Pidgey perched on a nearby rock, closing its eyes and focusing. A soft, green glow enveloped it, and Touma could see its feathers perk up, a renewed vigor returning to its tiny frame. It practiced several times, perfecting the art of quick recovery.

Finally, Poliwag. "Poliwag, your Ice Beam needs to be sharp and precise! Imagine the coldest energy, gather it, and unleash it in a focused blast!" Poliwag concentrated, and a shimmering, icy blue beam shot from its mouth, freezing a small patch of ground solid. It took a few tries to control the power and aim, but soon, the beams were piercing and accurate, leaving trails of frost wherever they struck.

They trained diligently, Touma offering constant encouragement and adjustments, until each Pokémon had a firm grasp of their new abilities. Their eyes gleamed with exhaustion and satisfaction, knowing they were stronger than ever.

After hours of battling and training, Touma and his Pokemon went back to the Pokemon center to take a rest, Touma checked his system to see if there anything he can do and found a unclaimed reward.
