.

Ash smiled and said, "Drink it! But after you finish, I need you to battle my Pikachu! Is that okay?"

Originally, Dragonite wanted to refuse upon hearing it was Pikachu, but when it saw the Pikachu on Ash's shoulder, it paused and then nodded.

"Thank you!"

Ash then stepped aside, and Dragonite reached out, picked up the pot, and poured the soup into its mouth.

"Groan~"

With Dragonite's satisfied groan, Ash knew it was pleased. After finishing the soup, Dragonite looked at Pikachu.

"Groan~"

"Are you ready, Pikachu? This guy might have already reached the level of a sub-legendary."

"Pika pika!"

Pikachu looked at Dragonite with full fighting spirit, it was time to show the results of the training it had undergone with Ash.

"Go Pikachu, use Quick Attack to get close and then use Thunderbolt!"

"Pikachu!!!!"

As the massive lightning struck towards Dragonite, the battle that seemed to have a predetermined outcome began.

The giant Dragonite continuously spewed out Dragon Pulse, leaving the beach pockmarked, yet even so, for the agile Pikachu, all of this was just child's play. While dodging the Dragon Pulse, Pikachu simultaneously released Thunderbolt, and these attacks hitting Dragonite caused it to let out a painful roar.

As spectators, Misty and the others, along with Ash's Pokémon, were witnessing this battle that could be recorded in epic history.

"If Pikachu gets hit even once, we're done for! So don't stop! Charge forward! Use all your moves to bombard him!"

"Pikachu!!!!"

Watching this battle of such disparity in size, Misty stared straight at Ash's back and said, "So, Ash's Pikachu is that strong?"

Giselle also spoke with disbelief, "Could it be that Ash's Pikachu has already reached the pinnacle of a champion?!"

Meowth, on the other hand, was calmly recording the battle with his device.

"Although it's quite frustrating, Pikachu was the first Pokémon to follow the boss, so Pikachu has received the most training from the boss. That's why Pikachu has mastered all the Electric-type moves created by the boss, meow."

Brock asked with some uncertainty, "All Electric-type moves?"

"That's right, meow. So Pikachu's strength had already reached the peak of a champion long ago, meow. Now, I think the boss is trying to help Pikachu cross that threshold."

"Electric Field! Thunder! Railgun! 100 Million Volts! Use all the moves without holding back! Pikachu, unleash all the power you've been storing up!"

"Pikachuuuuuu!!!!!"

Endless lightning ravaged the sea surface, powerful bolts of electricity crisscrossed, and massive electromagnetic cannons didn't stop.

At this moment, the battle between Pikachu and Dragonite had reached a white-hot intensity, with lightning and breath attacks constantly colliding and exploding. The distance between Pikachu and Dragonite was also getting closer.

"Pikachu, now! Bao. Sakiruga!"

With Ash's roar, Pikachu unleashed the strongest control move it had developed together with Ash, Bao. Sakiruga.

Then, accompanied by Pikachu's lightning, an enormous thunder dragon gathered and appeared in the sky, opening its massive mouth to bite down on the giant Dragonite. With the thunder dragon's bite, endless lightning filled the giant Dragonite's entire body.

"Uuuu~~"

As the giant Dragonite let out a final cry and paused, Pikachu seized the opportunity to charge into the sky.

"The very end! Sacred Sword. Thunder!"

"Pikachu!"

As the lightning from the sky and Pikachu itself converged on its tail, Pikachu's tail, glowing with electricity, charged towards the giant Dragonite, which also unleashed its incredibly powerful breath.

With endless lightning and a momentary brilliance, the two energies collided. Pikachu, thinking of all the moments it had shared with Ash, radiated an even greater power. It had taken that step. And as Pikachu took that step, its tail shone with a golden light, cutting through the Dragon Breath and flashing past the giant Dragonite.

The giant Dragonite's body paused slightly after being struck by the dazzling flash, and then it fell. Pikachu, looking at the fallen giant Dragonite, smiled exhaustedly before falling from the sky.

"Pidgeot is there!"

"Pidge!"

As Pikachu began to fall, Ash had already ridden Pidgeot to its side and caught it in his arms.

"Pika pi..."

Seeing Pikachu, who seemed to be asking a question, Ash glanced at the giant Dragonite lying in the sea and said, "Don't worry, we won."

"Pika!"

Hearing this, Pikachu extended a finger in a victory pose before falling asleep in Ash's arms. Ash, smiling, held Pikachu and then threw a Heavy Ball at Dragonite.

When the giant Dragonite entered the Heavy Ball, Ash stared intently at the descending ball until it was completely captured. Then, he waved at the waiting Beedrill, which brought the Poké Ball containing the giant Dragonite back and handed it to Ash.

"Giant Dragonite, I caught you!"

Holding up the Heavy Ball, Ash looked at Misty and the others. And Misty and the others? They were completely stunned.
