Poetry: Peach blossom bloomed as gorgeous as bloom rain

Chapter 200: What's life, plain as a dew in lake's embrace

By: Amoureax Amant

What's life, plain as a dew in lake's embrace,

plain as a smile on joker's poker face,

plain as a rose in roses spread fragrance,

plain as a light in lights watched dancer's dance.

Why life laid in gutter without sunshine,

and dream laid among stars queued in queue line,

once in a while someone watched shining stars,

and felt life's pains on wounds turned into scars.

Life was flowers blossomed for a season,

it's summer bugs chanted without reason,

it's dandelions fluttered down brown meadow,

it's drifting snowflake settled on pale snow.

Once in a while life's bitter as coffee,

and sweet as honey seduced honeybee.
