"So this is Pallet town..."

"It feels so....."

"Rustic?"

"Dirty."

The woman scoffed at her companion as they continued walking down the road, but it wasn't as if she didnt understand where he was coming from.

The two of them were wearing pristine white suits as they traveled down the dusty roads of Pallet town, searching for one house in particular.

"There it is." The man said, pointing to a two story house that was painted a light blue, with a multitude of flower boxes and beds around it. There was even a white picket fence in front.

"Looks like the place." The woman said, comparing it to the picture they had. It also helped that the mailbox literally said Ketchum on it for them.

The duo strode right up to the door of the house before ringing the doorbell, to which a voice answered from within, "Coming~!"

The duo waited a moment for the woman who replied, Delia Ketchum, to answer the door.

"So what do we do if the old lady isn't cooperative?" The man asked, his voice almost sounding eager.

"There's more than one way to skin a Meowth." His companion answered, glancing down at the bag in his hands as she did so. A quick jerk of his wrist resulted in a jingle from all of the metal tools contained within.

"Plus I hear she's quite the looker." She added, knowing her companion's...tendancies with with the women he interrogated.

"Too bad neither of you will get the chance to confirm that~!" A new voice stated.

""!!!""

The duo spun around just in time to see a flash of green and white, before the world around them shifted.

"Hello?" Delia Ketchum asked as she opened the door, only to see no one there.

"Helloooo~?" She called again, only to be greeted with silence.

"Humph! Must be those ding-dong ditchers again..." Delia decided, before closing her front door.

...

"HYAAAAAAAAAA!"

At the same time, the duo who had just rung the doorbell were currently suspended more than a mile in the air above the ocean of the southern Kanto seas.

"Please don't scream. Your voices are horribly grating on my ears." Gardevoir said as she suspended all three of them in the air with her psychic powers.

"What the fuck are you doing to us you psycho bitch?!" The man demanded as he tried to keep himself upright in the air.

"I just wanted to get some answers from the two of you. Such as what you wanted with my mistress." Gardevoir replied with a smile.

"FUCK YOU BITCH!" The man screamed at her, adamant that she'd get nothing from him.

"..."

What happened next was so quick that the woman couldn't even process it, as the man disappeared from his place and sent hurtling towards the sea like a meteor.

"Wh-what did you do?!" She demanded, her voice shaking with fear.

"I simply used the move Gravity to send him hurtling to the sea at speeds far exceeding terminal velocity." Gardevoir told her, as if it was nothing at all.

"We're part of the Aether Foundation! We came looking for miss Lillie and the Cosmog that escaped with her! We were told that she is possibly hiding out in Pallet town with Ace Ketchum and professor Oak! Is there anything else you wanted to know?!"

The woman eagerly gave Gardevoir every single answer she could think of to try and pacify her, lest she meet the same fate as her partner. And thankfully, Gardevoir smiled warmly at the answers she gave her. Maybe she would let her live after all?

"Yes, I already know all of that."

"!?!"

"I've been reading your minds ever since you first approached the house. It was how I knew you intended to harm the mistress to get the information you wanted. I just wanted to make sure I got all of the information I needed first."

"Eh...?" The girl uttered, before she too vanished as Gardevoir used Gravity once more to send her hurtling towards the ocean.

Now Gardevoir was floating alone in the air, surrounded by several items that she had taken from the two Aether Foundation agents. The bag of 'tools' that the man planned to use on Delia, their ID badges, wallets, card keys, regular keys, and the few pokeballs they had on them.

In an instant Gardevoir Teleported herself back to the Ketchum house, right as Delia returned to the living room from answering the door.

"I think it was those darn kids playing ding-dong ditch again." Delia stated in a huff.

"How irksome." Gardevoir replied, playing ignorant.

But even as she hid the truth from Delia, Gardevoir already planned to Teleport to her master that night to tell him of what happened. And to bring him the proof she collected of their identities and intentions.

"Amazing..." Lillie uttered as we flew through the air, the land passing by beneath us while the towering Indigo mountains grew larger as we approached them.

"I'll say..." I replied, looking directly at May as I did so.

I couldn't help it. After all, it wasn't every day you see someone having their makeup applied while flying on the back of a Tropius.

Not putting on their makeup. But having someone else apply it.

"Smeargle smear. Smeargle. Smear smear, Smeargle."

That's right. May was having the Smeargle she caught in the Safari Zone do her makeup, with the paintbrush at the tip of it's tail.

And it was DAMN good at it too.

I wasn't a makeup guy, I usually couldn't stand it due to most women applying too much when it wasn't needed. But I had to admit, May looked immaculate once Smeargle was done.

"So? How does it look?" May asked as her pokemon finished.

"Smear, smear smear SMEARGLE!" Smeargle declared while putting it's hand on it's hip like a diva.

Translation: Bitch, you look FABULOUS!

"Thank you Smeargle!" May expressed her gratitude, before recalling her Smeargle to it's pokeball.

"So why did you have Smeargle do your makeup again?" Joy asked while burying her face into May's back. She still HATED flying of course.

"Because! I'm going to stream us crossing the Indigo mountains into Johto live to May's Expeditions!" May declared excitedly.

"Really?!" Lillie asked beside me, drawing everyone's attention to her.

"I-I watch it all the time..." She said quietly from the attention.

While the girls were talking about May's next episode, I glanced back where Rowlet and Rookidee were both following us.

"How you two doing? Either of you need a rest?" I asked them.

"ROW!"

"ROOKEE!"

"Alright then." I said with a shrug as they both adamantly refused.

It wasn't as if we were flying too quickly anyways, as neither Aerodactyl nor Tropius were designed for speedy flight. Of course, that just meant that Pidgeot was bored out of his mind from having to match our pace. So of course, he went off to do some fishing until we reached the mountains.

Which wasn't long as we soon arrived at the foothills.

"They're so big..." Chloe uttered in awe as we approached them.

"..."

"That's what he said..." I commented while looking at her breasts. Which naturally earned me a light smack from her.

Innuendos aside, May quickly brought out her Rotom drone and started her livestream.

"Welcome back to another exciting episode of May's Epeditions~!" May declared while the drone flew around her, keeping pace with Tropius as it did so.

"Today, we finally say goodbye to the wonderful region of Kanto, and now we're going to Johto~!"

I had Rotom show me the footage from her broadcast on Pokevision as May did her show, which also showed me the numerous comments people were making as well.

"Everytime, I debate more and more about taking care of that guy myself..." I muttered while reading the comments pouring in as people tuned in to May's stream.

Basically May started with an introduction on the Indigo mountains, how they were the natural border between the Kanto and Johto regions, only passable by either taking a ferry on the sea or taking the pass at their end to the south.

Unless you wanted to fly over them like we were.

Then she talked about how not only did the mountains divide the regions, but they also acted as a natural barrier for the pokemon in each region as well. She also mentioned a few of the different theories for the formation of the mountains in the way they did.

"What do you think, Ace?" Chloe asked me quietly.

"Probably Regigigas." I answered after a moment of thought.

"Regigigas?"

"Yeah, the Colossal pokemon. The original Regi that created the others, and the one that literally shaped the world by personally moving each continent into place. Its possible that Regigigas combined the Kanto and Johto regions to begin with, and it was the collision of the two landmasses that caused the extreme buckling that formed the Indigo mountains. At least that's my own theory."

The two girls just stared at me wordlessly after I voiced my thoughts, even as May continued on her stream.

"Hold on!" I told them suddenly, right as we entered a sharp incline to shot up the side of the mountains.

"HERE WE GO!" May yelled to her drone as they did the same thing, as well as Charizard with Lucario riding him, Rowlet and Rookidee.

"If it gets to be too much, let me know!" I called to the two smaller flying types. Of course, that just spurred them on even more.

*WHOOSH!*

*WHOOSH!*

We could literally hear the downdraft from Aerodactyl's wings hitting the mountainside with every flap, sending up a cloud of dust that we quickly left behind as we climbed ever higher.

Higher and higher we climbed, with several minutes going by without us even actually reaching the peaks. And the crazy part? These mountains were NOWHERE near as tall as Mt. Silver, or Mt. Coronet in Sinnoh.

"ROW!"

Rowlet hooted as he was caught in the turbulent mountain winds, forcing him down as he lost control.

"Pidgeot! Help him!" I called out to my reliable bird. Even if he couldn't take any of us as passengers just yet, a little Rowlet would be nothing for him to carry.

"KEEEEEEEE!"

This time Rookidee cried out as he too was swept down by the extreme winds, which carried him out of sight.

"Shit!" I swore while looking down for them worriedly. But then...

"DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARTIX!"

"SQUIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIRE!"

There was a flash of light, before TWO figures shot up from below to quickly catch up, my newly evolved Corvisquire and Dartrix.

"HAHA! WELL DONE!" I yelled to the two birds, who puffed their chests out with pride as they flew beside us with much greater ease than before.

And soon we reached the crest of the mountains, and the sky opened up before us to reveal a whole new world stretched out into the distance.

"Rotom. Hit play." I said as the landscape opened up below us.

"Got it boss!" My phone replied, before all of the speakers I had bought from the electronics store suddenly started booming.

We swooped into a downward angle once we reached the other side, taking down the mountain face into Johto.

As we flew down the mountain, we passed a colony of Gligar living in nests on the cliff-face, along with a Gliscor that was leading them.

"Sceeeyaaah!" Screeched a Skarmory, who's metallic feathers glinted in the sun as it passed by us.

Nearby an entirely different face of the mountain was engulfed in dust and smoke, courtesy of the Tyranitar that was currently remodeling it before roaring at us threateningly.

Soon we reached the bottom of the mountain, straightening out over fields that stretched out in every direction. And below, a herd of Stantler thundered as we startled them with our presence.

Not too far from the Stantler herd, we passed over a pack of Houndour being led by a pair of Houndoom as they stalked their prospective dinner.
